Was in Bartow and usually go this location, however Im trying to get ahold of corporate. Ive been a customer since it was GCR, and I dont know what happened but the woman is very rude, she has hickeys all over her neck. Making out with a employee in front of me!!! What kind of business is this? She was very unprofessional I heard all her business. Im 58 years old and Ill be going to fishers for now on. Store is not what it use to be and has changed drastically over the last few months. No more chances for you . The lady at the front is Kelly. Shame on you Kelly, time to be a lady while you are at work.

Just wanted to say what a great experience I had with Cindy in the front office and Dave and later Harold in the service area. Had to get 8 tires for my Prevost motorhome. They explained things as they went along and I was impressed with the attention to detail in doing the job right. They took care of some other issues on the rims that were nagging me and Dave even discovered that I needed another set of TYRON bands to be safe. No previous technician had ever picked up on that. Everyone was so courteous, welcoming and polite. I cant imagine going anywhere else from now on.

Had a great experience here. Came from another shop that wouldnt give my truck an alignment because the back tires were less than 50% tread and they insisted that all 4 tires needed to have at least 50% tread (I suspect they just wanted to sell me new tires) Here at Boulevard tire center, they not only performed the alignment, but then didnt charge me because another component in my steering was going bad and the alignment couldnt correct the steering to 100% (which is their standard) very impressed by the quality of service and the standards and principles they have. They even gave me a lift to my house around the corner so I wouldnt have to wait at the shop while the alignment was being done. Highly recommend Boulevard Tire Center 👍

This dealership and Mr. Tom Walker Boulvards manager has a trust problem. On March 2, 2020 I had six tires and new valve stems replaced on my motorhome with new Michelin Tires from Boulevard in Lakeland. I went to put air in the front tire and the valve stem began to leak. I had the valve stem replaced at another Michelin truck dealer as I was traveling home. I was told that the valve stem was damaged when it was replaced with the new tires. Contacting Tom Walker in Lakeland I sent the repaired valve stem invoice to Mr. Walker with the promise that I will be reimbursed for the valve stem replacement. When I got home that check in the mail never arrived. Speaking to Mr. Walker again in early May I was told by Mr. Walker that because of covid Boulevards main office was backlogged and that Mr. Walker would send me a money order for my costs. Spoke to Mr. Walker last week and he stated that he mailed that check. Never received this reimbursement. I went to put air in the second front tire and the inside of the valve stem had disintegrated causing another air leak from the valve stem. I had this replaced by another truck dealer and was told that the inside of the valve stem was torqued to tight when installed. Again contacting Mr. Walker and sending him the new invoice for reimbursement I again was told the money order was in the mail. Again I never received either reimbursement from Boulevard for my repair costs. Mr. Walker just gives you the run around with that old line the check is in the mail. Mr. Walker has a credibility problem. Not a dealership that I would trust to do the tire replacements right or that you can believe to make things right. I finally after 3 months decided to contact Boulvards corporate headquarters in Deland. Steve Stevenson in Deland mailed me a check for both tire valve repairs that I received in less then a week. Funny how Mr. Stevenson had my correct address to receive the check yet I am still waiting for Tom Walkers money order. When you speak with Mr. Walker understand that Tom Walker has a tough time telling the truth!

I had some new rims that I needed mounted to replace the bad rims that I had, so I spoke with the service manager and told him I was a good customer and if he could help me out I would also buy a new tire, which I did. After all the work was done he told me that he didnt charge me for 2 discounts or tire disposal, which came to$ 572, when I got the invoice he turned around and put those charges on which was another$ 56. So if you go here be weary of the service manager.

Came to BTC expecting great service but I was greatly disappointed. When I arrived at BTC, the service entrance door was locked during business hours. I called to ask them if they were open and they stated Yes but they were doing inventory in the back. I was told that someone would come to open the door. Waited for 15 minutes and no one came to open the door. What a joke. 1/10
