I drive 40 minutes one way every other week to get my pedicure and hard gel nail fills because Lily is amazing and I’m super picky about my nails. I expect near perfection and Lily delivers every time. The salon is very clean and everyone is very friendly yet professional. I highly recommend Dipped PDX!

Ive been going to this Salon for a long time and not sure why people are giving them anything but 5*.The salon is beautiful, clean, and relaxing. The new owner Mimi is very friendly, and Lily is still as good as always. Highly recommended.

Our daughter wanted to have her nails done before homecoming and her usual place wasn’t open so she tried Dipped Salon. First of all it was $68 and we’re use to paying $45 for a service which usually lasts at least four weeks. These nails lasted 1 week and began chipping badly to the point where my daughter had to clip them. When we called Dipped Salon they were absolutely deplorable to deal with. They actually texted our high school daughter while in school telling her she had an attitude problem and refused to repair the damaged nails. I’m all for small businesses succeeding but these folks need to be educated in proper customer service. Needless to say we will NEVER return to this place again and will let everyone know if our experience.

My first impression when walking in the door was everything was clean and tidy. However a women came for a pedicure and she was directed to a pedicure chair right next to another person getting a pedicure. Per COVID guidelines clients are supposed to be at least 6ft apart.Two of the 3 gals working were dressed extremely causal. One gal was wearing sweats and oversized t-shirt and the other was wearing yoga pants (that were practically see-through when she bent over) and a crop top. They both looked like they just rolled out of bed or were attending a slumber party.I got a jelly pedicure at Dipped with Sierra She wasn’t super chatty, but I honestly didn’t mind at all. Her pedicure was very efficient and appreciated she confirmed that my toenails were short enough.Overall it was a good experience, but not a whole lot different than any other “walk-in” salon.

Karisah did my pedicure and she was wonderful! I will be back my toes look so good! We also had a fantastic time chatting! She is an artist. It was a wonderful way to spend a Saturday. I will be back for sure this is my new nail spot. It’s also Black owned. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Lily us an amazing technician! She is my go-to for a quick but perfect dip manicure. She is very professional and I always leave loving how my nails look - they last me a solid 3 weeks too.

I love the atmosphere and the cleanliness of this salon. The nail techs are so sweet and professional. I got a full set done by karisah and I loved how they turned out.

Got a dip manicure and the top layer peeled off within 36 hours. Called and they said they would leave a message for the owner to contact me. Never received a call back. Poor customer service experience during my appointment and after.

*Aug 19, 2021 Update!* IMPORTANT! I had the last appointment of the day today. Everything was going great (With Lilly, she is AMAZING) when all of the sudden a sketchy couple came in, acting very weird and demanding Lilly to speak Vietnamese while doing my nails. They sat and stared at both of us the entire time asking Lilly a ton of questions and making her and I both feel very uncomfortable (we were the only ones inside.) My nails looked great, but the situation felt WEIRD - when Lilly was checking me out, she was apologizing and informed me that they said they are the new owners - Lilly runs an amazing IG account where you can see her nail art @nailsbylilly2501 - and she posted an update tonight that she in no longer with Dipped under the new ownership. I am shocked. She was the best nail artist I have ever been to. She will be taking on her own clients, so find her on IG and in my honest opinion, do NOT support the sketchy unprofessional new owners that I witnessed today.

I got a pedicure done by Karisah and she did an amazing job! Took her time and did not rush it and was super sweet! I LOVE how my pedicure turned out. I HIGHLY recommend her!

I had an appointment today at 5:15 for a deluxe pedicure. I arrived on time and the nail tech said, “Can you come back at 6?” I said, “I have a 5:15 appointment,” thinking maybe he thought I was a walk in. He said, “I know.” I said, “ I did not receive a phone call.” He said he tried to call me, but there are no calls from their salon in my history. And I do not want to come back at 6. Quality customer service is something I am a stickler about, because I have worked in the service industry since I was 14. I am now 47.And I am not sure why it is that nail salons in particular are quite terrible with time management. Like time just grows on trees.I don’t recommend this salon unless you like to wait or feel back burnered.

DO NOT GO HERE! I got a fill today and it was the worst set of nails i have ever had in my whole life and i have been getting my nails done for 3 years now. I showed the lady a picture of what i wanted and they end product looked nothing like it. Then i tried to get her to fix them and they were a little better but she didnt even bother to touch up the shape after she added more acrylic. The nails looked so bad that i couldnt wear them and had to get them removed. i would not recommend coming here!!!

Very disappointed with the work I had done. Pedicure was fine, got done within a good timeframe but my dip manicure took almost 1.5 hours. You would think they would be perfect. However, my nails were left crooked, bumpy and rigid. Also glaring differences in lengths and shapes. I am so upset that I paid $90 for one of the more disappointing experiences Ive had in a long time. Wont be back.

Yesterday I got my nails and toes done. So happy with both services. I absolutely love my nails. Lily does such a great job. She is so detailed oriented and really cares that it’s done right!

Their Covid protocols are on point however I was scheduled with a nail tech whi was nowhere near prepared enough to be working with clients yet. She has potential to be very good at her job however shouldnt have been yet. I got a dip manicure with tips and I was there for 3 hours and 45 minutes. The guy who worked there had to step in 2 hours into my 1 hour appointment to fix what she had stated. He did the best he could with what he had. However I could tell that he was just as unhappy as I was about the entire situation and he was very nice and understanding. The only other thing was that after being there nearly 4 hours and walking out disappointed I was shocked that he still charged me full price... I understand they have policies he has to follow but thats a bit ridiculous. I wont be returning in worry of the same situation happening.

I love going to dipped. The ambiance is stellar! You feel like you’re in a magical place as soon as you walk in! It’s super cute. Every time I make an appointment, it is honored by Dipped and get cared for right away. The nail techs are friendly and easy to talk to. They always meet my expectations no matter how extra (fabulous) I want my nails to be. And bonus.. drinks are on the house! Thanks for always making me feel special ladies!

I love my new nails set, the salon is so beauty and luxurious. The staffs are amazing and I love how the management comes and check on you, making sure your doing okay and if you need anything else while having your “ME TIME”. Not a lot a nail places do that. My nail technician was Erica who is the queen on slaying the shape. Love love love the vibe here. Highly recommend if you want a cute relaxing spa day. THANK YOU DIPPED, I’ll be coming back.

This salon MUST be a front for some other kind of business.. it sure looks great even on the inside, but nobody working there actually knows how to dip nails... you can find a better manicure ANYWHERE at ANY SALON in lake oswego ---- dont go here

I have been tho this nail salon a few times and I love it! Super cute astetic and all the ladies that work there are super nice and personable. I usually get the gel nail polish for my fingers. At other places, the gel will peel off within a week, but at Dipped, they last for WEEKS! I would recommend that you go online and book an appointment if you choose to go in because they are usually booked up. I have been to countless nail salons, and I haven’t ever felt as good about my nails as I do when I leave here. Highly recommend!

When you first walk into Dipped you can feel the positive vibes the employees give off to one another. The atmosphere is a pleasant one to be in. Everyone seems so on task. Youre greeted when you first walk through the doors, its like youre family to them. I highly recommend Dipped.

The worst nails l have ever done.decided to try new place.l got my dip manicure but it didnt even last for 5 days which usually last 3 weeks.l called them 3 times and talked to receptionist and manager to book an appointment to fix my nail,each time they told me they will call me back which they didnt.l literally paid $45 to change my nail polish.Dont trust the possitive reviews. Would Not vist again and recommended to anyone

I went here today with my sister to get our nails done, we wanted to try dip nails. Bare in mind, the salon is called DIPPED. We ended up spending 3 HOURS at the salon being the only customers there because neither of the people working on our nails could figure out how to get the dip color to stay, had to ask multiple other workers for help, and had to start my sisters set completely over because her nails were looking terrible and they couldn’t figure out how to fix them! They ended up needing to have a trainer take over and just give her acrylics. The workers were “practicing” on other workers nails which I didn’t think was professional. They cut gave me three cuts on my fingers and my sister got two on hers. We were so frustrated it took us all day to pay for nails that weren’t what we wanted. We won’t be back. Very disappointed.

The first time I came here, the nail tech was late by about 10 minutes. Today I had an appointment and waited for 15 minutes after my appointment time and they were a no show. Doors were locked and lights were out. My appointment was confirmed earlier in the week and I even got a reminder an hour before. This is terrible service, I wont be back.

Probably the worst nails Ive ever gotten done. I had 3 acrylic nails fall off after only 1 week as well as the polish starting to chip off. Acrylic nails are suppose to last 3 to 4 weeks!!
