The Mavis Team, especially Maggie, are the best tire group I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with in tire replacements! I had a flat tire on I-4 and Maggie and her team took my car in right away. I was out in 20 minutes. Best experience!!! Will definitely be back!

We had a tire issue and were so lucky the shop was able to help. My husband said Maggie was amazing even staying a bit past close so my husband could pick up his car.

I have not put any money into my car other than tires and a battery in 5 years I am getting ready to travel w work and called to see if they could check my car from head to toe and I was not sure what that entailed. I went by to check tire prices and got my 4 tires, an oil change, and windshield wipers. The gentleman was kind, efficient and really cared about my safety. Today, I stopped by with a problem with my windshield wipers not working; the service gentleman came right out, repaired the problem and guess what - no charge! Mavis makes you feel like your business and vehicle needs, really matter! I love the personalized service and their actually making me feel like they appreciate my business! Michael and Jonathan were AWESOME!! This is the second time I’ve bought tires from them (I put a ton of miles on them lol) and I’ve not been disappointed. Friendly, reasonably priced (cheapest in Lakeland for brand new tires) and very efficient. Wow! Excellent service by Jonathan! Came in close to closing with a bad tire on my trailer and Jonathan even though almost closing took care of me as soon as he could and got me back on the road and even helped me install it in the rain. Today, just like any other visit, I had great customer service! I had my tail lights out and was expecting to leave my truck. The senior team manager looked at it on the spot and changed them. Great place to get oil, breaks, tires, rotations and other repairs to your car. They have always been very nice and informative with repairs and check ups. The prices are great and the warranties are a nice option too. They do not do all repairs but for the most part and normal maintenance, they are a great choice. I wish them the best of luck.

Someone actually answered the phone! I was shocked. They couldnt fix my problem with my fender well (?) Yet they did explain what where I should take my 🚗. That to me, showed great personal pride.

I heard a noise and instantly new I had a nail puncture. I drove to the Mavis where I have been going to for a few years now right at 6 pm...closing time :-(. I thought I would have to come back tomorrow morning (messing up my schedule, risking a flat tire at home) and was happily surprised that they would take care of it! Made my day and turned a bad situation into a good experience. I will continue recommending this location to my friends.

Wonderful service......I really recommend their service. I had a difficult problem with my car, they did not turn me away. they made sure they figured it out!!

If I could give more stars I would. We were in Lakeland for my husband’s hand surgery. We were just getting on our way when our tire blew out on the highway, no spare. We called Michael at Mavis. He was able to give us a great deal on a hard to find tire and he told us they were closing soon but he could make an appointment for us to have our tire put on the next day…their next day was already totally booked. After the tow company dropped us off Michael let us stay in their lounge while they were closing up to charge our phones and wait for our Uber ride to our hotel an hour away. When Johnathon heard we were Ubering an hour away he and his staff stepped up and offered to stay late and put the tire on our car that night saving us so much time and money. We have purchased several tires from Mavis in the past, always searching for the best value, going forward I am a Mavis customer for life!

I came here and was in complete awe on how great the service was. First off hats off to the manager and the staff for being so polite and efficient. My appointment was for 3pm and sure enough thats when they got to my car I did not have to wait. I came here because I was previous told by another shop that my brakes and rotors were “completely” bad. After waiting a few minutes he came back and told me that my brakes and rotors were perfectly fine and they did not need to be replaced. I was shocked that the other shop lied to me possibly because they saw a woman. Well jokes on them I went elsewhere to get another opinion and I am glad I did.I was satisfied with their honesty and speedy service, when my brakes and rotors do need replacment rest assure I will be coming here!!!

Mavis Discount Tire has always done a terrific job on maintenance/repair of both of our family vehicles for a number of years. The staff is personable, professional, and knowledgeable at their craft! Work is always done in a reasonable time, and all potential issues are always brought to our attention by one of the guys. I broke down 1 1/2 hours from home and the car was towed to Mavis. The issue was something Mavis couldnt fix and needed a dealer. Johnathan allowed me to keep the car there as long as needed to coordinate with a dealer and arrange for a tow. When the car left the lot, he didnt charge me for the diagnostics. Its definitely the kind of place that earns my business.

I was looked this store review good. First time do service today for my Lexus tiers replacement and brake pad. they are so good. Most important is they don’t try pushing things on you that you don’t necessarily need. I will go back if I need to do service again.
