Customer service does not exist at this location. Ive been here multiple times and I never get greeted. Today I walked in with 3 employees behind the counter and 1 other customer waiting before me and not a single person back there acknowledged that I walked in. No one even made eye contact with me. A simple, Hi, well be right with you goes a long way. Do better!
The staff at this location was helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and ensured my packages were taken care of

MARY S. JORDAN an employee that work there was very rude and gave me a hard time about something so little as an address. She had me stand there with no help as she talked and laughed with others about stuff not pertaining to the job a d here I am in pain need help and she didn’t have a care in the the world that I was standing there luckily I got help from another employee after 45 mins after basically telling her she was wrong. Smh !
They were ok but their delivery service was the worst. I give their delivery service a ONE STAR. They “came to my gate twice” but never bothered to call as indicated.

I normally don’t leave a bad review unless a business deserves it.I had my replacement phone overnighted to me since it’s no longer charging. Apple overnighted a replacement to me. They could not send it to my office for some reason so I sent it to my home instead and thought no big deal since my wife is there to sign for it. Today I checked the tracking to find out that FedEx attempted to deliver my package but did not because no one was home. I checked my cameras and FedEx never came to my home to attempt a delivery. I needed this phone today so I rushed to this FedEx location to retrieve my package. I was on my way and checked their hours and that my ETA would be 5 mins after they closed. I called the number associated with this location and it’s just a corporate number. The associate on the phone said if I’m there 5 mins after, there would for sure be someone there. He never confirmed that someone would HELP me. I still went to this location.I arrive with baby in hand and the door is locked at 8:05 PM. The associate at the counter was helping a guest. They both heard me try to open the door but failed to acknowledge me or have someone else come to the door to kindly let me know that they cannot assist me. I still waited another 7 mins (with baby in hand). The guest inside completed their transaction and opened the door to leave. I popped my head inside to ask if they could help me and these words came out of their mouth “we’re closed”. This is not something you say to someone that was in customer service for 10+ years. I continued to tell them why I’m here, after hours (because their driver did not attempt a delivery at my address and that I need my package). We go back and forth for a minute about why I’m there and why they can’t help me 12 mins after they have closed. I asked to speak to someone else and they just told me the same thing but in a nicer way and promised that they will make sure the driver makes another delivery attempt. Well, here I am with no delivery guarantee.I don’t want to be contacted. I want these FedEx employees to be sent to a class about how to ASSIST customers instead of just doing their jobs like robots.
This company is very unreliable, online it said the package, an envelope as a matter a fact, was put in the mailbox. I go check and its completely empty. One of your drivers I guess put it I the wrong mailbox and now its lost. Also this company says on their website were not responsible for any lost packages. And this was my medication too. This is so disappointing, I hope you guys get sued one day.

This is the very central of shipping. Yet, they wont take your AT&T equipment. AT&T doesnt make it easy for you and tell you ANY Fed Ex. Yet, this one location, the largest by far in all Palm Beach, wont take this equipment.

This is my favourite FedEx. Recommend going before 4:00pm because there is a school near by an traffic is horrendous. Ive never had an issue from this shipping center. The staff is friendly I would list there names but I cant remember them all. Always a pleasure going here its fast customers are treated nicely. I could keep on going but you get the point.👍
I two day shipped a shirt for me sorority and they gave me a time and said my package would arrive at 8pm. Mind you I ordered the package on a Tuesday and was suppose to get it that Friday. They ended up coming 8 hours earlier and I was at work. So they left some stupid tag on my door stating that I needed to sign for it. Mind you this was never emphasized when I placed the order or when I tracked it. I called the number and it said that my package would be available for pick up at 3pm-8pm. I got there at 4pm and they told me my package was not there. The driver ended up not returning to the site to drop off packages for those who weren’t home and instead went to finish the rest of his orders. What pisses me off is that the woman I spoke with this Friday told me that my package would be at my house today this morning “Saturday” April 14, 2018. It’s not 11 and they close at 2 today. So I’m trying to figure out where the hell my package is. I paid all of this money just to not get my package on the day that it was suppose to be in my possession and now I’m still waiting.
Please dont be that person that is not prepared. Other people have things to do .. If you dont know how it works dont hold up the line.. Thanks Great people work the front counter and are very helpful. Dont be rude to them!
Not very helpful and apparently they do not carry all the stuff the Fed Ex Office stores carry so had to go all the way to Boynton to send my package. The Fed Ex Office in Boynton off Gateway deserves 5 stars though, they really help out and make the process fast and easy for you!
The place is easy to get to from the highway the only thing is it tends to get busy. The reason I rated 4 stars is because its an extremely tiny environment. Mostly just to pick up a package really quick or ship something but its not very spacious from the inside and they only have I believe two to three registers. However the staff is friendly and they attend to people pretty quickly.
Despite being busy as a major shipping center, the man at the desk was very helpful and quick to find my intercepted package.

The woman that works behind the counter is overwhelmingly rude and incompetent. If you dont speak Spanish, she behaves very perfunctory but then noticeably much friendlier and talkative (in Spanish) with the customers that do. And I just received my own package delivered back to me today!!! What the heck kind of Mickey Mouse operation is this?????? Perhaps someone needs to open another location in Lake Worth. On top of all that, theres always a long wait at this one. Big thumbs down!

FedEx service is unmatched but this is a horrible location. Right off 10th N right in a painfully tight construction zone. Cant find or see this place from the street. Poor signage . In a school zone. Traffic lights. Howd this happen?
