I have lived here 9 months. This place Rocks! Management has never let me down. They keep this place well maintained due to the fact the Maintenance Team really know their Profession. HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY!!! WAKING UP TO A FALSE FIRE ALARM AT NINE IN THE MORNING FOR TWENTY MINUTES. THE ALARM GOES OFF SO MUCH IN THIS BUILDING THAT PEOPLE DO NOT EVEN TAKE IT SERIOUSLY ANYMORE. HOW SAFE DOES THAT SOUND? THIS PROPERTY MANAGER IS CLUELESS (Megan) AND I WILL BE CONTACTING THE LOCAL FIRE DEPARTMENT AND THE LEASING COMPANY. THEY DO NOT EVEN COMMUNICATE AND LET PEOPLE KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. TELL YOUR RESIDENTS IF IT WAS A FALSE ALARM. NOW MY KID WILL HAVE TO BE TAKEN TO THE DOCTOR BECAUSE THEY CANT HEAR ANYTHING AND GRANDPA REFUSES TO COME TO OUR APARTMENT ON MEMORIAL DAY EVER AGAIN. THANK YOU SO MUCH STATION HOUSE DIMWITS.

Love this place only thing is slowly becoming less luxury from the spider webs all over garage to the dirty carpets in the hallways yea office is nice and amenties but they have to keep up with the maintencee poor job on keeping up with paint jobs on doors and hall ways if they fix that it would be amazing but staff is very nice and every one around is super friendly

Management and staff couldnt be nicer. Very quick to respond to any issues and the property is always clean. The pool is great and we love to grill out and just relax. They just remodeled the club house and it looks awesome as well as up graded pool furniture.

Nicole is a very valuable asset to Station House! She was one of the best leasing agents I had the pleasure of working with. She was was super personable, genuine, professional, and accommodating. I felt like I had known her for years, even though we just met! Although, I elected to lease with another property I will definitely keep this as an option when I finally get an educator raise lol. The apartment and amenities were exceptional as well. Very updated, polished, clean, and SAFE! I love how its tucked off like a private oasis but still near a great coffee house, grocery stores, tons of restaurants, shopping, highway, and so much more!

I just moved in last week, I’m very happy with my new beautiful apartment and the excellent customer service given here since I came in, especially the help and kindness from Clive Barrett, who work in the office as a professional leasing agent. He is very diligent and excellent in helping and making the apartments look great and reputable. Every time I call him for questions and requests, he is very prompt in taking care of it. I’m very pleased and grateful to be renting here now.

I have lived here for over two years. Office staff has been nice with very few exceptions, shout out to the Property Manager for being accommodating and quick to respond to issues.Support / Maintenance is very responsive and never let an issue idle for very long. My microwave busted for who knows why and it was swapped out within a few hours. Four stars because the price is on the higher end but that is a lot of Lake Mary anyways.9/10 would recommend as the nicest apartments in NE Central Florida.

WOW I can’t believe Ive been living here for 6 months. It feels like it was yesterday when I moved in. From the day I moved in it’s been nothing but love at Station House. I instantly felt like family the moment I walked through those doors. Life has been great here. The maintenance manager Chris is awesome. Taylor our leasing agent is nothing but pure joy to the complex. Mariane our Assistant Manager brings forth quality to Station house on a whole different level and last but not least Meghan our property manager is probably the most amazing lady I ever met. The apartments are beautiful and the outside lounge area is one of a kind. There’s a party every month for the residents. Last months event was put together in my honor with all my favorite foods. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. 🤗🤗😍

The apartments are nice and well kept. My biggest issue is that they allow smoking on the porch, but I have neighbors who chain smoke within their apartment, so it seeps up to our apartments(and we have a child). So, stay clear if you hate smoking.

I am so HAPPY I chose Station House to live at. The property is absolutely GORGE. You dont have to worry about being catfished by the pictures on the website, bc YES, it really does look like this in person. Aside from the property being aesthetically pleasing to the eye, the staff are really nice and accommodating. Maintenance requests are a very quick turn around and the folks are very thorough. The staff are very educated and in-tune with fine details about the property such as how high your bar stool chairs should be for the island in the kitchen . This information is so appreciated and helpful. I have to thank Megan (property manager) for all her help in getting me into an apartment. While she is the property manager, her vibe is very much so your home girl from around the way. I look forward to living here for a few years to come!!

I just singed my lease for the 5th time with no regrets, my apt is beautiful. Marianne has been a wonderful addition to the staff, responsive to the utmost, I cannot thank her enough. Also Cristina and Anthony in maintenance are a great asset to this complex and hopefully will be around for a long time.

Clive is my Leasing Agent and let me tell you he is always on his feet . Knows how to talk to people is very funny and transparent . Its very hard now to find good customer service . Clive stayed late with me to go over everything with me . Hes very involved in the property and gets things done .

I’ve been living at the station house for about a year now. I love the service, quality. and location. Maintenance is extremely quick and I love the resident parties. I’d recommend this luxurious complex to any young professional that’s looking for a place to stay before purchasing some property of their own.

It’s been a while since I’ve truly enjoyed the apartment complex I lived at....I’m so glad I found station house through a friend. This place has a very cool staff. SWEET PARTIES! And all of the amenities are better than anything else I’ve been use to. I haven’t had any maintenance issues except a clogged sink but pretty sure that was my fault ha but they came right up and worked on it within 10-15 min of me speaking to them about it. Also it is near the SunRail station so quick easy access to get downtown instead of driving in that annoying I-4 traffic. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I would def recommend moving here.

The Apartment Manager (Eric), Leasing Manager (Frank) and Maintenance Supervisor (Luis) of Station House Apartments consistently provide superior service. We have lived in a number of apartment complexes but the staff here is distinguished by their professionalism, genuine concern, positive attitude and expertise.The aftermath of Hurricane Irma best illustrates the level of service we have always receivedfrom the staff here. We were left without power for days and a toilet that eventually backed up. This resulted in the backup coming up through the shower drain and flowing through to our bedroom floor. As the pregnant mother of a toddler in total distress, I quickly contacted our Apartment Manager. Within seconds, the Maintenance Supervisor and Leasing Manager were at my door. They understood the urgency and quickly took control to resolve a potentially toxic situation. Their quick response coupled with their knowledge and expertise once again diffused an emergency. This is just one example of the level of service we have come to expect from the staff and they always meet my high expectations.The biggest plus in living in Station House Apartments is the management and maintenanceStaff. They are a cohesive, winning team with a common goal . . . to provide exceptional service to the tenants. We appreciate their dedication and commitment.

So glad I found Station House! I am in love with my luxury apartment and all that this community has to offer. I have the one bedroom and its the perfect size for me! I enjoy being outside so I love my patio and the pool/outdoor space. Also love that I am close to the Sun Rail (quick trip to work) as well as shopping and dining! To top it all off, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Great service; 5 stars

We lived in a complex in Oviedo for 3 years, the office staff was not friendly and we did not know our neibhbors. We moved to Station House in September and we love it here. The office staff and maintenance crew are all very helpful and friendly. The building is a very nice boutique style, only 4 years old, well kept and clean with a great gym, computer room and a beautiful club house area which has a wall mounted 85 TV, pool table, living room set. Its cool to just hang out with family or friends. The complex has 1 or 2 soical events in the club house monthly, we also have wine down Wednesday, its great, its fun and we have been able to meet our neighbors and have become friends. It has been a positive experience and we really love it here. If you are moving and looking to rent, you should stop in and visit the building and the meet with the leasing office, you will really like them.

I really love my apartment and the staff has been a blessing to me! Anything I needed didn’t take 24hrs to get and it’s very nice inside and outside!! It’s close to everything which is very convenient for me and my babies! I don’t know how my experience could have been any better than this!! I love it and would definitely send people here!

The property is in immaculate shape! I am in love with all of the amenities including the pool area, the gym, and the front office. I cant wait to invite my friends over to show off this place. Our apartment is beautiful and offers a ton of space including storage space as well. The security at this place is up to par. My dad came to visit and could not get into the building without me which was nice compared to my last place where strangers could literally walk up to my front door if they wanted. Def a must see. BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!!

The staff here is amazing! Even though we came in when it was very busy, Frank took the time to answer all our questions and give us a great tour. He was very helpful in the application process and making us feel at home.

I love living at Station House, the apartments are nice, the utilities are affordable and the amenities are beautiful! The staff is very nice, there is trash pickup at your door almost every day, which is so convenient. Anywhere you live is going to have certain flaws, ours are the slamming stairwell doors, but really thats about it. Living here, my car feels secure in the parking garage, it was especially protected during the hurricane this fall, I feel secure inside because the halls are well lit, the elevators and garage have cameras and the electronic locks on the doors to the outside provide a sense of security also. The pool and common areas are so well equipped for entertaining guests with the wine coolers, fridges, gas grills, pool table, card table, ping pong table and nice furniture it cant be beat! The gym is very nice also and open 24/7. I love it here, I recommend it to all young people looking for a nice, safe, fun place to live.

We have been living here for several months and it has been wonderful. The front office staff is very friendly and know us by name and even voice on the phone. Maintenance requests have been done super quick sometimes within the hour of placing it. I love the amenities and security, its location is wonderful for both work and enjoying the beautiful surroundings and city park. I would definitely recommend this to others, and already have.

There was a loud alarm coming from the apartment for a good hour, I call the office to find out what it is. Apparently they are testing the fire alarms, floor by floor. And according to the office, this extremely loud alarm will continue to go off for more hours to come. Thats ridiculoussss and poor planning on their part.

I have been nothing but relaxed and happy. The service here is on top of it, friendly, and gives the feeling of community. Frank in the office is always there to help me with questions or concerns. Amenities are everything you want from your apartment complex. Id suggest to anyone to come and check it out. After having many of my friends coming over they all want to live here.

From the first time we walked into the office to tour the complex we have been treated wonderfully. Upon viewing other complexes for comparison we kept thinking about Station House and how kind and helpful the leasing agent Tammy was. After some time and waiting for our previous lease to end we headed back to our hometowns to visit relatives for a vacation. We realized during that trip that all we wanted to do was come home to Station House. We moved in a few weeks later and we couldnt have been happier. The beauty and quality of the fixtures and appliances are second to none and the open layout has allowed us to socialize and spend quality time together while making dinner and watching our favorite shows. We use the gym and the AWESOME equipment on a regular basis and it has truly improved our lives. I honestly believe that any resident who makes the decision to take advantage of the clubhouse and amenities will feel like they live at a resort and will have a wonderful time living here!

I dont know what the low stars are all about I have been living here for about six months with no major issues. Theyre working on the fire alarm system through out the complex and seem to have it fixed. The staff up front is always super helpful and the new maintenance guy Luis is on point always gets what needs to be done, done in a timely manor. The pool and gym are perfect no broken equipment and i see the pool guys a few times a week without fail. they keep the landscape prestine and well cut parking is a breeze with the garage and elevator system. weve been in apartments for 6 years now and this is by far my favorite one. keep in mind its called station house for a reason the train is right across the street and you will hear it. how ever within a weeks time you wont notice it and for 3 bucks you can be in downtown without having to drive HUGE bonus. all in all its fantastic place to live.

I lived here for almost 2 months now and Ive read the posts about the fire alarms, train noises, and other things. So Im here to set the record straight from my perspective. No fire alarms since Ive been here, I think thats a thing of the past (just start up issues). The trains I heard the first night after that no problem and yes I am a light sleeper and like many of you Ill be honest I worried about it at first. The facility is wonderful, great pool, great workout area, and simply an amazing location. Walking distance to downtown Lake Mary which has wonderful little shops, and restaurants, simply amazing. The Lake Mary police and fire departments are literally across the street if youre concerned with security. The building is quite, people respectful, wonderful parking garage and street parking but most importantly the staff here is wonderful, they do all they can to get to know us and support us. Anyone can post negative things about any place, there is no where that is perfect, but for the money, and location Station House is at the top of my list and I can say that now that Ive lived here.

Ive lived at station house exactly a month and sincerely enjoy living here. I love the office staff (Tammy has been welcoming from day one.). I couldnt ask for a better maintenance supervisor John; he handles everything professionally and promptly. I left another luxury complex (The Village at Lake Lily) and never felt welcomed or satisfied there.My only complaint is the fire alarm. I have a dog it is annoying BUT I DO think they are working diligently on a solution. I definitely understand some kinks need to be worked out on new construction..... Which leads to another pro, this is a beautiful new complex with amazing amenities.

My family and I lived at the Station House apartments for 2 years and it was a miserable experience. Weve seen 4 or 5 sets of managers come through the door. All promising the same thing but none really followed through. The maintenance however always did their job in a timely manner and were friendly. A new management company took over and hiked the prices of these apartments way above what they are worth. There is no luxury here. They had been having a lot of issues with the doors not opening with the key fobs. You also have to worry every hurricane season bc when the electric goes out you have to rely on your neighbors to keep the doors propped open so you can get back through. Last hurricane season once we were able.to see in the halls again it looked like a frat house. Trash and broken beer bottles in the halls and stairwells. Another issue here is the pet owners, they do not like to clean up after their pets. My husband was coming home from work one evening and a lady was in the hall trying to hurry her dog along until she realized someone was there. Her dog pooped on the floor and she didnt want to clean it up, and thats inside the apartment complex. Rent at your own risk.

I have had a very positive experience here at Station House so far. I have dealt with very nice staff helping me get situated here. In addition, I like the amenities and common area of the building and finishes in the apartment.

I lived at Station House at Lake Mary from July 2017-July 2018. I had only moved to Lake Mary from New York to do a one year accelerated nursing program and was beyond pleased with my experience at Station House. Ever since the first day I moved in the staff had made it such a warm welcome and made it feel just like a home. The apartments are very nice, and spacious. All of the amenities are always clean and ready to use. The fitness center is very nice and just got completely renovated with more intense workout equipment. The pool/bbq area is such nice place to hangout after a long day at work or even on the weekends. There is music, a ping pong table and even an out door fridge and ice machine! Also, sitting near the fire on a cool winter(ish) night is amazing getting to chat with some friends. There is a clubhouse that is equipped with a computer center and tables that make it easy to study (which I did a lot of) or to even handle some business emails and or work. The clubhouse is nice and cozy with brand new furniture, coffee machine, and a pool table. I always felt so safe, I love that the doors are locked at all times and you need a fob to get into the doors, as well as the gate key to get into the parking garage. I must say everyone is so friendly. All of the staff at Station House is beyond amazing, there are no words that I have to describe the ladies that work in the leasing office to the guys that work maintenance. They did whatever was in their power to make sure that all of us residents at Station House were taken care of. I am truly grateful for the time that I spent at Station House and I was very sad to leave, thank you Stephanie, Eliana, Carmen, William, Jesus, and Christina for everything. I definitely will be back to visit!

These were pricey from the beginning, $1045.00 for 664 sq. ft . (the size of a hotel suite) but then to be 30 feet closer to the amenities which I dont use, is now $30.00 more a month plus add on your sewer, trash pick up, water the true cost is more like $1200.00 a month for 664 sq ft. .. truly not worth it .

I moved into Station House around March 2015 and I havent regretted it when I signed the lease. The staff is friendly and helpful with problems Ive had during my stay. The complex is regularly maintained, and to help further the community feel of the apartments they often host social events in the downstairs clubhouse. Given that the police station and fire station are a 2 minute walk from SH it feels very safe here. When I first moved in the staff informed me that SH had only been open since Nov 2014 with some construction work still ongoing. Growing pains like the fire alarms were expected and each time it went off SH management took steps to learn from and correct the issue. We were kept up-to-date via newsletters and community meetings that left a good impression of pro-activity. SH is a few months over 1 year old, the only reason Im leaving at the end of my lease is to cut back on rent and find a roommate. I imagine that once the Sun Rail is finished completely SH will boom with residents seeking to avoid morning/evening traffic to downtown Orlando.

Be prepared for lots of miscommunication, no communication and tons of inconvenience. Four complete staffing changes in a little over a year, gas grills exploding and injuring residents (seriously), fire alarms going off every month in the middle of the night (supposedly fixed, well see), incorrectly sized AC units (on hot days, we cant get our temperature below 80 degrees or so), astronomically high electricity costs (over $400 in the summer for a 1,200 sq. ft. apartment), never below $230- and we use LED bulbs and have our AC/heat set on a schedule. Filthy common areas (garage, stairwells, hallways and elevators), positive reviews being left by employees of the management company, leaking roofs, leaking pipes... And the list goes on and on and on.

And another one bites the dust. They recently let go of yet another manager here, including other staff members, making this either the 3rd or 4th time theyve done this. Ever since that happened, this place has gone from bad to worse; at least the last manager actually tried to turn this place around after it had been running into the ground for years now, I cant imagine how Epoch Residential expects this place to thrive when they keep making terrible decisions, they are completely clueless as far as Im concerned. Station House is so upside down that its beyond past the point of saving, in my opinion. Beautiful apartments, but definitely not worth the sky high price that theyre asking for. In fact, in the last few weeks, Ive seen more people moving out of this place than Ive seen since I moved in myself, a few years back. I still have a few months to go with my lease, but you can definitely bet Ill be booking it out of here the second the lease is up. Epoch should be ashamed of themselves, this property is one big flop and should just be shut down.

Third time this month regarding the fire alarm. Now its Christmas morning and the fire alarm is going off since 7:50am AGAIN. You see no sign of fire trucks or emergency personnel. No communication of what is going on, NOTHING. Do not live here unless you want to be evacuating the building pretty much every week.

The building fire alarm has gone off 5 times in 6 weeks. Thats 5 times that everyone been forced out of their apts, sometimes at 1am, sometimes at 6am, in the rain, until the fire dept came to shut the alarm off. No explanation. No apology. No reassurance from management that the problem will be fixed. I, as well as the people who live in the apartments on either side of me, am counting down the days until I can move out.

I will start off by saying this will be a really long review. I moved in March 2015 and it was. Come July/August, the property manager and assistant manager left the property. Since then, this place has been a HELL HOLE to live in. Any time there is a thunder storm the power goes out, along with the elevators and the doors to get in the building. The call boxes rarely work and the gates to get into the parking lot are ALWAYS broken. In August, there was a bad storm and the elevators were broken for 9 days! Since then the elevators are excruciatingly slow, its quicker for me to walk down the 4 flights of stairs than to take the elevator. After this incident, I went to the office to see when these growing pains would be over, and when trying to address this with the leasing staff, the night time attendant decided to take it upon himself to tell me he pays more than I do in rent and has no sympathy for me. After escalating the issue, along with issues of the pets defecating in the hallways and elevators, to the management company, they ended up (I believe) firing the night time attendant but comped my rent for all of the issues.In October, I had issues with the staff, I had 4 friends over at the amenities building, and one of the workers threatened to call the cops saying I paid to use the amenities and not my friends (we werent being loud it was just coworkers hanging out on a friday night and no one was using the building) and he also refused to give me the TV remote because he was watching the Mets...The fire alarms are consistently going of, at least 2 times a month for no reason. There was one at 10:30 at night and we had to stand in the rain for over an hour. Two weeks later there was one at 6:50am on a Monday the alarm went of and we had to evacuate. 1/22 the fire alarm went off at 12am due to how the building was poorly constructed. I didnt get back inside until after 1am. Obviously this apartment is named Station House so there is an expectation of trains, but the staff will only tell you about the Sunrail and the AmTrac. There is however the CSX train that runs every other night at 11:30pm and 1:30/2:30am and the train shakes the apartment (always terrified my tv will fall over) and the train conductor blows his horn the entire length that the train rolls by. It shakes my bed. The double pane windows really dont do anything for the noise. There is Valet trash but not trash shoot in the building. The trash shoot is in the farthest corner of the garage. You also place the trash in the hallway. Which is extremely gross, unsanitary, and smells disgusting. Trash pickup isnt until like 8:30pm or so, so the trash sits in the hallway for hours. I did put my notice to vacate and one of the leasing agents (She was not Carolyn or CeCe. Im unsure of her name) was extremely rude and basically butthurt about it. She asked me why I didnt list on the paper why I am leaving, the 2 lines we not enough, so here is my explanation. The apartments are only at like 70% capacity so Im sure its hard to see residents break their leases or not renew. Also if you love to cook, DO NOT be fooled by the cabinet space. The cabinets can barely hold anything, no pots, pans or baking sheets. Most of my pots are held in the pantry (like pasta pots) and the rest are held under the oven.**Carolyn is the only leasing staff that is part of the original crew and she is the only one I prefer to deal with. She was there the day that I signed my lease and shes very helpful and extremely nice.I know this was a lengthy review but figured Id leave an honest review to help bring light to Station House Luxury Apartments.

Convenience, beautiful location, but unstable management.

As stated in all other reviews--- ac sucks and literally doesnt work. They came and fixed it but it still wouldnt get under 80 inside. I would put on makeup for work but be drenched with sweat by the time I was out the door. Disgusting.IF Tami is even still there... she is just a horribly rude person. She lied to get me to sign the lease. Do not believe promises from any of these worker bees.Staff changes all the time. Hate the maintenance workers and manager.Walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbors on both sides talk.Everyone leaves their trash outside their door all day and the carpet in the halls is stained from leaking trash.Dozens of aggressive breed dogs.Do not trust the 5 star reviews-- they offered $200 giftcards in a lottery to anyone who gave them positive reviews.

When I signed the lease here I was deceived and made false promises, the management here changes every other month and there back ground check on residents is questionable fire alarm goes off every other day..... If you hate trains rolling thru at 2am than this is not the place you want to live

So 3 weeks ago the gate clicker isn’t working and we hand the key to a worker in the office and she says “come back Saturday the key will be fixed” so we return and the clicker still isn’t fixed 3 weeks go by and we go to turn in the keys to move and they ask where is the clicker and we tell them we never received the clicker back and we wait an hour for the lady to come in and she then says “they didn’t give me the key” they are liars and shouldn’t be trusted to do a simple task.And now being charged for key also

Fire alarms seem to go off for no apparent reason like right now at 12:30am while my daughter is trying to sleep not to mention it did the same thing xmas morning and countless other times.
