At first I was not happy I went there. 3 workers, no customers. I asked for a quick trim. They wanted to ask me WAY too many questions. I said I dont want to give my life history to you, I just want a trim. The woman had to excuse herself and get a supervisor. The supervisor started with the questions. I paused, then asked if my request is beyond their limits.The light went on in the supervisors brain.She had to make it clear to me that she would have to make up a name so I could be helped.I DID get my trim. It took 7 minutes. I left a $10 tip. I hope they can start to understand what customer service is worth.I do know protocols are there for tracking purposes. The corporate world needs to be more flexible and endearing if it wants repeat customers. By giving the third degree when you walk in the door only makes me want to walk right back out .

Had a very pleasant visit. In and out with a wash in under 30 minutes. It was also very clean.

I’ve come here a couple of times pre COVID. Service was good and stylists were nice (hence 1 star) but why the rush?Stylist is just in a hurry when there is nobody else waiting, forgets what I said and doesn’t even want to go through the same spot twice, missing spots. She just wanted to get done. I came outside and checked in my car and found so many missing spots. I felt like going in again but didn’t want to cause a scene.Not sure if it was this stylist but I had a pretty good experience before.

They did a great job giving my little one a pixie cut. 4 stars only because I set an appointment with one hairstylist but they werent available when we arrived (on time). The one we got was great and really tried to ensure my 8yo was satisfied. She was easy to talk to and it was a great experience.

Easy to make an appointment online with updates as to what time to arrive. On arrival, appropriate COVID measures are in place, and my stylist was friendly, efficient, and gave me a great haircut. Ive previously used another Sports Clips in Lake Oswego but will return to this one in the future.

Awesome. I love the hot towel, although Covid isnt helping with that. I always laugh w/Carrie, even on a bad day. (Ive heard stylists laugh too). Man stuff on tv, (trucks, motorcycles, ball games etc). I walk out pretty much feeling good. And lets not forget how they treat our Military (Veteran free hair cuts on Vets Day) and First responders! Been going there for a couple years now and am happy with it.

The door says they are open until 8PM on Fridays, on Google it says 7PM. Here at 6:35PM and the lights are off and doors are locked. Would call ahead to make sure someone is here before you make the drive.

Ive has much better experience at the other LO location. This location had zero customer service. We waited “on deck” for 3 times longer than expected (though we checked in online) then was skipped over. The stylist (Aimee) finished with her client (coincidentally she stands right by the door and saw us come in) was either blind and had zero awareness or both when she called the person on the waiting list behind us even though they arrived 15 min after us and also had specified “first available” stylist. She didn’t even acknowledge us in the waiting area as she finished up with her paying customer. Management might want to recommend some basic training of how to greet a PAYING customer. This took so much longer than anticipated. Not worth the hassle. Will never come to this location again!

I disagree with all the latest reviews. Yes, the haircut is slightly more expensive than my old normal places of Great Clips or Super Cuts. But Ive consistently gotten better haircuts. The stylists spend twice as much time on my hair as the other places.The last time my son with to one of the other places, they were trying to turn us over so quick that he had cut lines into his scalp from where she jabbed the razor into his head. Sport Clips is so much more gentle than that.

Customer service has gone way down at this location. They refuse to help you or check you in via phone anymore but require you to either 1: download their app so they can have full access to your private data or 2: Sign up with your email address online so they can spam you.Hair cuts are hit and miss. Depends on who you get to cut your hair. Its the extremely poor customer service that will make you regret using them

JB C get a life ! Great haircut, friendly stylists. They always greet you with a hello when you come in. They are consistent in their cuts time after time, they keep notes on your preferences. One of the best shops of this type I have ever used. Best of all you get a free trim between haircuts to keep you looking sharp. Sometimes you do have to wait a bit but end results are worth it!

I have come to this Sport Clips location frequently and generally have no issues except for me forgetting to bring my punch card. The staff is always friendly and does a great job. The reason I have only four Stars is because of issues with the wait time estimator on my last visit. It said 50 min wait when I checked in. I returned 35 min later and the wait time read 15 min as expected. Over the next 15min however the wait time went up to 25 min instead of going down to 0. I had to wait another 25 min for what? I have no idea. There did appear to be be issues with the computer where they needed 3 coworkers to fix while not attending to the other customers. Either way the extended delay left a sour taste in my mouth.

5 out of 5 if I could wait it higher I would. This is the second time Ive gone to this sports clips. Kristen is the best she is fun talkative and does a great job. I highly recommend this particular Sports Clips I dont know about any others but this one is 5 out of 5

I just paid $25 dollar for a three minute haircut. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted and I got the sides and back buzzed and she didn’t even bother with the top. Didn’t touch it. Definitely won’t be returning.

Decent enough haircut for cheap

Asked about the price with the discount and they said it would be $15 and they still charged me $25.If money and verbal agreements were a non-issue then I would have give this place 4 to 5 stars as their stylist are helpful in guiding you to a great hairstyle and you always fell recharged after the shampooing.

Svetlana gives the best haircut and head massage of anybody on the planet. Didnt miss a hair. Actually felt like a day at the man spa, always come out in a sleepy relaxed daze.

I drove all the way out to this location to receive a haircut. I had a coupon for a free haircut that did not expire for a few more days. After my haircut was finished they refused to take the coupon. On the coupon it specifically had this location listed. I would not have have come all the way out here if I was going to have to pay 20 dollars for a haircut that I did not necessarily need yet. I am very disappointed and probably will not come back.Bad customer service...

Ok just had my face done she was very nice but kind of average sub par but she had long nails that she put on my face and hurt while she trim my beard and she made me do the hot towel instead of her and walking away for a minute it felt like the AirPlane where the flight attendant gives u the towel !!!! Like a Hooters, this place sells a**, literally and figuratively. The stylists are sloppy and probably figure their exposed cleavage covers the shortcoming in their technique.These are not stylists or even barbers, theyre hair butchers pimping a mastubatory fantasy.I was too busy to go to my usual barber and figured they couldnt screw up a military buzz cut. Boy, was I wrong.Dont waste your money.

Disappointed. My 12 year-old son went there yesterday, waited 45 minutes and watched as four other customers (who did not have reservations) came in and were served first. He finally left, frustrated. Obviously they do not have an adequate check-in system for serving customers in order. However, the worst part is when we went in the following day, and I asked them what might have happened. The assistant manager, rather than first responding with some sort of apology, instead became defensive and said those other customers probably had reservations. When we indicated that no, they signed in just like my son, she again interrupted me and shrugged, well, I dont know what happened, sorry. Disappointing customer service and approach to problem resolution. I suppose they get enough new customers that they dont feel the need to keep the ones they have had for years.We are now at Supercuts nearby, and have been very welcomed as valued customers.

I showed one of the employees a photo of what I wanted done to my hair. She ended up just cutting two inch’s off my sides and a half inch on the top and tried to gel the top of my head and made me look like a twelve year old with a unicorn horn. 10/10 wouldn’t not go to this one. Shouldn’t have paid for the haircut either. Waste of $20 that I could of done at home
