Todd was wonderful!! Had the place check my sons New tires(that were put on from different place),before he headed back to college, because one of the tires was losing air, his crew fixed the issue with-in minutes, when they were very busy and NO CHARGE, just so my son could get on the road right away....Earned our business for the next set of tires for their Great Service!!

I suspected my tires may not be so great because car was driving terrible in rain and snow. I came in to this location to get an in person quote because I could not read the tire size. They were very nice and helpful. They gave me several options, as I drive a lot, but my car is pretty old. Am so happy as I got my tires, (so far tested great in the rain) and it did not break the bank. I have one more family car that needs tires and there is no doubt I will come here to get them. And they do a lot of other things too. Very happy.

Couldnt be happier with the service and pricing Ive received over past couple years at Just Tires/Lake Zurich. I just took my Tesla in to have new wheels put on-replacing the road rashed wheels that came with vehicle. Todd and the rest of staff were awesome-got me car in and out in under an hour. My previous experiences were also wonderful-very happy with the tires theyve sold me for my vehicles-and the service was top notch. I highly recommend using them.

I had bad experiences with taking the coupons, i gave one to my daughter and they didnt apply for oil change she didnt notice, until she got home and find out the charge, she doesnt want to use them again, and I used them a couple times because the convenience distance for my 4 tires, they did get my coupon, they dont offer them just if you bring them with you and later I found out were even cheaper somewhere else, I went again, because, halpend closed to them but same their price, and this 3rd time I checked there tires price and were even more expensive than the dealer, motorweks, everybody know is expensive, and I went for alignment they asked me why I didnt get my tires, I did had an appoiment at the dealer for next day, they offered match the price,, I accepted just because is aroundy house,, again,, they called saying they dont want to change my 2 tires because didnt match with the rear ones!!!!, and they didnt even want to make the alignment, they asked me go pick up the car!!! Unbelievable I can buy what I want or what you can afford nobody can tell what to do!!! I am done with them, very Unprofessional and even rude.

Just tires is a reasonably priced auto shop with great service. The Manager Todd was so helpful and professional. His level of customer service and knowledge of my vehicle was outstanding. Definitely recommend Todd and Just Tires.

Highly recommend this location if you’re looking to get new tires! I’m not great with cars, but the staff was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable when providing my options. I will definitely be back if/when I need more services for my car.

Normally don’t leave reviews but I think it’s important to know in this case. Matt (manager) and his team are very knowledgable, prompt and direct. Any maintenance items and tires will be going to this shop since I know I can trust them al the way around. This can’t be said for experiences at other shops I’ve had in the past.

Prompt. polite, professional service. I brought my 2007 BMW 328 in for rear brake replacement service on 3/18/2020. No surprises on the bill. No car shaming you - telling you that you need thousands in repairs. Took about an hour and a half. Final cost after tax was $440. A promotional 20% off brake service saved me $72. BMW Dealer quoted me about $750, so it saved me over $300. Extremely clean facility and bathroom.

Unbelievable staff and extremely helpful and provided assistance for me immediately the other day for a flat tire. But the part that amazed me was they go up and beyond by placing all of the tools, jack, and spare tire back in place. I have had several flat tires over the years and typically the dealer never put these back in place. I had a puncture and was really tight on time. Called and they said come right out, asked to have done in 30min - they completed in 15!!! TOTALLY AWESOME. 10 out of 10 - would go again.

Went at closing time with a flat and they took care of me.They said I would need a new tire based on where the nail was. Once they took the tire off they found it was repairable. They could have sold me a new tire and made $200+ instead they repaired it for $35. I would not have known the difference if it was repairable and the could have sold me something I didnt need. Instead they were honest and operated with integrity. Plus they took the time to bring me in the shop to point out a leak when it was on the rack at closing time!Stand up shop with honest employees!!Thank you for the great service!

Service was good and quick which really helped. But the price seems a little bit high. One of tires got nail on it. The guy said non patchable because it’s on side. I took a picture and seems it’s fixable to me. A little bit confused but I was in hurry. So anyway I listened to him and replaced it with a Goodyear assurance all-season 65,000 miles. They charged me $173 without insurance. Don’t know how to post the picture here. Hope he didn’t lie to me. $173 to a single mom, it takes me quite a bit time to save.

Went over there for an alignment job. Unfortunately my vehicle couldnt fit in on their ramp. Its the vehicle length issue. They tried their best. They even searched for me other places to get my issues resolved. Will their manager is really helpful and with highest customer service skills person that I have met with lately. This place is more than just tires and it should be called Not Just Tires from now going on!

These guys put tires on my vehicle and brought me in to fix a flat tire when I wasnt even on their schedule they fitted me in and it was so wonderful of an experience. Great place to sit and watch TV while your car is getting fixed drinking there good coffee in a real nice clean environment. Prices are competitive

MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN HERE SEVERAL TIMES AND THESE GUYS ARE SECOND TO NONE. WE BOTH BOUGHT NEW TIRES FROM THEM AND THEIR SERVICE IS GREAT. WIFE HAD LOW AIR IN ONE TIRE AND SHE STOPPED IN AND THEY QUICKLY FILLED IT. I ALSO DID THE SAME AND ONE MORNING I WOKE UP TO A NAIL IN MY TIRE AND KEVIN TOOK ME RIGHT IN AND FIXED IT UP AND I WAS ON MY WAY. AND NO CHARGE!!! SUPER NICE OF HIM.GREAT GUY AND HIS MECHANICS ARE REALLY NICE. I JUST HAD NEW BRAKES TODAY AND THEY GAVE ME A GREAT DEAL ALONG WITH FLUSHING MY FUEL INJECTORS TOO. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JUST TIRES IN LAKE ZURICH FOR ANYBODY!!

Tried to rip me off. Brought my car in with a nail in the tire. The nail was in the tread far enough away from the side, but they told me it was to close to the side and the tire was not repairable, (ie. they couldnt patch it). They then proceeded to try and sell me a new tire for $278.00. I had them put the spare on and took it to DISCOUNT TIRES in Palatine where they told me the nail was indeed not to close to the side, but in the tread area where it was repairable. Within 45 minutes they were able to patch the tire and did it all with absolutely no charge! I dont normally write reviews but wanted to warn anyone else who brings in their car that Just tires in Lake Zurich, Il will try and rip you off.

Just Tires has the wrong name as Ive been there several times and theyve helped me out with a lot more than Just Tires. Theyve been great with tires, oil changes, headlights, air filters and even filled up my snow blower tire. Steve J. is great. The place is always busy and he races around helping everyone, answering peoples detailed questions and explaining the work thats being done. Its also a quiet, clean environment with great wi-fi where you can get things done yourself while your car is being worked on. All-in-all, I give Just Tires an A+!

Came in with a slow leak in my tire. They said I needed a new tire because it wasnt patchable. Went to a different auto shop and they patched it no problem, saving me hundreds of dollars.
