It’s hard to find a nail salon that makes you feel welcome but this one did. They were very nice. They did a good job on my pedicure and full set of nails. I will definitely be back. They also clean the pedicure tubs as soon as you get up from it which I thought was good.

Its a hit or miss with nail salons like these. Either tech doesnt care enough where they rush the process or do the bare minimum. The last 2 techs i got were sweet & did a nice job. Still searching for the right nail salon for me.

This was the worst service/nightmare I can ever imagine, nail tech cut my daughter ann no d rushed her nails and told her she hurted my daughter and that we need the arcrylic to be taken off and she say to come back tomorrow..very unprofessional...and does not care about the pain my daughter is suffering even when asking her can she tell me what to use to take it off she refuse to even assist in any kind of way...GO AT YOUF OWN RISK!!!!!!

Terrible! I came herce to get a fill in.. the lady doing it had very dirty, sharp nails and it felt like she was digging them into my skin. Then she cut me so bad with the drill and didn’t wash the cut at all. I chose a pink gel color and got a tan/brown color! When I said something about it she told me it would change under the gel light. She could barely understand anything i would say. And then made me pay full price !!!!

Stopped by today to get a business card. On the card it specifically states ‘Walk-ins Welcome’. Just called to make an Appt and am told they ONLY do walk-ins. Then your business cards should state “Walk-Ins Only”. Bust!! Makes me wonder if their 3.3 rating is ‘REAL’???

Never again! Ive come here for years. The guy who did my my nails today. Went super fast and was really rough. Charged $10 more than what is listed. really rude and will never go back! Horrible experience.

I switch between this salon and another salon often. This is the very last time I ever come here. Made me wait 15 minutes while they all chatted and laughed together and no one else was waiting in the salon. I got there at 6:30, well before closing time. They decided while doing my nails they wanted to close up shop and clear out their register. They asked me how I was paying 2 hours before they closed! I told them I had a gift certificate from my husband and they knew I was getting 3 different services. About an hour before close she decided to ask me again how I was paying and if I had cash. She told me what my balance would be and that I would only have 2 dollars left. I told her again I didnt have cash which she must have misunderstood before. I had more than enough to cover the services however, only $2 left for tip and I told her I could put it on my debit card. She acted like I should give up a service to rip her more when it was their fault to begin with!! Maybe if she was nicer, I would have but I am leaving for the beach tomorrow and I dont have time to go again before I leave... From then on my experience was unbelievable HELL. She smartly told me, no they already closed the register and then started insanely rushing like super fast and messy. She cut one of my fingers all up over and over. Then freaked out when she messed up a nail and I asked her to redo it. (It was awful) then she rushed through my toenails so fast it looks like my 4 year old did them and she didnt even trim them!!!! She rushed through my eyebrows after a smart remark about which room to use. Then after a couple seconds she was done and I darted out the door!!!! When I got home and took a closer look, this lady had cut a huge bald spot on one of my eyebrows. They are completely uneven and Ill have to pluck them again! This is a joke. The stars that she stuck on them are all coming off within hours and the different colors are all running together. I had to add a clear coat to them myself! I cant even fathom what happened. Unbelievable!!!!! Not to mention the fact that my nail was bleeding and she used all the tools with the nail dust from other people on it over and over and then put it right back. This is how fungus spreads!!!

I went to have my brows done and Lana rushed me back there and the rushed to do them. After she was done I noticed that one side she had taken most of the hair off. They were so uneven. I told her and she just said, its cause ur one brow is longer than the other. Um, no theres no hair there. So she advised me to just use a pencil. I will NEVER ever go back to her. Its not the first time she screwed up mine and my daughters brows.

Worst full set of acrylics I have ever revieved!!! Within 24 hrs I had to returm to have 6 of 10 nails repaired for lifting. Within 1 week all of my nails were lifting & the acrylic was changing color. I got a standard French set & have never had issues like this!!

I have been using this salon for well over a year. Ive always been more than happy with my service. They do a great job on my nails and the pedicures are wonderful! However, today I was charged $15 more than my last visit on June 8th. I had the EXACT same thing done. The wonderful owners are out of town, so I couldnt speak with them. One of the techs told me the male owner must have made a mistake charging me the last time I was in. Needless to say, I was pretty aggravated when I left.

Horrible customer service. The prices are made up per your nationality. The people are rude and unprofessional. I left and called back and ask for the price for the service I had just got. They were told me a cheaper price then what I had just paid. Do right by all people or your business will not grow.

I agree that the owner is very rude. She acts like we are supposed to come to her shop. Don’t waste your money. I live in lake wales but I would rather drive to winter haven to get better service or go to Walmart lol

Came with my friend tonight none of these people look familier. The lady literly grabbed my friends arm and told her the guy will help her pick out a nail color as that was what we were doing together. I paid for a 12 min massage that lasted 4 min. A lady left to take her son to the bath room and they started all talking about her. The lady doing my toes was the worst and was so rude. And mean. We were talking in the back i asled that we sit together and she sugested that was her chair at the complete opisite end finially the dude doing my friend told me to sit by my friend ugh. Very disappointed also they charge what they want. Got the exact same thing last time nothing extra and got charged way more!!

Dont waste your time here. They made my nails feel bruised and grinded them down so much I have such thin and brittle nails. They even cut me and I bled a couple of times while cutting my cuticle because they are so rough.

Natural Nails Salon is the cleanest Salon Ive ever seen. This is so important. Im always afraid of getting an infection when a Salon is not kept extremely clean..

Horrible, paid $50 for a natural powder dip and my nails came out very uneven. Also grinded my nails to the point of feeling the heat from the friction under my nails. This was my second time going in and it was the same out come,horrible!

I would not recommend coming to this place literally I paid $26 for a fill and two nail repair which is crazy at that price I might as well just got a full set and the nails that were repaired are not the same stick to what you know not a great place to stop for nails if traveling

I had went in to get a full set . Which wasnt cheap. I was satisfied when I left . But the very next day I only had almost all of the nails off . They were popping off with such ease . I will never understand that .
