Elyssa she was great!!!she cut my hair just the way I wanted she took her time and gave me extra care she was fantastic!!! I Will be going back!!!and will only have Elyssa do my hair !!!!!!

Brittany G was amazing! I walked in and told her that I wanted my hair chopped short for summer with some blonde highlights. I let her decide on the style and color. Left with an amazing slightly angled bob and such beautiful highlights. I’m in love with my new style! Ty Brittany!

Today was my first visit to this salon. When I entered, I was greeted pleasantly and saw JoAnna to assist me with my service. I had highlights and keratin treatment done. The service was excellent! My hair is beautiful and shiny. I will definitely be back for a hair trim, highlights and when I need keratin treatment again. Prices are reasonable and happy to say that I can tip on the credit card! Ask for JoAnna, she has been servicing at the salon for over 12 years. I am excited to say that I am a client.

I came here not too long ago and I’m just haunted by this place now. I didn’t have an appointment but I only had to wait a few minutes to get in for a haircut. I have thick wavy/curly hair and let me tell y’all, the lady brushing my hair did not care for my scalp. I’m not tender-headed at all but the way she was brushing it she started at the ROOTS a lot and I got a small bald spot in the front of my head because how bad she yanked through the knots. I should’ve brushed my own hair for her because I got stuck with the little bald spot for years.Thank you for coming to my ted talk

I love my hair... I had long light brown hair with blond highlights and I wanted it cut and wanted a mulberry kind of color put Into. Brittany did a fantastic job and gave me the look I was hoping for. They were real busy as it was homecoming week but got me right in with my appointment and everyone that was there seemed happy with their results. This place has some talented hair dressers. They were all very kind and respectful. The place was also clean and cozy.

No masks! Not one single employee or customer was wearing a mask during a pandemic. Irresponsible! I walked out.In response to the salons comment below: the check-in desk is only a few feet inside the door. The lady sitting at that desk did not have on a mask. The customers sitting just inside the door were not wearing mask, and not a single employee was wearing a mask. And no plexiglass.The probability of all of those people, including the employees, having a medical condition that prohibits them from wearing a mask is slim. I have a panick disorder and asthma, but I manage to wear my mask by taking breaks away from it, but I do so away from other people.I did not feel safe in your salon, and I will not use the services of a salon that does not follow CDC health guidelines, especially during a pandemic.

The best place ever to get your hair done at Ty is amazing when it comes to vivid colors I’m the person that always does blues, purples, pinks and even the occasional multi color and she kills it every time even! I love coming here everyone is always so friendly I live over 40 minutes away and let me tell you it’s worth the drive I can promise you that!

I moved from s Lakeland 2 years ago and was referred to split ends. They have always worked me in when I needed them too. Kim does a wonderful job and I have never been disappointed. The shop is always clean and has a very welcoming vibe.

Moved here recently, and was having a hard time finding the right stylist. I go to Planet Fitness and saw the Split Ends salon. Thought I’d give it a try. Well I am thrilled to say that I’ve found my girl, Carly! She listened and did a wonderful job, my cut is all I wanted it to be and we bonded instantly!!!!!!!!!!

I love the atmosphere of this place. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.I go to Mandy and she has always done excellent work. Highlights and cut every 6 weeks. I have watched the other stylist there and they as well do wonderful work. I am very pleased and I dont plan on going anywhere else. The prices are wonderful also.

If I could give this Salon more than 5 stars I would. My lovely, amazing hairdresser Kim has always treated me like a top of the line client. She has gone out of her way to make sure that I am more than satisfied when I leave. I dont have the opportunity to go have a girl day to get my hair done and my eyebrows done but when I do I walk out of there feeling AMAZING! I couldnt have asked for a better hairstylist :)

I love this place. Lindsey is the only stylist that I can trust with my hair. Shes amazing! Everyone does a great job their taking care of their clients. They take their time to consult with clients and actually listen to what they want. Melissa knows how to cut naturally hair and does a fantastic job. My hair looks after she blew dried it (? grammer) and looks good when I let it dry naturally and it gets curly. I have dark brown hair with lots of gray. She lightened it and it looks so natural. My family and friends love it. I wont go anywhere else.

I have tried multiple salons, having curly hair and being middle aged seems to be a thing that baffles most stylist. Lol. But not at this salon. You feel comfortable here. Like a No judgment zone. Ive went in there looking pretty rough and needing a pick me up, and they never disappoint. Its like sitting around chatting with old friends... And they do a wonderful job. I live in Jupiter and when I come to Lakeland I go to this salon!!! I have been to several in Lakeland however none can compare with the talent, kindness, cooperative and fun loveing staff !!! These women are a family and truly have each other’s back . The owner is so good to them and very generous with teaching them new and innovative products everyday. This salon gets a 5 + star from me I truly love these women and appreciate their hard work !!!!

My first experience here was back in December during the grand opening. Yes there was alot going on. A few stylists were nice and spoke. I overheard 2 of the girls talking about someone who was there volunteering their time to help. It was very inappropriate. And my second experience wasnt much better. To many playing being the boss.

I have never had such a bad hair cut before. Nothing like I asked for, and it was very uneven. I had to trim it when I got home to make the sides close to the same and my husband helped by trimming the back. Nothing about the style was what I asked for! A very disappointing experience, sorry I had to spend $25.00 for nothing.

It took me a couple years to find this diamond of stylist close enough to home. After dealing with burnt hair, hack jobs for trims and other stylists bad mouthing each other I found Mandy at Split Ends. I have had the best experience going in and walking out a very happy client. My niece in NY wants to come down and have them do her hair!

My favorite stylist are Ty, Brandy and Kim. Great place and prices are awesome. Always friendly atmosphere.

Went in with a picture should have been a shoulder length cut. She cut my dam hair up to my ears and it so uneven. Im soooo upset...If people are not good at cutting they shouldnt cut or they should tell you up front they dont have alot of experience. Im so upset, she was nice but in the end she knows she made me look like a clown and she knew how upset i was. Carly did my cut. I know this is her first job in Fl but maybe she could use a few more hours in our beauty school here or do some more practice on mannequins. I had to go right to the beauty supply and buy a hair piece. I would have threw a fit and wanted it fixed but since she cut off at my earlobes what possibly could anyone of the more experienced woman do to fix it NOTHING!!!Should have let Melissa do it, might have turned out better. I could see if i didnt have a photo with me and i didnt tell her that i wanted shoulder length but dam i did both. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN.
