Door looks great and paint matched up nicely. Lifetime warranty on repairs. They washed it before returning. Attention to detail evident. Would recommend for future collision repairs!

This is the second time I have used this location and they are always very professional and do a great job. The Manager Chastain is on top of things and lets you know how your vehicle is doing. They also have an update via a website that identifies what stage your vehicle is in. Awesome customer service all the way around.

After 15 years of owning my 2005 Sprinter van, climbing in & out w no problem, I found myself not able to climb into my work vehicle due to bad knees and the need for back surgery. I purchased an after market step and needed a professional to install it . I stopped at The Collision center and spoke with Keith, the manager. At first he hesitated but after seeing my struggle with getting in my van he agreed to install it . He not only installed it to the manufacturer’s specs but also welded it and only charged me for shop time .Which I felt was more an issue of wanting to help and be of service. I would trust this shop to be fair & honest and to do quality work . And I thank Keith and his staff for helping me get back in my work van.

I have been in the autobody business my entire life. I know a lot about customer service and a quality repair. My daughter was rear ended and Progressive was handling the claim. They originally wrote an estimate from pictures that did not include all the damage. I was having difficulty getting to the shop for repairs so Fred Johnson made arrangements to have the car picked up, dealt with the insurance company and delivered a beautiful repair back to us in less than three days.
