Bring disinfectant when you rent a truck and be prepared for personal items from the last renter to be inside the box of the truck. Inside the Pak Mail was very dusty and no air flow. Stuff was everywhere, felt hoarded. The guy was nice and told me he d be there till 7 and to take my time returning it, and they were closed when I came back around 4pm..

By far the easiest and best pay to send packages. Ive been coming to him for well over 10 years . Junior the owner, makes everything seamless. I can come in and leave a package with a packing slip and its always Ill take of everything. They are efficient, extremely personable and accurate EVERYTIME. Unprofessional. Go somewhere else.I reserved a 15 U-Haul and pre-paid in FULL. On the day of my move, they cancelled my reservation with no notice, AND they charged me a $50 cancellation fee. Their store hours listed online are inaccurate, so I couldnt even go into the store and inquire what the issue was, since the store was closed. Really? at 11:30am?So many other places to rent a truck. Take your business elsewhere, where you are actually treated like a valued customer.And before they try to comment on this review trying to justify themselves, I want to say that I had to call the 1-800 UHAUL customer service and even they said Pakmail Hypoluxo was out of line.

Unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable about sending a package but not rational enough to wear a mask for the safety of the customers. I walked out and drove 25 minutes to another location. I live 0.6 miles away from this location. Everyone that came in our out of this place was over 65 and this guy wont wear a mask.

I come in here because the man is always super nice and he has one are for UPS and another area for fed ex. He scans the packages and I’ve never had an item get lost here like I have the place across the street.I’ve also had them overnight paperwork for me and it’s quick and easy. It was around $20. Not sure what USPS costs for this but I’m sure it’s not worth the drive and the wait to go to the USPS store.They also fix computers here but I haven’t used those services so I can not comment.

The Service at this Pak Mail is the best in all of South Florida. Junior, who runs the store is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He makes sure that every item is packed properly so that it arrives safe. Also does UHaul at this location.

The owner does not give out receipts, making keeping track of items difficult. Also sadly the friendly attitude is missing...more abrupt and curt. Hours and delivery selections are reduced.🙁

Very helpful and kind! I ended up in kind of a bind trying to get furniture moved last minute and Junior was so kind to me and came up with a cost-effective solution. No other company even would talk to me about how to solve my problem and they solved it.

I saw an example of superior customer care here this morning. A young girl was planning on shipping something. She had a large box. Junior, the manager, told here that if the box wasnt full when she packed it she shouldnt seal it but bring it to him and he would shrink it to save her money. He then said hed figure out the cheapest rate for her between Fedex, UPS and the USPS. She told him she didnt have a car but lived very close. He then offered to go by and pick up the package for her when it was ready to ship. Awesome customer service!

We had to ship our espresso coffee maker back to the factory. We went to Pak Mail @ 8927 Hypoluxo Road, Lake Worth, Fl to buy a box, packing material, etc. Junior was very helpful and friendly, he said it was an expensive machine and he would pack it for us for just the cost of the supplies. We would recommend them for your shipping needs.

While the service is excellent, their prices are much higher than the surrounding places who also carry the same services. I always thought if you use FEDEX or UPS, the price would be the same wherever you went, but this isnt true.
