The so called owner doesnt even have a professional voicemail, no address not even the name of the company when he answers the phone. He doesnt even have a BBB log but my experience with this person was horrible. He hangs up on the call doesnt let you talk and the best one laughs at you. States he has different locations so appointments are only made same day, but who would use him at this point not me and hopefully this changes some peoples mind...A Very BAD Experienced PERSON OMG after reading all the reviews these people steal things rom peoples car... I hope for his sake all of my boyfriends stuff is out of this car they took...

A company ran like as if it were Illegitimate with no business ethics. I spoke to a very rude individual, first thing he did was after I spoke to him about not taking responsibility to damage gate bypassing a chain that wasnt lock but on there and a no trespassing sign. I had to fix my gate that does not open inward it was forced and it opens outward towards the street. And he told me in a hostile matter to get a lawyer, Since when does a person that repersents a company treat property and people in such a neglectful manner. I really hope the companies that deal with these atrocious people stop doing business with them.

For starters Im a firefighter. These guys towed my car only for me to notice when I went to retrieve my car that they had stollen my emergency light bar. All I gotta say is these are some low life crooks. I hope they get what they deserve in the worse way possible! A bunch of thieves and liers!

The gentleman does not keep up with his paperwork of payments and work done on a vehicle I had to revisit his shop three times will 2 times after he originally first fixed on my air compressor and on the third attempt he continued to charge me for labor and I was not happy with it because Im returning in regards to something he originally fixed and he was nasty about it

James is a waist of oxygen! He has the nastiest disposition Ive ever had the displeasure of encountering!!! They stole my belongings out of my car! As I informed Dave (which is the guy at the window) of the issue, he calls James and then gives me the phone! James informed me that he was hanging up and instructed me to file a police report and that its now a civil issue and said that when my attorney contacts them then they will get their attorneys involved! It just so happens that Im in town for an appointment with my attorney for a civil issue with my past employer which is why Im in this situation in the first place! So I did just that! EVERYBODY is on the way! I informed Dave of this and he was done talking and shut the window on me and closed up shop and went to lunch! Crooks at its finest!!!! I will post the resolution to this matter after I beat their asses in court!!

Middle man for picking up belongings from repos. Items missing from vehicle. And nobody knows nothing bout it.

They towed my car and damaged both my front bumper from dragging it and my back number with the stingers. The owner told me they had cameras so I said let’s see the film and he said he wasn’t showing me anything his driver said it was already damaged. My car is damaged you and your driver lied. I will be seeing you in court. It my be good information for you to know I used to own repair and auto salvage companies that ran tow trucks. The marks are from your driver having the stingers to high when he approached the car and Me and my fiancé watch him dragging the front end out of my steep driveway. You are not a honest business.

Twice Ive use this garage thinking the second time might be better, but not! Happy to take your money, but not to fix the problems!!! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!

Ill agree and I soon will be there with the police. Bc they have property of all 3 of my babies and they would not give me I paid the rip off of 75 $ to get what a small amout of my things! I was even missing some medicone my debit card was in my wallet and then when I got the bag it was floating around in there. I already contacted the lakeland police department and will be there hopefully Monday and they did not give me a recipt either so now I have to get all this with no receipt but I did have to sign a paper so that should be there or ill get the video evidence. I really wish you treated people the way they would like to be treated and not threghten people and treat them like garbage people go through a tough time what if you lost their job and was just missed 3 payments abd asked to catch up no they come right away. And another thing do not go to okay carz that place should be shut down! They give you cars they have nothing but problems and covered in bugs and try blaming it on you! Im sorry for a bad review but maybe learn how to respect people and especially that man James! Thank you 😀😀😀

These people are thieves !! Stole everything that was in my trunk all the way down to my identity & tried to use it. I wouldnt recommend a single soul to this company. James is the man in Charge & very unprofessional if I might add.
