The owners are on site and getting their hands dirty alongside the mechanics. All of them are deeply knowledgeable about, seemingly, all models of cars and their quirks.the friendly staff are all “car heads” as well and enthusiastic about the work. They fixed up my 2003 Porsche recently and solved for an electrical issue on time and within budget: who does that anymore?!!

If youre looking for a good repair work on your car thats where to go they did a great job on replacing the window motor at a reasonable price I think I would definitely recommend them

I had a mysterious electrical issue with my Volkswagen Touareg that my local Volkswagen dealership could not resolve. Alpine took my car in and worked hard to figure out the issue. They charged me half of what the dealer did and they fixed the issue! I highly recommend them.

These guys take advantage of elderly folk. My Dad has dementia and these crooks charged him $663 to install two car batteries! Insane. Don’t do business with these people.

Fees are so high on their towing service. The Lake Zurich police use them so they know they got u cornered and charge u more than any tow company Ive ever dealt with including THE CITY OF CHICAGO!

The worst tow company I have ever had displeasure of dealing with. Closed on the weekends but happy to charge storage fees for the weekend. Was lied to about getting personal items out of the vehicle so drove about an hour out here to leave empty handed. Will never use again.

Towed our car and charged $80 which we paid in cash as well as tipping the tow truck operator $10 for his troubles. In some sort of mixup, our auto insurance company reimbursed them directly instead of us, and when we pointed out this mistake, they told us to work it out with Alpine directly. The tow truck operator and the company told us we were lying and denied we ever paid them $90 upfront, so they pocketed this in addition to the insurance payout. Its not the money but their deceit and likely prejudice that bothers us the most.

The car hit a pole and needed a tow. The police called Alpine to retrieve it. Alpine is trying to charge $590 to get the car back. Called several times, rude, rude, and rude. They are charging several hidden fees. The tow was less than 8 miles. Good luck if you have to deal with them. If its your choice DO NOT CALL THEM!!! Storage fee, Admin Fee, Title search fee...

Caring, Honest and Compassionate...these are words often not used to describe a mechanic shop. I took my car in for a diagnostic evaluation. I knew my car was in poor shape..they helped me decide to do what was best for our family...we did get rid of car but during this process Alpine went above and beyond! Thank you Alpine

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO TOW YOUR CAR. They towed my 2017 Jaguar and damaged it to the point where it is not able to be driven. Ive been with out my car for 3 weeks and do not know when it will be fixed. They admitted towing it incorrectly but wont step up to pay the bill to get it fixed.

More companies should hire people like Jason. He’s gone above and beyond numerous times to make sure our needs were met! Service has been great all the times we’ve gone here.

Have used these guys for flatbed towing and they have always been exceptional.

Scumbags. Lie after lie and shady as hell trying to scam more money out of insurance.Crashed my car into a curb and after tow truck arrived, the driver proceeded to tell me how they need to make money and the only way to make money is to lie to insurance. So then he said were gonna charge your insurance for 2 trucks, for example. But dont repeat that. I was there the entire time and it was one truck and also have pictures of him loading the car by himself. As soon as it got up in the air and on the bed, the lies really started. Oh your insurance called and they told us to impound it for 24 hrs. Well I called insurance right back and they said they would never tell them to do that. So I went to the place where they impounded it with a friend, and the owner was extremely hostile and proceeded to call us morons and then slammed the door. I then went to the police to see what they can do to help us get my car to the body shop. The officer called the owner to hear his side of the story, and during the conversation the owner/truck driver had the fkn nerve to tell the officer I was drunk and had beer bottles in the car and didnt get a police report to avoid a dui! I demanded the officer and I go see the car to see these bottles, and then the story changed to he threw them out of the car, they were by the accident. Funny thing is, I dont drink. Ever. Havent had a drink in probably 10 years. Theres literally zero reason to lie and make up fabricated stories.A simple $60 tow down the street turned into this huge stressful fiasco that wasted my time and caused extra headache for no reason other than to make more money on my bad situation.

This crew knows what theyre doing. Every year when Im in town Alpine is on the list of stops to get everything on my SUV looked over and repaired. I intentionally try to hold off repairs just so the team at Alpine can do the work!

In the face of technical challenges, they restored my vans climate control operation so that i can be warm while using it this winter.

This place is a complete joke! Avoid at all costs! I had my car towed and driver stole things out of my car.It was just a $20 thing so not that big of a deal but I wanted to let them know so they can keep an eye on that driver and to know what kind of employee they had.They went off on me just trying to help them then caught them in several lies over and over. They try to intimidate but that does not work with me and do not let them do it to you STAY AWAY!
