I have been with Family Insurance for forever! Crystal is my agent and she knows who I am any time I call. She ALWAYS goes above and beyond for anything I ask of her. Ripped my mom off 170 dollars. Did not give us a receipt. Waited a month so we couldnt say anything about them ripping us off 170 dollars. Never let our insurance lap over past a couple weeks before the cancellation. Very untrustworthy. Very smart mouth to a 10 year long customers. Very disrespectful. Would not recommend to anyone. Management does not know how to do their job, and does not know how to deal with customers. Treats a 10 year long customer like dirt. Again. Do not recommend you go here. Always get your receipt.
