I loved this gym. I had been a member at a different anytime fitness. And this one is far superior. The owners are so nice, and do a really great job remembering their members.

Ive never been to a gym where the trainers cared more. Tommy, the head guy, is on a different level when it comes to explaining proper technique. Hes also great at pushing you past what you think you can do.The regulars are very welcoming to new comers as well. A good mix of men and women, young and old.Give them a month and they will change your life.

Ive been working hard here for over 6 months and look forward to coming to work out every time. The instructors and owners are inspirational, knowledgeable, and true professionals. When I began working out here I hadnt worked out in a couple years and I am over 50. The staff and clients helped me stay positive and motivated me every workout. This is a GREAT box!

Ive been coming here for about 4 months, and I was extremely apprehensive to CrossFit initially. Im a mid-20s guy who has had a fair share of injuries (torn ACL, herniated disc), so I was turned off from CrossFit because I kept hearing the stereotype of CrossFit goers being injury prone. I finally decided to give it a shot, and Im so glad I did. From day 1, I knew Tommy was both a motivational leader, while also being extremely knowledgeable on injuries, how the body interacts with other parts of the body (i.e. overcompensating leading to stress on incorrect areas), and of course is a savant of all olympic lifting. He spends 5 intro lessons walking you through (for about an hour each) more complex lifts so you know how to perform them correctly from day 1. Tommy is also flexible and helps structure the WOD to individuals needs if there is a concern. With his knowledge in mobility and stretching, I can honestly say I physically feel the best Ive ever felt in my life (concerning my past injuries). These last few months have changed my perspective entirely on CrossFit -- its a great community builder, awesome workout, and makes it fun to come in and put in the work. If youre on the fence or never tried, I highly encourage you take a risk and give it a go. Theres a great community and leader here that will welcome you with open arms.

Owners Tommy and Lauren are professional, competent, encouraging, and inspirational trainers. The box is clean, well-organized, and conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of free parking in the lot. I am not a gym aficionado, but I LOVE this place. There is a comraderie among folks that feels genuine. I am 40, totally out of shape, went through reconstructive surgery a year ago that has left me weakend, and am more than a little intimidated by the thought of Crossfit. I walked through the door on my first day last week and saw two VERY FIT trainers (Tommy and Lauren) leading four VERY FIT men through impressive lifting and thought What am I doing here? A moment later I was greeted by one of the members who was there working out. His friendliness and good-nature put me immediately at ease- and was my first experience of the community of the place. By the end of my first workout, I knew the names of three other members. There seems to be an even ratio of male and female members, ages range from 20s - 60s, and clearly the program works because everyone is so strong!Tommy is the primary trainer that Ive worked one-on-one with so far. I appreciate his thorough explanations of proper technique. He takes time with members- I never feel rushed- and he answers all of my questions. He listens to me and my concerns- especially about areas weakend by surgery- and makes accomodations for them. I trust him. Lauren is equally amazing- and is very inspiring!Whether you are new to Crossfit or are already a seasoned athlete, there is a place for you here!
