When I first came to Florida 2 years ago I was in need of a new barber shop being that I’m from Cincinnati and when I found out about this place I was like let me try them out and was very glad I did because y’all instantly became my new barber so when I move back to Florida I will be coming to see y’all y’all are the best and keep up the good work see y’all soon

Chino gave me a great cut, very fast, comfortable, no knicks roughness or hot clippers, walked in and out under 45 mins, very professional and they all had great attitudes that showed customer appreciation and respect..i highly recommend... they are all good barbers from everything i saw of others and my haircuts

Worst customer service EVER! They lost my business for sure. I call the owner and he says the last walk-in is at 6:30 pm since they close at 7pm. There were 4 barbers and 6 or 7 clients waiting. The barber tells me that I called the owners cell phone (which is listed on the website) that has not been in the barber shop for 3 days and should not be saying anything since he is not in the shop to know the customer to barber ratio. UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNORGANIZED! Not to mention I have been calling since 10am and no one answered. I ended up going to another barber shop a few blocks down!

The worst barber shop Ive EVER been too. I get a hair cut and the barber messed it up pretty bad looked like I cut my own head with my eyes closed and he didnt want to fix it so I ask the other guys who work there to look at my head and tell me if it looks like what I asked for they wouldnt even reply I told them I will not pay until my hair cut is fix told them it doesnt have to be what I asked for anymore just fix it they ask me to leave I was shocked and extremely confused on why I was asked to leave I didnt yell or get loud I was pretty calm considering my entire head was messed up I asked why are you trying to make me leave because the guy messed up MY head The manager then proceeded to shove/ walk me out the door this place sucks I will say 3 of the main barber are really good but everyone else is trash at cutting hair

Close to work. I usually visit on my lunch break. Most of the time little to no wait. Barbers I have sat with do an excellent job.

They take care of their friends first even if you’ve been waiting for 2 hours😭😒😞 My 3 year old son has braids and he just needed a line up but he was skipped so the barber can take his friend.

Best haircuts! Dennis always makes my brothers hair look fresh. Everyone is really friendly and I see people bring their kids here.

The barber ( he looks in his 50s ) but he messed up my cut. He doesn’t know how to edge up, he was using his phone by texting. The hair cut was bad! And he charge me $26!! That guy needs to be fired ASAP. I had to go to another barber shop to fix up my cut.

This is my second time bringing my son here and the whole crew is amazing. Comforting and talented, I used to wait over an hour at his old barbershop and I have walked in both times here and been attended right away.

Called ahead at 10:30 for an appointment, said couldnt till 3. Show up at 11 to wait. Barbers take much longer here, but not because of skill. They dont know how to cross names off of a marker board. Seriously. People were skipped multiple times. No big deal. After waiting an hour and half, a regular comes in an instantly gets a seat without an appointment ahead of 5 people. First impressions are everything, and they screwed up hard today.

Pretty good haircuts, but dont waste your time if you dont have an appointment or have atleast 2 hours to spare.Most of the barbers cant multitask, so when they start talking the clippers stop cutting.

I have been in every barber shop in lakeland and this one is the only barbershop where you can take your kids in an loud profanity free environment. No foolishness around. Safe for your kids ears. And the haircuts are really on point.

BAD customer service. When I went in, there were 2 guys so when those two were done the manager took his friend that came in after me. If you’re friends with the barbers then you will get to go ahead of other customers.

I travel the country and have been to barbershops all over. Joseph was friendly, cared about what I wanted and was skilled enough to see it through. Leaving today very satisfied and was everything I had hoped to find in a true barbershop.

Called to check for availability and was told that it wasnt to busy and I should head down. Call them to help locate the place 15 minutes later and Im told they are closed.

I went on tuesday they advertised that there open at 9am but i wasted 15min of my life waiting for them and they didnt show up ..i left

Charged me 25 for a shape up and beared too expensive for what they do.
