I just went to my first massage appointment, and it won’t be my last. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed and relaxed. They utilize diffused essential oils that make the whole place smell wonderful and ensure a calming environment. I received a full body, head to toe, massage which I wasn’t fully expecting (I thought it would only be my back and feet or something), but it was quite wonderful. I have been struggling with a lot of back, neck, and shoulder pain, and Karen used a firm but gentle hand to work through all of my pain. My skin is also super soft, and I smell amazing! I am super, super happy with my experience and the price, and I definitely will be returning soon!

Scheduled couples massage online, have been to their establishment previously so there was no need to read the description of services for couples massage. Apparently you MUST read their fine print as you must schedule two couples massages not just one couple’s massage for them to know it’s two people in the couple and not someone scheduling themselves as a couple. Arrived early to appointment to be advised by several of their employees that they believed a couples massage was no longer on their online system for scheduling. They refuse to refund what was already paid for services not rendered after ruining Father’s Day weekend.Furthermore they refuse to provide refund for services they did not render. Made statement “Did you think you were getting a couples massage for $100” NO I did not I believed it was my deposit and I would be paying the remainder when services were rendered.

I could enter this spa and never leave! The staff treats you as if you come in every week! Very friendly but completely professional! My visits are a real enjoyment and I look forward to each one!

Today was my first visit with the Oasis Spa in lake wales. I was not referred to them, but I chose them based off there reviews and how easy their website was too navigate and the awesome packages they offer. When I walked in, I was warmly greeted and offered a beverage.I waited in a very comfortable, relaxing waiting area until I was greeted by Erin for my facial. She took me to the room and got me set up. Let me tell you, her work exceeded way beyond my expectations. After that, I was greeted by Karen for my deep tissue massage. She talked to me about my problem areas and soon after got started. This awesome lady gave me the best massage ever!!! She definitely knows her stuff and I couldnt be more happy for the service I got. There prices are extremely reasonable. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much too the whole entire staff. You all go above and beyond and seriously exceeded my expectations. Thank you again. Sincerely, one extremely happy customer!!!

My wife booked me a facial here at Oasis on this day (my birthday) April 5th. Upon arrival the atmosphere was so welcoming, then 2 ladies greeted me with such warm and welcoming greetings.Immediately I was introduced to Erin. She showed me the room and asked questions regarding allergies and all.The minute she started my facial I was gone a different world. Her gentle hands on my face was so comforting I think I fell asleep in no time. But she is very provisional and caring. It was a wonderful experience. Thanks so much Erin, I know I will be back!

My 1-hour massage was amazing and relaxing. I am always greeted by friendly staff and made to feel comfortable immediately. And, their shop offers cute gift items, etc. I highly recommend this spa.

Ive just moved into the area just over a month ago and I had my first visit today at The Oasis spa. Having gone to various massage parlors for many years, I would have to rate The Oasis as my top pick. I chose, for my first massage, the Medical Massage Experience with owner/operator Erica, and it was nothing short of fabulous. The techniques used by Erica today included kinesiology taping (K taping) and deep tissue massage which I am sure will put my body back on the right track. I have already set up my next appointment for later this week and plan to continue using The Oasis for maintenance once my issue has resolved.

Oasis Spa was my first time getting a relaxation massage done professionally. I loved it and will definitely be back in the time needed. KeishmarieDid a wonderful job and Im happy that I was recommended to The Oasis Spa by a friend. 5 stars indeed 🙂

I got a massage here last year and couldn’t wait to go back when I was in the area again this year. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by their very pleasant staff. I was taken right back to the massage room. I left feeling very relaxed.

I don’t think I’ll ever find a better massage parlor. They know exactly how to work out any problems you may have. Communication, technique, professionalism, everything. They definitely have it. And I’m a hard sell, check my other reviews! I think this is the first review I’ve done where I’m so completely satisfied. I refer all my family and friends even my ex boyfriends! I’m like hey...try this place out maybe you’ll get that stick out of your....ah I’m kidding. Love this place .

Felt as though the product should have been cleaned up better, and there was no communication asking if I liked the results or not. Lash lift and tint didnt do anything looks the same as before,would only recommend brow wax and tint although color didnt match my original brow or hair color.

Had a very relaxed atmosphere. Staff was friendly, it was clean and the little boutique was organized. They have oils and lotions and products they use are for sale. Prices are reasonable and the hot stones used during massage felt awesome. Maria and Karrie made us feel relaxed. Great way to start the weekend.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. I wish I could give a better rating. Unfortunately I wasnt happy with my pedicure. And my husband wasnt happy with his. Did not do a good job with rough skin, cuticles, and callouses. Which are the main reason that I get a professional pedicure vs doing on my own. One chair was broken. The other sounded loud like an unbalanced washing machine. Charged an extra $20 for gel polish. That usually lasts me a good 6 weeks. Hasnt even been a week and isnt wearing well. Front of house and waiting area clean and inviting. Cant say the same for the room where the nails are done. Really wanted a true spa experience and didnt get it. Provided same feedback when asked post appointment but have received no follow up to date

Absolutely great place with great people! If youre looking for a way to keep your wife happy this is the place to get gifts. You can even purchase spa and nail packages online and print a nice certificate out at your house at the last minute, just in case you forgot. (Not to say Ive done that (-: )

What a lovely, relaxing place to go to when you want to feel renewed!! Whether you want a massage, a facial, or a pedicure, this is the place to go. They serve drink and snacks and have a nice waiting area. All the ladies are nice and do their best to create a perfect environment for you to relax.

Every body there are so friendly and courteous. Shelly did a wonderful massage. I have a partially frozen shoulder and asked beer to focus on this. She did amazing work and I was able too moved my shoulder better after wards. I will be going back!

The spa’s owner, Erika, pays attention to details when it comes to her business and her customer’s satisfaction. I have never been a “spa” person, but the facials are helping to clear my facial skin discoloration and I eagerly look forward to each treatment. My skin always looks and feels great when I leave and is never red.

Went here to have my nails and toes done. Just painted. When I left, I noticed they were two different shades of red. I was told they would not chip too easily for 2 weeks, which is why I paid more money for the polish. They were chipping later that night. I called and was offered 5 dollars off my next visit, and thats only after spending over an hour trying to reach someone that would help me. Never again!!
