This is the worse car wash I have ever experienced. I pay for a Supreme wash and the guy explained what it was going to be done to the car. They told me vac, along with cleaning the dashboard. Wash and go, wheels, lava shield and other things they mentioned. I also ask them to vacuum my trunk and they didnt even open it. My car look worse than when I brought in. Is like the same vacuum leave dust around horrible not mentioned that in 10 minutes my car was done. I wont recommend this place to no one. Horrible I will add pictures

You have lost a customer today. I have been bringing my vehicle here for several years and was always extremely happy with the outcome. Today that was not the case and the detailer that worked on my vehicle argued with me, I couldn’t find a manger and one employee tried to give me a card for a free car wash but by that time the damage was done. I will NEVER be back nor would ever recommend this place again!!!!!

My husband and I needed our cars washed and they advertised hand wash but they took it through the machine anyway the machine did not clean the car thoroughly they came out still dirty. They halfway vacuum the car and didnt even bother wiping down the inside. I would never go to this place again. They are totally disorganized. But we gave him a tip anyway. Next time I will wash them myself and do a hell of a lot better than they did and theyre professionals SMH.

Bad they couldnt wax my car

Damaged my car. STAY AWAY!They damaged my front bumper and refused to pay. Manager told me to do what I have to do so I did. I reported them to Better Business Bureau and left this review. Over $750.00 in damages as estimate from their own preferred body shop. Something is wrong with the drive thru machine.

I think it all depends on who you get, so Id like to shout out Octavius. I came in with a Hyundai SUV covered in dog hair... I mean SO embedded in there. Octavius took care of every last inch of the car, that it looks new. He took pride in his work and wanted eagerly to show me. We need more people like him in the world. (I hope I have his name right - might be Octavian!). So thank you.

This was an okay wash wasnt the best cheap car wash on the corner of Lantana Road and Military Trail next door to the gas station is there a Mobil or Chevron gas station go to wash and tires cleaning windshield inside inside windows Car Wash didnt do such a good job the car wash left yellow dots all over the car is pollen from Plants floating in the air I wasnt too happy about that scrub off when I get home I just paid 20 bucks to have it done the staff very friendly vacuumed out the car Bus full of sand from the beach so the guy got it all out doing a good job they do a pretty good job better than some of the car washes around town

Wish I could leave a negative 5 stars ! Watch your stuff the staff steal from your car. My husband took my car to have it detailed and the guy who did the inside stole our dollar bills from above the visor and my prescription medication (medical marijuana ) from inside the center console (which he had no business going through. . My husband immediately knew it was missing and confronted the guy and filed a police report. Because the camera could not see inside the vehicle what he was doing they couldn’t prove anything. Highly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere . Hate nothing worse than a thief !Edited to add the guy who stole from us was a short stocky African American with short 6” long dreads . Watch your stuff !

VIP CAR WASH is where I take my car to be washed. Last time I had a terrible experience they didnt wiped down my dashboard nor my cup holder the manager Ralph give me a raincheck for next time. The next day I took my other car there and I asked them to vacuum my 3rd roll seat. They forgot to do it, now I know to check before leaving the car wash.

Twice I have gone to VIP Car Wash and on each occasion Ive driven away after listening to a customer complaining loudly about the lack of quality of the work. Once, coincidence. But twice? Really? What are the odds?They are not going to touch my car at VIP - I like it too much.

Been going to this car wash for years! And they never disappoint me at all! My car was very dirty inside and outside as well, and I took it today to get it cleaned and my car always comes out like it came out of the dealer or even better!! Would highly recommend!

Dont waste your time and money! I went there just wanted a simple wash and vac with some armor all for the dash. They offered a wash that was to include that plus tire shine, windows and air freshener. They were quick to finish, but all I got was a fast wash and a lousy vacuum job, no armor all and they didnt even throw in the air freshener. I paid over twenty bucks for a job I could have done at a gas station. Guys on the side of the gas station do a better job for a better price.

The quality has definitely gone down this place used to be good my car wash I received last weekend was not good. No effort from the guy who washed it. I’ve been going here for a long time but I won’t be going here anymore. Time to find somewhere else to go.

Great car wash place! They definitely were thorough with cleaning my car, and it took longer than I expected (about 30 min), but definitely worth it!

Was quickly attended to when I arrived, and they worked hard to get the vehicle completed in a timely manner.

If I could give this place negative 10 stars I would! The first time I went there they scratched my bumper. It was a brand new car less than a week old and there was a spot on my bumper where the paint was scratched. I foolishly went back there today to get my car washed. I got there at 5:40. I pulled into the long line of vehicles. Once I was already in line and trapped they proceeded to tell me they were doing exterior only. The managers we’re having a screaming battle at each other right in front of the customers using profanity. This place is a complete joke I can’t even believe it stays in business.

My truck always looks like new inside and out

They took out my floor mats in the front and did not put them back in. I called in, and they say they checked all 35 cameras (in 5 minutes) and there were no floor mats in when I brought it in. Really??? Also the wash job was extremely poor. I couldve done a better job on my own instead of wasting time and money.

The prices are crazy for the service they provide. My husband and I paid $150 each for our cars to be detailed which is fine. The workers vacuumed my car and forgot to wash the seats and floors. They forgot to clean the Windows on the inside of the car. They left garbage in my car and forgot to give my car mats to me. I had to wait 3 days until they could find the mats and give them back. We will not be coming back here.

Do not waist your time at this place if you have a truck. Showed up to wash my truck and they tried to BS me with selling sone kinda hand wash to avoid damaging the off road lights ( yeahh / off road lights that go deep in the woods and installed on a heavy duty truck) .

Very disappointed. I left work early to go here because I heard great things about them. They say they close at 6pm. I got there at 5:20pm and was turned away with no apology or anything. So I went to Motor City on Hypoluxo and Lawrence; they did a great job and stay open later!

I think the new owner needs to tighten it up here. Fine I know its a car wash. But when your special price is $35 and its not even wax to detailed I feel better going to Motor City. The detailer assigned to my vehicle was a fairly good technician.

I feel like I got half of what I paid for, which was shampoo and wax. The shampoo was really well done, but the car didnt even look like it has been washed. A helpful kid got bugs stuff and schmutz off a few spots.This is my SECOND visit and both were not good experiences. I was tired from the wait, and didnt feel like telling to get them to do it right. Sadly wont go back.

Worst service ever. They advertise a $3 car wash but when you get there they say the least expensive one is 5. They leave water and residue all over your car and tell you that is wax when the wash that was purchased did not have wax in it to begin with. Told them it would leave a residue and guy came over with a dirty rag wiped off one spot and said there are you happy what else do you want. Glad this lesson only cost me $5 instead of 20 or 50. There are much better options out there and I will never bring my car here again.Even a wash and go should not leave soap residue to dry and stain and still false advertise a 3 dollar wash then charge 5. Funny thing is had you taken the extra 5 minutes to fix the issue or only charged 3 as advertised you probably would have had a happy customer and better review. Instead you argued with a paying customer and continue to try to defend your poor service.

Very rude and disrespectful people. Do not recommend. Pulled to the area one employee told me to drive to and the other employee was rude and asked “why did you park so far?” The place I parked was about five feet from the spot the guy wanted the vehicle. Would recommend to stay away.

I have a two door truck and wanted the outside washed, they charged $17+ tax because I had a truck and didnt offer a raincheck because I didnt get the more expensive package. But I felt like really $17 just for the outside and they missed some spots. Then I got mad because the driver smelt like alcohol and I told the cashier and she just shrugged her shoulders...honestly id rather just go to motor city car wash right up the road more busier and way better service.

This carwash does a great job. The owner checks all cars when they are done. The only downfall is they dont do the windshield or Windows properly. But the exterior of the car and the wheels they come out awesome.

Awful and disgusting place. My mother took her SUV in to get cleaned and left with it still dirty!! She paid $32 and lefty with a dirty car. Keep going and find a better place to wash your car. You might as well should just pull into a automatic car wash and wipe it down at home. Youll have a cleaner car and save your money!! This place is not rated #1! Look at their yelp reviews. Someone even posted pictures of their dirty car after leaving this location!

Overall very disappointing that I️ was charged over $20 including tax and I️ had to wash my own windows on the inside. The windshield was only done on one side. You couldn’t see the window wasn’t clean until the sun hit it pulling into my driveway. This place lost my business for sure.

Had a Full Detail job done for my wife car and I deeply regret it. I always get my car wash at Rub-A-Dub and I thought Id try a new place but at the end I regretted it. I live 20 miles from Rub-A-Dub and its worth the job. Im not gonna write all the details because its long but find somewhere else to go

Used to go to Rub a Dub in Delray but now Ill go here. Much better pricing and car is as clean if not better. Facility is clean, plenty of seating in the AC or outside in the shade and staff is friendly. Overall great place to get your car detailed.

I am using my sons account to make this review but I am a 36 year old woman who came to get my car CLEANED 9/15/18 I paid $37 to have the inside vaccumed, door jams cleaned, dashboard anything that was a surface that could be cleaned done. After 20mins which the drive through wash part of it takes 7min which you can do the math it took 13mins to clean the entire inside of the car. The carpet was not put back in place so when I went to move it the guy came and said wait I’ll put that back which I moved it and there was dirt there and he said he will vacuum it again. I also found dirt in the cracks of the seats, gum wrappers still in the door, dirt in the cup holders. Who I assumed was management came and was telling the guy what to do. We were going to get cash to tip from the atm and decided not to because that did not deserve a tip.I went to Walmart bought my own rag and cleaner. The rag was white and when I was finished cleaning it was filthy. We went back and showed the man and he proceeded to tell us it was that color from the cleaner they use. I had dirty fingerprints on the sides by the dash I never had before that I had to scrub to get out and dirty Palm prints on the back of my seats. They tried to say they would give back the money for the inside cleaning but not outside. My boyfriend said no I want all the money back which this was still being debated and going back and forth in the establishment in front of customers when my boyfriend was trying to not have to do that in front of customers at this point he didn’t care anymore. We were given a full refund and felt we should have tipped the drive through machine who did the best job!!! Will not be returning!!!!!!

Poor, not the brightest Management team. I went to get my car washed today 10/2 at VIP car wash on military and Lantana. I arrived at 3:45pm and they close at 6:45 pm. The manager an (Indian guy - to make sure I identify the right person) .., tells me that because business was slow he sent everyone home and there was no one there to vacuums - just wash exterior ...WTH. Why would you send people home that needs to be there to wash customers cars at 3:45 pm on a sunny day. Another manager tried to intervene and tell him he should not be doing that but he discounted the other guy (who probably should be the lead manager). I will be taking my business elsewhere and will never go back to this location again. They just lost $30-35 dollars for a car wash.

The VIP car wash in under new management but as for right now nothing has changed but one thing I seen was no more 99c carwash on Wednesdays but that does not change anything for me I will still go there the get my car done if u go there ask for BRAD To do your car he did a GREAT JOB ON MINE.and the service is still the same just under new management

I went to VIP primarily because they claim to have an a la carte detail service, but when I got there, I was told that there were only two different prices for what I wanted done - $80.00 and $149.00. I told them I just wanted to have my seats and carpets shampooed, but they told me they would not do that without including other services that come with the two prices. I ultimately settled for the $80.00 to just have the seats shampooed and whatever else was included with the package. I told them I did not need the car washed, but they said it was included in the price and there was no way I could exclude it. So, the reality is that they do not have a la carte services even though they claim they do.The guy worked on the car for about 40 minutes shampooing the seats. When I got into the car after they were supposed to have cleaned the seats, I noticed that there were still some stains on one of the rear seats. I thought at that time that these stains were probably something that could not be shampooed out because the guy was supposed to have just shampooed the seats, and the stains were still there.A couple of weeks later, I purchased a bottle of auto carpet and upholstery shampoo to do the carpets myself. After cleaning the carpets, I decided to use the cleaner on the stains that were left there after VIP shampooed the seats, and to my surprise, the stains came out very easily. I realized then that the guy at VIP just did a half-fast job and left stains on one seat he could have easily gotten out. This kind of service certainly was not worth the $80.00 I paid for it.They also charged me sales tax for this service, and if I am not mistaken, you dont have to pay sales tax for most services in Florida, yet they charged me sales tax. I am not 100% sure if auto detailing service, specifically, is subject to sales tax, but I am sure that most such services are not.VIP is overpriced, they dont have a la carte services as they claim, and the services you end up getting arent really worth the money they charge you for them. I was very disappointed with paying $80.00 for what little they did to my car and how poorly they did it. Next time, Ill do it myself and save $70.00.
