I really dont know how anyone can say anything bad about this salon. They are extremely nice, very professional and very good at what they do. I love this nail salon.

I brought my daughter to get her nails done for her birthday. She wanted acrylics with gel polish. The service was excellent, the people were friendly, the atmosphere was clean and sanitary. My only issue is I feel we were WAY overcharged. The price for acrylics was $25+, so I figured for both of us we would pay around $60. When I went to play the amount was $100, $90 + the tip. Im wondering if it really costs $20 for 2 coats of gel polish?!??!?

I decided to visit this nail salon based off the over-all rating, despite having read the most recent reviews. Im not sure what my gentlemans name was. I can say he was available as soon as I arrived, which is great! I was optimistic! I wish he would have just told me he couldnt do what I was asking for, though. I let him know what I wanted as soon as I sat down. I stated early what shape I wanted, so he knew before sizing the tips. He made sure to check with me on the length throughout the process. He failed to give me the heads up my final length would be extra charge. Towards the end, we went back and forth on a few nails as they werent even or the shape I requested. He also asked too many times if I was sure I didnt want gel polish, which I understand is a higher price, even though I was clear when I sat down I did not want polish. I appreciate how he tried, I do. The product though.. was not what I desired. I ended up just letting him finish so I can get home and fix them myself. Not the outcome anyone wants when you still end up paying for a service. 2 stars because I believe he tried. I wont be going back.Edit: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I tried to communicate with the owner not 48 hrs after getting my nails done at this salon. They were yellowing and cracking in less than 2 days. I went in and began to explain about the yellowing, which is caused from the top coat used. The manager was quick to say that it was my makeup and that I needed gel top coat. I dont wear makeup. I explained that even IF so, it wouldnt cause cracking in the acrylic. He denied any cracking and basically kicked me out of the salon because he didnt want to discuss anything more. Your time, money and patience is best elsewhere.

The service was excellent! Both people who did my nails were super sweet and polite. Not to mention they offer you drinks as well. This is a wonderful business and I highly recommend it. And I will be recommending this place in the future to anyone who needs a little tlc

Such an awesome place

I used to love this salon but after 2 hours of cold water and way too hot wax. Didnt even remove my old clear polish until I told her there was polish on my nails and then only took it off one toe. Tub was nasty when we were sat in our pedi chairs with no water for 30 minutes. I thought the girl was straight out of school but she said she had been doing nails since 2016. She removed her clippers and trimmers from a plastic box (like a pencil box) and i asked why they werent in the sterile packet and she said i take them out and put them in my box. After she finished with me she put them back in her little box and went to another client and started on her feet using the same non - sterilized clippers. Wont be back unless the owner fixes these problems.... also...as we were leaving the owner put 2 new clients in the same chairs that my friend and I used and told them the tubs were just cleaned as he was picking the used wax out of the bottom... that was a lie because we just got out of them and no one had cleaned them... and yes I told the customer and her mother they were not cleaned.!!!! ALSO...I POSTED PICTURES SHOWING THE NASTY DIRTY DRAIN AND THE HORRIBLE PEDI JOB ON MY HEEL BUT THEY KEEP PULLING IT DOWN...I WONDER WHY THEY DONT WANT YALL TO SEE IT?

Liam and the team are amazing. They always take care if you. Always makes sure you are doing ok. If you looking just sit back and relax while getting pampered i recommend going to magic nails.

My nails look like a 5 year old did them and the price of his lashes change every time $25 some days and $30 some days and get mean if u don’t do things their way…so i refuse to return to them

My husband and I decided to go tan before a beach trip. I paid 45 unlimited. My husband paid per visit. I knew I started on the 9th of November and Liam didnt make a card for me. Just to see because I hadnt signed in on the card like before. I asked about when my last tan day would be I helped him look through the card box twice my name wasnt in there so I go on back to tan. When I come out he shows me a card and said my last day is on the 6th. Okay thats okay whatever . But whats not ok is my husband went in the stand up everytime I had told him to put a towel to stand on well because sometimes theyre not cleaned properly. Well he bawled a towel up and left it on the floor. 2 days later we go back seriously the same bawled up towel in the standup. I seriously think this has to be the dirtiest tanning rooms Ive ever saw. They need to do a deep cleaning for sure. We stopped going here because of a toe fungus 5 years and wanted to give it another shot but tanning or hair not nails..... I know they have alot of business but the tanning rooms ALL OF THEM NEED ATTENTION !!!!!!!

This is my second time coming here, both times my mother treated me to a manicure and pedicure, and this time just the pedicure. We both were greeted promptly and warmly. Liam, the manager, asked what Id like to have and I was shown to a chair. Service was great! The pedicurist (if there is such a word 🤔) remembered me from the last time, she even remembered the color of the nail polish I selected last time! Now, that is awesome! She also knew I am very ticklish on the soles of my feet (I didnt kick her in the face this time). Liam came around and asked my mother and I if we wanted anything to drink, which was neat.My pedicure was a well deserved treat and the next time I visit Florida, Ill come here!Thank you for the top notch service both times (and remembering so well!)

I have gone here for quite some time but honestly the service just keeps getting worse ... The utensils are no longer in thier sterile packets they only spray them with only god knows what ... The last time i was here they damaged my nails so its going to be a little while until i do acrylics again ... One of the employees a female always so rude talking about people and pointing directly at them while she does it ... Will never being going back ever the new people just keep getting worse and thier prices too it should cost that much to get real bad service.

Horrible service, I have been going here for over two years and the mail techs are getting worse. Yesterday was the last time I will ever go here, the mail tech was intentionally hurting me by continuously clipping my skin, and when it was time for Nancy to do my eyebrows I was about to get up because she stated she was done and took my for head and slammed my head back down just to hand me the mirror.

I have been going to this salon since I moved here and have been pretty pleased up until yesterday. I called and spoke to the owner and scheduled an appointment and showed up at the time I was told. I walked in and they were very busy and I explained that I made an appointment and I was told that there would be at least an hour wait. What is the point of an appointment if it is not going to be honored???? I can understand waiting a few minutes to be helped but an hour ??? I found another place to get my nails done and I WILL NOT go back there again. I am sure that they do not care if they lose 1 customer but when I am asked where I go they will no longer get my referral and I am asked quite often. I hope that they realize treating loyal customers this way will cause them to lose more customers than myself and maybe they will start to honor appointments and not just blow them off. I usually do not leave reviews but I was so angry by the way that I was treated I just could not let it go!!!!

The staff was pleasant and attentive to the customers needs. They were willing to satisfy the customer verses other mail shop which sold objective is to heard you in like cattle for profit only. Thank you for your service.

Did a horrible job

Upscale looking place .haircuts were pretty expensive, $20. I took my mother-in-law and she got a bad haircut .The Stylist did nothing but talk to her friend. They do manicures pedicures and specialty facials. You can also get bikini wax all the way to full body

I went in yesterday for a gel mani pedi deluxe and for starters it looks like a 3 year old painted my toes and nails. Super messy job, there is nail polish still on my skin. I gave simple instructions to not file my nails and she proceeded to do so. My thumb is ALREADY chipped, both the pedicure and manicure felt rushed. After spending over 100 dollars (Because I still tipped I’m not a monster) I was not satisfied.

I was so afraid, I relocated from Atlanta that I wouldnt be able to find a person to do my lashes like I wanted. But Mr Lee Is Awesome patient customer service is First Class service. If it was more stars too give I would.

I gave this place the benefit of the doubt and returned to get my eyebrows done. What a mistake. The lady that attended me rounded the top of my eyebrow where the peak of the arch is supposed to be making ny eyes look sad. I paid money to get my eyebrows done to ultimately end up buying blades from the store to fix them. It is so upsetting because eyebrows take a long time to grow. It took me 4 years to grow my brows and she massacred them with a swipe of wax and 15 minutes. The only reason i give 3 stars is because the owner is kind. I cant say the same for them all.

A friend told me to give the Magic Nails a try both my husband and I had a peticure there. We were very pleased with this experience and plan on returning. It would have gotten 5 stars but my manicure only lasted about a week. Could be my fault, lots of house work and hand in water a great deal.

Horrible work! Definitely was not satisfied! The owner was nice. But the other employees do such a horrific job! Never will I return! I literally had to leave and have another nail shop fix my nails.

Great service, friendly staff and only waited 5 minutes before I was taken to a chair to begin my acrylic nails. Also had a pedicure with hot stones 😍...throughout my time there, I was asked (as well as every other customer) if I wanted something to drink.....water, soda etc

They cut my nail bed when I asked for a soak off. They plied them off with a tip instead. Then when I asked for acetone so she didn’t cut any more of my nails, she said it “fine but it’ll take longer - with an attitude”. I made the male manager aware of the cut and he said it was “no big deal”. The lady wanted to glue tips over the cut nail bed and said it was fine and the man refused to disinfect the cut. Again he said it was “ no big deal”. NEVER COME HERE. My mother who is a nail artist told me that if they were to cover the nail bed tear with a tip it could have gotten infected. I felt shrugged off and not taken seriously and now I can’t even get a full set. Now I’m stuck with bare nails because of these people!

Horrible nails. Horrible customer service. Liam (the manager) was rude when I politely explained how bad these are. they are thick, uneven, and extremely sloppy. he refused a refund, and now I have to pay someone to fix this mess before I am in a wedding in 3 days.I would NEVER recommend anyone give him any of their business.

The place was packed because of home coming being the next day so there were a lot of girls from my school in the place and I could tell the owner was very stressed out. To others he was being very rude and loud but try having maybe 20+ people in a salon with only 5/6 workers!!! I was patient and understanding and in the end my nails were done very lovely.

This isnt my first time but they have consistently done an excellent job on my nails that I had to post it. There manicures and pedicures are amazing for the area!

First time I came here it’s wasn’t too bad, but this last time was terrible. I won’t be coming back. My pedicurist did nothing and it distracted her from doing the task at hand. She was also distracted by her phone. She didn’g shape my nails, did not clean under my nails, didn’t trim my cuticles, and didn’t get my calluses with the pumice stone. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had! Paid $22 for my nails to only be painted essentially.

I have been coming here a long time. They know how to take care of your nails and toes (tanning and hair also, if desired) and they care about people.

Every time I have been there for a pedicure I am told it will be 20 minutes. 45 minutes later I am finally shown to a chair and it is about 15 minutes later when someone shows up to start the pedicure. Today I made an appointment for haircuts for myself and my husband for 1 pm. When we arrived before 1 pm, we were told she was doing a pedicure and it would be a few minutes. 60 minutes later we were still waiting and we finally walked out. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY.

If I could give this place a negative I would. James was my nail tech. BIG MISTAKE!!!! Don’t go to him. First of all his hands shaking. I went in for a full set and a polish change. James kept putting the nail on side ways or he kept choosing the wrong size. I told him to forget it and just polish my nails well he paint 5 coats because he kept messing up. You can see the paint brush stokes in the paint. He wasn’t painting the side of my nail. Just a mess!! I wasn’t trying to raise hell and I needed polish for pictures tomorrow. But when I addressed it to the head tech he just said oh sorry 😐. I’m asked can they fix it I was told yes for $10. Oh he’ll no. I paid $20 and left.

Ive been here before and the service was great, but recently I had a full set put on and was very disappointed. No work was done to my cuticles so the gel top coat does not cover my entire nail and has already began to chip and separate from my nail. There were also sharp edges left on each nail which I had to correct myself.
