Doug took my 67 Corvette with a fuel leak in immediately knowing I wastaking my granddaughter to Cruise night the next day. Gave me an estimated time hes have it ready, and it was on time., at a reasonable and fair price. and AND..Doug Lindberg, the owner, actually answers the phone when hes not under a car, and always returns phone calls promptly. He is honest and customer oriented...hard to find in today automated everything. Ive been using Doug for many years with many different cars.

Hands down the best auto shop I’ve ever been to! The couple who own the shop are literally the nicest people ever! At the beginning of the pandemic my car needed work and they came and picked it up, did the work and dropped it back off. Not only are they nice and professional, their prices are insanely reasonable and they don’t try to tell you you need overpriced things or do unnecessary work. Today I went in and all of my tires needed to be replaced, which I knew I was needing and I opted to leave my car until tomorrow when the tires come in and they gave me a ride home. The price to replace the tires was affordable and they’re good quality tires. I cannot recommend them enough! Such a great shop and such nice people!

I just went to Lindberg auto for a pretty big job on my wheel barring for my car, Doug was great with telling me exactly how much time was going to be needed with the job. He guided me into a spot that would work well with my work and school schedule and promptly got to work to make sure that I had my car! He even drove me home when he began to work on my vehicle, that is service!!! The price was incredible for the amount of work that was done and the wheel is good as new! Lindberg is every bit as fantastic as the reviews indicate. I had a electrical problem with my (higher end) vehicle and I called late on Friday afternoon. I spoke with Doug (Owner) and he advised me and we went on to have a great conversation. He said he was about to leave and close for the day. He asked me where I lived and I told him. The next morning he provided personal service on an extremely cold day. He was very personable and extremely helpful. Also one of the most fair and honest people that I have come across. In the future Doug will get and has earned my familys business. I highly recommend Doug and Lindberg! I would give more than 5 stars if it were available.

David and his wife operate a top notch shop. Ive been in search of a reliable, trustworthy Corvette mechanic in the area for quite some time. They were more than accommodating, timely, and most of all, made me feel very comfortable. Today was my first visit to their facility, but I felt as though I had been bringing my vehicle there for years. Ill be taking all of my vehicles there going forward, no matter the make, or model.

Doug has always been extremely fair with me and absolutely will only do a repair for you if you really need it. He will never tell you that work is needed on your vehicle unless there is really something wrong. He is honestly and integrity are unsurpassed by any other repair shop. He is also extremely knowledgeable and great at analyzing and solving problems. This is a shop that you can fully trust.

Called for a quote to get my C6 Corvette harmonic balancer replaced and left my name and number three different times and never got a call back. once the woman who answered even said she was the owners wife.

I have been taking cars to Lindberg since the 90s. Doug has always been honest and fair. I trust him. He has been able to deliver my cars on a timely basis. A few years ago, I needed a battery. Instead of selling me the most powerful and expensive model, he asked how much longer I was going to drive the car. I was only going to drive it another year or two and he suggested a less expensive battery. It was more than adequate.

As a new resident in the Ela Township area I have no prior experience with auto service centers in the area. So glad I found Lindberg Automotive. I had a wheel bearing going out on a 2010 GMC Terrain. I originally called the GMC dealer but, as expected, they wanted to charge an inspection fee just to look at the vehicle and then the estimate on repairs was very high. I Googled auto service in my area and found Lindberg Automotive. I called and spoke directly with Dave. He was very helpful over the phone and even more so when we spoke in the shop. He seemed to have my best interest in mind and was very friendly. Since I was having the wheel bearing repaired I also had him replace the brakes. He explained the difference between the materials on pads and rotors and offered good advice. Repairs were done in a day and the vehicle drives and stops great! Thank you Dave and Lindberg Automotive. You now have a repeat customer!

My 2012 Chevy Traverses drivers side mirror started to delaminate. It was difficult to see out of being foggy and double vision. Doug worked with me to find the best cost for an OE replacement mirror and had it installed quickly. It is great to be able to see clearly again! I would not recommend this place according to my experience. My car was towed here and without my permission they checked my car and charged me for it but ok I can deal with that, no problem. I decided to take me car somewhere else but had to take it by tow truck though, to fix it because the estimate of Lindbergs was way out of my bugdet. Well when that mechanic checked my car, he said nothing is wrong with it. The screws on the transmission just need to be tightened!! Can you believe that!!! I thought Linberg was supppse to be professional!!! They couldnt even see that or they didnt care! I spent so much money because of them!!!!

Honest assessment of your car problems. Doug gave me a second opinion on some work that other garages said I needed to be fixed. After inspection, he said neither item should be done. He did confirm on other issue that he did repair for me.

I have a VW GTI with DSG transmission. Called two weeks ago and asked if Lindberg could change the fluid in this transmission. He said yes I have the fluid on the shelf. This was a pleasant surprise as the DSG is special type of transmission that requires special fluid.I made an appointment yesterday to have the fluid changed in my DSG transmission. I dropped off my car this morning and told Lindberg that my VW GTI with a DSG transmission needs the transmission fluid changed. I was told no problem.I called today at 4:00 to check on my car and was told there is a service bulletin that says do not change the fluid. When I asked why he explained it is complicated. I just watched a YouTube video of how to perform this service. It looks pretty simple. I guess this mechanic does not know how to use the Internet. So now I need to find another mechanic to do this work.Do not bring your VW to Lindberg Automotive. They have no idea what they are doing.

My car started acting up right around the corner from this place, pulled into the parking lot not even realizing I was pulling into an automotive shop, was just trying to get my car off the road at the time. When my friend and I noticed we were at an automotive shop we really thought this was a blessing. My friend went in and described what had happened and was told by the guy at the counter that he doesnt have time to look at my car, that he closes in about a half an hour and has to do some paperwork to get another customer taken care of. Which okay I get, every place has closing hours and usually has to adhere to them. My friend knowing a little about cars gave a description of what the car was doing and in hopes of a little friendly advice asked if he knew what it could possibly be. The guy again said he didnt know and to drive down the street to a Chevrolet dealership. We left and went to the Chevrolet dealership where even though they were closing in 15 minutes and also did not have time to look at the car (understandably so) gave us options of what it could be and assured us that if we left it overnight they would look at it first thing in the morning. Not really sure why the worker at Lindberg automotive couldnt have done any of that. Even if this place has good service on cars, first impressions are everything and I will never return.

Ive been going to Lindaberg for about 4 years with a corvette, a beetle and an Acura MDX. There service is flawless, pricing is surprisingly fair, promises are kept and I trust them completely. One recent story that I must share involves my C6 corvette. After some service work one of the guys took it for a test drive. Since I had no front plate, he got a $100 ticket. (Thank you police) I told Doug to go agead and mount the front plate. This of course involved drilling holes in the beautiful front fascia of the car. I was sick about it but this was my third ticket for no front plate. Doug mounted the plate. 6 months later I am selling the vette and I went to survey the damage of the holes in the front of the car. TO my absolute joy, no holes had been drilled. Lindberg mounted the plate holder with double faced tape. I removed it and its clean as new. Thanks Doug and team. I HIGHLY recommend Lindaberg Auto for any work on any car!.
