Great experience. Fast, friendly, and free vacuums and rags. Vacuums a little weak, but supposed to be upgrading in a month. I bought a monthly pass. It is already worth it. Thank you Donna

Been using this car wash for a few years now. In the last couple of weeks I’ve noticed a change that the car wash works a lot better than it used to. I’d like to thank Donna for being so attentive and friendly and going beyond her job description taking car of the customers.

I wash my car at Zips on Lakeworth Road and Pinehurst once a month to preserve the clear coat and paint job. On Saturday 8/21/2021 at approximately 3:20pm. I entered the car wash. Halfway through the wash it stopped momentarily then restarted. Next thing I see is the SUV ahead of me coming backwards into the front end of my car. This happened twice before I exited the car wash. The owner of the SUV went to get the manager because I had damage to the front end of my vehicle due to the malfunction of the car wash equipment. The female manager gave me an incident report to fill out and she took pictures of the damage to my car. She told me to go get 2 estimates for the repairs and bring them back to Zips. On Monday 8/23/2021 I left work 1 hour early so I could get the 2 estimates and turn them in before Zips closed. When I went to Zips the DM (whose name was Pablo Figueredo) informed me that the manager (whose name is Robert Bogart) was not available. Pablo asked me if I filled out an incident report and I told him yes. I asked Mr. Figueredo how soon I would here from someone about getting the car fixed and he told me that it would be several weeks because those decisions are made at the corporate level. I told him to have the manager Robert Bogart call me in the morning because that timeline is unacceptable. He informed me at that time that I was interrupting a phone call he was on and he had nothing further to say. It is now Tuesday 8/24/2021 at 2:16pm and I am still waiting for a phone call from Mr. Robert Bogart. Update: Today is Wednesday 8/25/2021 and the time is 11:35 am. and still no phone call from Mr. Bogart.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!I took my car to get a car wash. I let the attendant know that the rims were particularly dirty. He said don’t worry, I will Take care of you. He proceeded to put a spray on my cars rims. The minute I arrived home I checked my rims to see how clean they had become.The rims were ruined! The clear coat had come off of my rims exactly where they had been sprayed. Of course, the pandemic hit, I was not about to go anywhere so I waited a while to report the issue. I tried to call several times and got no answer. I finally called corporate. They put me in touch with the overseeing manager.He called me and I explained to him what had happened. Shortly after that, I was unable to get in touch with him again. I had to go physically to the car wash to get a report and once sent was unable to reach him again even though I left several messages via text and phone.Finally I had to physically make another trip to show the damage again in person and find out why I was completely being ignored. The manager was using excuses that corporate won’t do anything, our chemicals aren’t that strong and must be hard water stains. Absolutely taking no responsibility for what the employee had done to my car.He never would admit his employee ruined my rims. Absolutely disgraceful! Told me to go to a repair shop to fix their mistake. Never will I ever step foot at the car wash again and I highly suggest you don’t. Terrible business practices. Truly they don’t care about their customers or keeping any.

Fast, convenient and friendly. Robert and Jeff made the whole process easy. Love the fact that towels and windex available for use.

Not a very strong car wash had to put it through twice as I believe it was too quick for the $16 I paid for a wash he was nice enough to let me roll through again still didnt do a very good job second time around had to use the packet they gave me with rags to wipe the whole car down in order to make it look decent plus the glass wipes contain no glass cleaner and the dash wipes contain no armor All or protective substance they were dry all in all okay and a pinch but theres better car washes around.

Staff was awesome with helping me. Took her time and didnt rush. Love that place!

I have the monthly service. Its worth the price. Pretty much get my car washed every week, it comes out clean, and its no fuss. Highly recommend.

Friendly employees and great customer service

I went to the Boynton Beach location and they were experiencing technical difficulties again. So then I went to the lake Worth location and I went through the wash and it was water only no soap.Also the attendant in my opinion was incompetent. Besides poor customer service wasnt able to guide my car and properly and my car rolled backwards back out of the wash and then he tried to blame me. I had to check my car afterwards because I was concerned that perhaps there may have been damaged because I have been reading the reviews and seeing that other people were experiencing problem including damage to their vehicles. After going through the wash with no soap just plain water I pulled the car over next to the wash and I tried to get the attendants attention as he was standing maybe 20 to 25 ft away from where I had parked my car to complain about the fact that my car went through to wash without soap. He acted like he couldnt hear me and seemed unconcerned.Im thinking Im going to have to cancel my monthly car wash membership.🙁

The worst experience for the washing of my car, the wheels come out super dirty and the vacuum cleaners have no strength to pull the dirt inside and or talk about the prices. It is a very old car wash or the machines are in very bad condition. I do not recommend it.

The car wash seems to push you through way too fast, by the time you get to the blow dryers there is still soap on your car coming down your windshield and once I was through the car was still soaking wet and my wheels did not get clean at all. The picture of my wheel is from only 2 weeks of brake dust on a waxed wheel which should have been no problem to remove.

Great car wash, I always go for the 8 dollar wash. The vacuums are free to use, just make sure to bring towels to properly dry your car!

This place is a rip off. The guy standing to direct you in does not put the bug off on your vehicle or spray your tires and the vacuums dont work. I tried to call them and the phone is disconnected. Awful way to do business.

They have been going under repair for more than 5 days where I can wash my car I am a club member ?

Beware if you value your vehicle take a look at the reviews.I wish I had. my brand new Dodge Durango with less than 3000 miles on it went through the car wash came out with deep scratches that they insist didn’t happen there. if you check their reviews you’ll see that’s what they do to everybody that has a claim.

Good for a quick wash. You have to vacuum your own vehicle. There are no towels to wash the inside or windshield cleaners to use.

Only reason I come to this place is to get a quick $4 Wednesday special... today The washer was down & they offered hand washes for $10... ok fine, I ask would they politely do a quick vacuum since I have seen they where using a shop vac. THEN at this point I was told no vacuum today.... I would have been better off going to motor city car wash with spending the same amount of money for a better clean! Also I get/understand hiring kids to do hand washes but further training to attention to details is needed

Going there for years. Now new management does not take credit card or bank card. Does not do tires. Isnt it a car wash. Now you need to have a membership card. Attendant is very mean and yells at you. Spent 7 dollars as per deluxe wash with wheels washed. Got ripped off today.

Excellent work. My mother recommended this spot so I got the full service today and Harry was VERY thorough in cleaning the inside of my car. He took his time cleaning every nook and cranny and once he was done, it truly looked as if it was new again. I definitely will be a returning customer. Thank you!

This has got to be the worst car wash facility Ive ever had the misfortune of visiting in my entire life. Lets begin. The prices are okay. The employees seem like zombies and are miserable, whatever I guess. But the car wash itself is weak as heck, watered down products and lame dryer, car was still mostly wet. And the icing on the cake, the free vacuums. This is supposed to entice you, and make you feel satisfied. Well tough luck friends, the vacuums are literally horrific. They dont do ANYTHING. Please, save your money for some other car wash, or do it at home. This place is no good.

I have been coming here for years. Last time my boys went to surprise me with a wash and NOW the company will not remove your antenna anymore!!! IT IS UP TO YOU to remove anything that might break. You guessed it ~ my car antenna broke and we got NOTHING but sorry from these people. They certainly lost my business. BE AWARE!

Went through and it looked no different when I got out. Seemed like I went through pretty fast and it missed stuff it shouldnt have. I just wasted my money.

This carwash doesnt wash your car that great. Wheels are still dirty when you come out. Vacuums are not that strong. This is a place you use if you are in a pinch.

Slow service....dryers arent good..... always waiting because staff not around. This location is bad. One on Congress Avenue in Delray much better.

Wow! went back for the 2nd wash on a two for one special. Told by the attendant that it was 3 days over the time limit with an attitude. When I asked about paying $20 for one wash instead of two, he just stared right through me like I wasnt there. Ill take the time to go to Unlimited Auto Wash at 441 and Lake Worth. They have individual car washes. At least they are friendly.

I got my 2017 Camaro (black) washed there today (4/8) at 1:10pm . I got to work 15 min later and notice deep scratches on the passenger side near the spoiler. The scratches practically run parallel to each other like spinning brushes would so NO it wasnt on my car prior to coming. Apparently since I left the property without checking my car first Im screwed. I wouldnt think to check for (damage) scratches like this at a reputable place with good reviews. This is going to cost me hundreds of dollars to repair if not more.

They have different prices for a regular wash. And I usually get the 12 wash .Now I go there and pay extra for tire shine.My tires are filthy when I am finished. They use to have someone come around and clean your tires .You would tip him.Now I can get the cheapest wash.

The scanner for RFID monthly membership tag wasnt working today, but the wash itself is good.

I drove through the wash twice after purchasing a monthly membership and my car is still dirty. The vacuum hoses are next to useless - I had to re Park three times before I found a hose that had a LITTLE BIT MORE suction than the others... and theres even signs that say to limit your vacuum use to 10 minutes... Honestly, what am I paying for? My car is still just as dirty as it was before I arrived at this car wash and it only has one attendant.*This car wash is NOT lowered-car friendly!*I wouldnt even call it a SUV friendly and thats what I drive...There are next to NO instructions when you are first signing up, nor ANY information given to you on how to manage your subscription.At this point, I have to figure out how to cancel it because it is useless and a waste of money.

Car wash was AVERAGE. Rims barely touched, around license plate still dirty. Wash was too short and left areas not completely cleaned.
