They played games and ended up canceling my insurance because they said my mortgage company wasnt paying them. But my mortgage company has stated to them many times they needed a bill sent to them. They did this so they could cancel the insurance and make me renew, because the only renewed new policies at twice the amount of insurance rate. I feel like I was ripped off by them on purpose. It was their fault the insurance, was canceled and they did it on purpose

My mortgage company tried to raise my home insurance by over three times when they forgot to pay the premium and my policy got canceled.Luckily, I found an amazing agent at Advantage that took care of this for me.
