I had to get some work done on my M6 and Mindy one of the Service Advisors was very helpful and resourceful through the whole process. She always kept me up to date with what was going on. She was Awesome!!! This dealership does really good work and took care of my car and even cleaned it after. A+ Service and I will definitely bring my car back for any other service I may need in the future.

For years, the wife has wanted a BMW. For years, weve purchased vehicles advertised as almost as good, or just as fast as a, or we can match, blah blah blah. Honestly, lots of cars are fast. Many cars handle well. But Ive never driven one that does both as effortlessly as a BMW. So this time, we decided to pull the trigger on the actual Ultimate Driving Machine. I found the car on the interwebs, and went on a Friday to look at and test drive the car. Sales people were non-threatening and not pushy. My salesman indulged my loading a suitcase in the boot of the convertible to test space and even let me walk out of the dealership that day without buying!Came back on following Monday (after putting a hold deposit on the car) to finalize deal. Price was in line with online recommendations and they gave me a little more on my trade than I was expecting. The process was extremely smooth, if a little lengthy (it was late and there was but a single finance manager on-site). In the end, we got a car we love and a deal we are happy with. Cannot recommend Fields highly enough! They are great to work with! And the cars are pretty damn good, too... :)

They are very professional. My technician Steve did a full video and explained everything about my car. Selena was a service provider and she let me know about a recall I wasn’t even aware of. My car only has 2000 miles and I took my car in because my air pressure was low. After they checked my car they found out about the recall. Fixed the recall sent me a text that my car was done as well as the amazing video. Some of the best service I’ve experienced. Had an oil change and a quick “look over” of my new used 750i. Great customer service by Albert! Very knowledgeable and good at what he does. The actual service was a bit longer than I expected but was still happy when Completed and I got a detailed run down on the condition of my car.
I came in for an oil change and customer service was superb! Everyone went out of their way to greet us. Albert made sure to give me a full detailed list of the shape my car was in, which was awesome! The wait time was expected but having goodies in the dealership made it better. We came to Fields BMW to check a vehicle we saw online and it turns out this car was not for us. Justino, our sales advisor showed us another CPO BMW 330i GT that my wife fell in love with. He went out of his way to make the numbers work, and took the time to go over everything with us even though it was past closing time for the deanship on a weekend. Awesome experience!!! Michael and the team at Feilds are consummate professionals. They provided great advice and value added services in the form of photos and video of services carried out. The waiting area was super clean, comfortable and equipped with complimentary food and drinks. All of this combined with the fact that the service cost was far less expensive than I expected… this is a well deserved 5 star rating.
I had brought in my 1997 Z3 for a service repair. On my way out that night after dropping it off I spotted the 2018 Orange convertible. it ran in my mind about it and I asked to be called about a possible trade. I got a call from Rick Cutts, and all I can say is the rest is history. Talk about a good salesman, he was polite and informative and went out of his way to make me feel respected as a car shopper. I have bought several vehicles over the years and this was my first time dealing with sales. I have used the service department on the Z for almost 20 years. So I know my vehicle will be taken care of very well. I had the best experience in sometime with buying this vehicle. When people ask I tell them Fields BMW, good people and good service, cant beat that.
Albert was great in getting my car in quickly after needing an emergency repair. Didn’t give the full 5 stars because I wish I would have been provided a loaner vehicle as I was car-less for a couple days. No biggie though. The team is great!

From the begining that i make the phone call to the fielda bmw dealer due to a recall the gentelman albert took good care of my care and took action quick due to my recall he told me everything that they was going to do . And whenever i drove the car back home the car stop giving me the isue whenever i was at a stop sign or a light i felt like something strange was going on at the rear traction and it was the pvc valve . Everything so far has exceeded my expectations. When service is due they send someone with a loaner to pick up my car. Albert, my service manager is always upfront, transparent, and accommodating. After my last service I received a full video of the service technician going through every inch of my car and explaining what they did and what service may be needed in the future. The cylinder head expansion hose broke on my 330i and caused all if the coolant to leak out. BMW USA provided a free tow to the dealership, and Albert met us there. The service department was already gone but he got all the info he needed, and kept me updated by phone, and text. My vehicle was diagnosed and repaired in less than 24 hours. The entire experience was great!

Incredible service! Our 435i had an issue on a trip from Clearwater to Orlando so we stopped at Fields. While they couldnt fix the car that day they quickly ordered us a rental and we were back on the road within an hour. After an overnight visit to see our son, we returned to pick up a perfectly running car. Thank you Fields and especially service advisor Michael Adkins for such amazing service and customer care!

My son brought a 61,000 car from these people this place was the so backwards 1st off the lost the keys to his car that he traded in .2, then the fiance guy gave him the wrong copy of his receipt. 3 his car had a alignment problem and they dont even offer a warranty for 10 days even Kia offers a 90-day warranty. So we had to go take it to a tire shop and have it fixed properly I will never buy a car from BMW Lakeland ever worst place in this county. Well I wouldnt buy a BMW anyway I buy a Mercedes over BMW my opinion. Not to mention didnt even get a call back from the service people or even the sales manager they just ignored my call.

Terrible customer service they are just trying to make money off of us. Tried to charge me 3000 for a water pump install and oil gasket found the same work at a different shop for 450 including coolant. As a bmw owner I’m never going here again 187 for them to literally plug my car into a computer.

I was having an issue with my car loosing power so I took it to the local fields dealer only to be ignored when a gentleman and I use that lightly walked in only for my service tech to stop talking to me to care for him only to peak about how he like his car. I will never visit that field again .

Sales men was very nice while we were at the dealership. We were thinking about trading my wife’s Tahoe and had looked up its value. Dealer lowballed the trade so bad that we had decided to just walk away from the deal. There was no had feelings we were just to far apart at the start. The salesman called me and stated we should not be mad at him he was just doing his job and it was not his fault if we couldn’t afford it. This salesman then texted me and told me to go sell my Tahoe at Carmax then to come buy his car. This salesman was so unprofessional at this point that I would not purchase from him.We did purchase a new BMW from Bert Smith and to give you an idea of the trade difference it was over 6,000. That is someone trying to take advantage of a customer in my option. I have left the salesman’s out of this post only because be was very nice while we were at the dealership. My hope is that he will not make this same mistake in the future.
BMW Owners Beware!!! Awful service, it is worth going anywhere. I purchased a 90K BMW X5 from another dealership several months ago, I unfortunately am having issues with the A/C and a leak in the roof. Attempted to get the issues dealt with when I brought the car in for service and asked for a loaner car, sounds reasonable and very common….. well, I was told, basically “good luck”, if you didn’t buy it here, we can’t help you…Seems like shady service to me, especially after spending 90K…..

I Dont normally write reviews but people need to know to stay away from this place. LAKELAND location use to be great, but has dramatically declined in the last year. I’m not sure if it is under new management, but they are scam artist now. I have bought 4 cars from them and will NEVER go back again. Their service department is terrible. My car was there for repair and they didn’t repair what insurance paid them for. Not did they provide estimates to my insurance until 2 weeks after repairs were done. They knew what they were doing. They got caught!! Now I’m having to come out of pocket even more to take my car to another shop to get fixed. While my insurance company fights to get their money back …I’m out of pocket myself paying to finish what they should have done. Stay away from them. Do not go to Lakeland Fields BMW! TERRIBLE

Mike, at the service department was able to fit me in and I had transportation provided for quickly as well. I was in and out in just a few hours which I think is good for no appointment. Soon after Fields received our X5, we received a detailed video showing the findings and what service was required from Terry Boylan. Astor, another Fields representative picked up our vehicle in South Tampa and took it to the dealership in Lakeland for service. He also returned it to us when service was complete. Astor is without a doubt the kindest Gentleman that I have dealt with in some time. Kudos to Fields for having such an outstanding team of Service personnel!

Im sure if its standard but the mechanic diagnostic video was top notch. I was able to get feedback directly from the service provider with future recommendations that I could see real time from the comfort of the waiting area.
