Who doesnt like the Farmers insurance ads on TV? I know my wife and I do along with their catchy tune. So while checking out insurance rates. I got a call from Roshonda with this agency who was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional in navigating me in designing the best homeowners and auto policies for our family. I would highly recommend Farmers and this agency. I feel we are in very capable hands with Roshonda and feel very confident in this organization. I called to get a quote on homeowners insurance. The agent I spoke with,Dorotjy was very polite. Unfortunately my experience did not reflect like she knew what she was doing. She did not know about home inspections, did not know about galvanized pipes, I had to ask for coverage options. It seemed like she was just punching numbers to get a quote out and did not care about helping me because I had to point out options she forgot to add to the quote. As a customer I expect my agent to work for me and guide me through the insurance process. I should not gave to keep making repetitive phone calls to an agent that does not follow up. I would not recommend speaking with this agency u till they have fully trained agents working for them. We get insurance to protect our property,cars, and family and I just do not trust this agency with everything that matters to me.Roshanda it is not that you did not have the product that I needed, you did and I wanted to sign the documents. It is that you do not have the staff to represent your business. Dorothy was not a well informed nor a trained employee. I had to educate her and ask her repeatedly to follow up with me as well as requirements that are needed to institute a policy. She was lackluster in all affairs . After I wrote the first review and told Dorothy that I will not be using your company, she did not follow through yet once again and cancel the inspection on my home with your inspection company. I got several calls from the inspection company and told them that we are not continuing to use Farmers. They were shocked and disappointed that no one notified them. This is why I will not use your company. The little things matter. What would happen if I had a claim? I am not going to take that chance and I hope no one else will as well. Dorothy needs more training before she is a detriment to your company.

I recently reviewed my insurance coverage and ended up replacing my existing carriers with Farmers. Roshanda could not have been more helpful in the process. She was very responsive and timely in remitting quotes. She is very knowledgable, answering all my questions thoroughly. I look forward to having Roshanda as my agent given her responsiveness.
