Fabulous place! So happy I discovered it. I came to Brett a mess after 18 months of COVID-19 Hair. He took me from Disheveled Doc Brown to 1986 Patrick Swayze…exactly as I had requested. A tall order for certain.

Best Honey Baked Ham haircut Ive ever received! I guess you had to be there...This was my first time getting my haircut at Richard Henry Barber Shop, but definitely not my last. The staff is professional, very nice, and humorous (they love them some Honey Baked Ham... just sayin). Great atmosphere with a mix of vintage and modern touches, including a couple of TVs so you can watch the sports ball (if youre into that). Got my hairs cut by Ish and he did a great job, especially considering I didnt give him a lot to go on as far as what I wanted.This is my new spot.

Ish Mareno is the man to see. I went into the barber with a quarantine haircut and came out with LA Love clean cut style. Highly recommend getting the shave kit very high quality brush helps with my razor burn.

I was very pleased with this Shop. Ish was my Barber and this was my first time visiting. The place has pleasant decor and a professional vibe. Ish was on schedule and welcomed me in as soon as I arrived. All proper PPE precautions were taken and he was friendly while being about his work. Im very happy with the end result. He gave me exactly what I asked for and a few tips and suggestions. Id be happy to recommend him and Ill definitely be back.

Ive been here every 2-3 weeks for the past 5 years. Hands down the best shop around. These guys take their skills and their customer experience seriously, without taking themselves seriously. Integrity with no egos. The shop itself has a long history which Tyler and Jeramie honor very well. You feel the history and tradition when walk in. (Ask Tyler about the story of the authentic barber pole) Yet inside youll find modern skills in a fun environment. Pro tip: book online, they fill up fast!

If you want a REAL hair cut, this is the place to go. Billy is by far the best barber that has cut my hair. The fade is always perfect. Great attention to detail and his cuts are always consistent. Anybody who goes to him will never go elsewhere. Highly recommended.

I typically have Luke cut my hair here (Hes awesome), but Ive also used a few of the other guys when I needed to squeeze in a cut and Luke was booked. In my experience everyone has been fun, personable, and most importantly, delivers a great looking cut that my wife claims to be the best shes seen me get in the 15 years weve been together.To the reviews who left 1 star complaining about not being able to just walk in, you need to grow up and be an adult. They are frequently booked up because their skillset far exceeds what you are going to get somewhere like a supercuts. This is why people are lining up to pay more here. The experience, location, employees, and quality of product/service you are receiving is far superior to what youre going to get elsewhere. To me, thats worth paying for.

Had my first experience at Country Square Barber Shop, and they offer top notch service. Tyler has a very close eye on attention to detail and great conversation. Atmosphere is everything you want in a barber shop including craft beer and liquor. I will not go anywhere else. They are moving down the street near the Windward in June.

This was my first visit and I will be back at least once a month. I went in for just a beard trim so I cant speak to the haircuts but as for the beard trim it was great. I went in kind of unruly and not sure how to get my beard to what I want and left with better knowledge and a great trim. Tyler was an easy conversation and confident in what he does. Ive had poor experiences in the past when I trusted someone with my beard but I will definitely trust these guys again.

We made an appointment for 1:30 on line the day before. we arrived at 1:27 and the door was locked. We were then told he needed a lunch break and that we would need to wait. In addition, he seemed unable to find our appointment despite the multiple confirmation texts that we had received. There was an overall attitude problem. There are much better places in town

Nice shop, however not a very good cut. I went there only once and did not have the owner cut my hair I had another younger gentleman for my cut. The fade was uneven and he nicked the back of me ear with the raZor.

Ive been using Supercuts for years and upon moving to Lake Oswego I needed to find a new place. I found a place very close by and while reading the reviews was nervous about going there. I saw Country Square was a little further away but had stellar reviews so I decided to check it out......WOW!!!! Was greeted warmly when I walked in by who I can only assume was the owner, and while I didnt have a reservation they were able to get me in right away. Katelin (sp?) did an amazing job. Ive never had anyone take that much time and care cutting my hair nor have I left a barber shop feeling so amazing. Way, way, way beyond my modest expectations. I typically wear a hat and chose not to because I didnt want to insult the artistry or experience, which sounds silly as Im writing this but that is how impressed I was. I will be heading back and highly recommend checking it out !!!
