I was SO HAPPY to find these guys. I have been doing HIT exercise for several years in UK. When I moved here, I was worried that I wasnt going to find anyone with same mindset/approach to exercise. I was so wrong. I love my 30 min sessions. They fit my personality and attitude perfectly. I hate the idea of mindless 1-2 hr sessions sweating it out. The Muscles in Motion approach makes so much sense and follows what I read in the book Body by Science. I really dont know why everyone else is not coming here!
I went from Ill never use machines for exercise to Im delighted these machines and your guidance leads to toning and strength in an easy but rigorous half-hour! I enjoyed my first year, and feel capable as a hiker again! Thank you, Diana and team!
I have been working out at Muscles in Motion for more than 8 years. With its 30 minute workouts and I can fit them into my busy schedule. They have great trainers and are EXTREMELY talented and professional. A great place to be.
The staff and trainers at MIM have gone above and beyond to make the gym environment safe for clients to continue weekly workouts. They clean the equipment after each use and make the added step part of the workout experience. After the first day back it felt completely normal. I am so happy to be back to my twice a week in person workouts.
The custom workouts and one-on-one attention are spectacular. I didn’t believe that a half hour was long enough to get a sufficient workout, but I was very wrong. The scientific approach to maximizing the exercises done in a half hour is astoundingly effective.The employees are all so friendly, and accommodating. I cant say enough nice things about them.For beginners MIM the perfect place to start your health journey. For experienced fitness minded folks, this place will change the way you view and approach working out and give you more time in your life and better results.

Ive been working out 4+ years at MIM and Ive become stronger and healthier. Trainers are very skilled and the atmosphere is positive and encouraging also if youre a beginner. I like that they work with you whatever your initial level is and they motivate you to always push yourself a little further
I love going to Muscles in Motion and I have been very diligent with my training in the last 12-14 months.Their training program is based on scientific data and you can build muscle and get in great shape with 2 sessions of 30 each and you dont even need to shower at the end. Very time efficient and brings great results.Their trainers have all a degree in exercise science and are specifically trained for high intensity training.The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly, and workouts are tough and challengingCorrado is my preferred personal trainer!
Excellent personal training, excellent equipment and trainers. It is very time efficient. All equipment set up for you. You don’t have to think, just do the work! Their philosophy is to train with low injury risk by doing one set to exhaustion in 1 to 1.5 minutes. Very friendly and kind staff. I went thinking I would just stay for a month and am now on my 4th month!
When I first had an appointment with Diana at Muscles in Motion, I was coming off a series of serious health problems where I had gotten out of shape, had gained a lot of weight, and was just generally feeling lousy. Diana was amazingly encouraging and gave me the motivation I needed to get into gear. I ended up losing 45lbs and feeling SO much better. I cannot recommend them enough!

Took advantage of their Kickstart trial program...and just committed to a longer program. Diana and her team are very supportive - motivating and attentive. The facility is spotless. Their exercise approach uses controlled, focused movements - and takes only 30 minutes. I tried to discipline myself to work out on my own for decades, dabbling at best.After multiple injuries, that let me to P.T., I paid more in medical that I wouldve ever invested in having a preventative, supportive and knowledgeable personal trainer.At age 50 I said ENOUGH!.. It is time!.. I expect to get 100 years out of my body, and wanted the second half of my life to just be better. Within a few months I could not only feel the difference and see the changes in my body, but my perspective shifted in MANY ways.Theres an African proverb that says If you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together. I am not ready to go and clearly, with what Ive learned and gained by working with several of Dianas trainers - I expect to see a few triple-digit birthdays!Theyre fun, their knowledgeable and consciousness as they push me to go further than I have EVER gone on my own.
I love the personal training at Muscles in Motion. I was able to do a free initial training session to get a feel for what they do. I first did a body analysis on their cool machine, that was worth it alone. Then we went to the workout. It was the best 30min workout Ive every had, every effective!
Muscles and Motion has been a great benefit to both my wife and myself. The personal attention and friendships created there have driven us both to be healthier and in better shape. I highly suggest anyone looking to be healthier and stronger to call and make an appointment.

MIM should be at the top of your list as you consider fitness programs. Diana and her team of personal training coaches are outstanding. My wife and I get a great work out on every visit. Before MIM I worked out on my own. I discovered that working with a coach and developing a customized work out plan is way more effective - and more fun. If you have a fitness goal - or need help developing that goal - give MIM a try. Could be a game changer for you!
I love Muscles in Motion! I think the work-outs are tough but effective, and Diana is a delightful, knowledgeable & positive trainer. I also do yoga, Pilates, NIA, and other exercise, but I would drop something else before I crossed MIM off my schedule! Great place!
