Had such a GREAT workout this morning!!! We brought the whole fam—the kids had a blast in the adorable playroom while my husband and I took a class with Lindsay. 😍 Lindsay worked us hard and it felt good to get a sweat in! Equipment is super nice, staff is very friendly and encouraging no matter what level you’re at. Will definitely be back!!

Truly one of the best workouts I’ve ever had! The class was challenging and satisfying! I was sore the next two days and it felt great! Lindsay, the owner is very nice and full of good energy. The environment is welcoming and non-intimidating. I’ll definitely be going back!

Amazing kick butt work out!!! I have never done this kind of cardio and boot camp combo and absolutely loved it - made for a really challenging and effective work out!!! The gym space is beautiful - well laid out, gorgeous design and this gym has kids care yay!!!!! Will definitely be back for more!!! The owner, Lindsay, is clearly passionate about working our, very friendly and welcoming!! Highly recommend!
