I have lived here for almost 5 years now. I couldnt imagine living anywhere else. Everyone in the office and in maintenance is so polite. They are always so helpful and always smiling. I have made some great friendships here as well with my neighbors, which was important to me. Best decision I ever made.

Absolutely love it here. This is home. The staff has been amazing and I love my apartment. Grounds are beautiful and well kept. This community is close to everything. Glad I made this my home.

I have been a resident at Bell Timacuan for almost 3 years. I used to be a proud resident and never thought I would move for another rental. It’s just going downhill fast so I must move on. I’ve always paid my rent on time and get along with my neighbors they just don’t seem to care about keeping their current renters. Tempestt is the office is great.These are the reasons why I don’t feel safe and my quality of live has gone down so it’s time to go.1. The complex has really changed people are moving due to the dramatic changes.- we consistently have multiple cop cars for various reasons domestic abuse, theft and various other reasons. Don’t be shocked if you have company trying to enjoy and day or evening then 4-5 cop cars roll up for an hour followed by an arrest. This happens at anytime of day 1030 am or 1030 pm. My friends left as they didn’t feel comfortable so they left questioning why I live here. So now don’t have company come as it’s too embarrassing.2. The grounds were redone summer of 2020 but struggle to maintain it. You’ll get a car wash and weeds more than green grass. It’s a wonderful thing to have pets but not when they don’t pick up after them. As they say “look out for #1 but don’t step in #2.” You may have to pick up fesses so you don’t walk in it.3. It’s a gated community but most of the time they aren’t working so wide open on both sides anyone can enter at any time. So maybe don’t invest in a FOB as you won’t use it often. False sense of security.4. The pools are nice to have but not very clean place to relax. The trash is often overflowing, tables are dirty and ants. There has always been a dark ring of dirt around the pool as well but the furniture is nice. There are often people, families and parties with people that don’t even live here ( hint gates don’t work) So if you want to go to the pool to swim and relax you’ll end up heading back home.I really don’t care about the rent increases but I can’t enjoy where I live.

Maintenance is the best that I ever met, my patio and front door was pressure washing by Luis Palmar great guy nice a polite.

These people were compensated through points and gift cards for a 5 star review. Im a resident I have the same app and option. But NO do not be led by these false reviews.

Maintenance crew are FAMILY, like the rest of the Bell Timacuan staff! Arrived an orphan, after Dads passing, but thanks to the TLC, these amazing and hard working pros made me feel welcome... always responsive and conscientious. Its always a pleasure to see them: Here or on the Grounds.

Bell Timacuan is off the beaten path in Lake Mary but 2 minutes from everything. I often ride my bike to the store or just walk. The landscaping at the community and Timacuan area is just beautiful. I chose my home here because of how peaceful it is and because I enjoy the outdoors. This community is great for that! The maintenance team does wonders maintaining the grounds and the office team is always so helpful and caring. Thank you to the Manager, Marie, for making this such a great place to call home. You and your team have made this experience so enjoyable.

I wouldve given this 5 stars but the 1st night I moved in my next door neighbor knocked on my door around 2am when my wife gets home from work and said....I would really like to get some sleep you know. I responded Im sorry I dont know what Im doing wrong. She proceeds to say well I can hear you walking up stairs..... Not a great way to start. Im Not a loud person or a party animal. It was just normal walking. When you live in an apartment you have to expect that especially if youre living under someone. I pay too much rent hear to be told by a neighbor when to move and not move around my own home.**UPDATE** Thank you to Mike from the office for reaching out to me and apologizing for the troubles Ive had since moving in. He assured me he will look into it and I greatly appreciate his efforts.

If this community is on your list to visit or this happens to come up on your google search, I encourage you to visit, and sign the lease! It’s beautiful. From the initial conversation with Michael Reed, who is an amazing asset to this company, to moving in was seamless.I was pleasantly surprised. I love the location and how well maintained the community is. I’ve never lived an apartment before and moved here for nursing school and man do I love it here. It’s central to just about everything!I’ve worked as an office manager at an upscale 50+ community and have worked closely with marketing departments to ensure a smooth and pleasurable experience for new residents, so I can really appreciate the whole process. I haven’t gotten a chance to tour the clubhouse and the rest of the amenities but I’m looking forward to it.Again, I have to mention that Michael Reed is a great representation of upper management. He goes above and beyond!

Very impressed! My wife and I dealt with Michael and he was fantastic! The property is kept up really nice and all of the staff we’ve met so far are extremely nice people and genuinely have cared about our experience. I probably asked a million questions during our tour and Michael took the time to answer all of them happily. We’ve felt a very good vibe from Michael and all of the employees and the property as a whole, can’t wait to move in! 😁

I have been living at Bell Timacuan Apt. for a little over a year and we love it here. The entire staff are always helpful to our needs and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day and the maintenance crew are always courteous. We recently put in a request and Pedro was quick to respond and did a fantastic job. We really like here!

I have lived here a couple of years now and must say the improvements theyve done over the past year, both staff and grounds, is amazing. I live in Phase II and the new landscape is gorgeous! My townhome has a large wrap around patio and I just love sitting out there now. I am a nurse so I also have to say their handling of the pandemic has been appreciated. They are cleaning, sanitizing, wearing masks, doing all the proper precautions to keep us all safe. Anytime I call for anything they are all so nice to deal with and someone always responds right away. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have lived here a year and it has been absolutely amazing! Everyone, from those at the front office to the maintenance staff, have been so nice and helpful. There was one point during the summer where our air conditioning was not working correctly and maintenance came out immediately. They determined that a new unit had to be installed (which they did within two days) and in the meantime gave us and installed two window units to keep us cool. The amenities are also amazing, with two beautiful pools and an excellent gym area. I have nothing but positive things to say about Bell Timacuan and highly recommend it!

What a year this has been! I am so thankful for the community and staff at Bell Timacuan. The property is so peaceful and feels like townhomes. The staff has gone above and beyond during this pandemic. They are constantly cleaning, always in masks, and they email updates all the time. If you have a question or concern, they treat you like you are the most important person in the room! It doesnt matter who you talk to, they are all superstars. I feel blessed to be surrounded by such caring people during these crazy times.

Love the style of these apartments. The hardwood floors, updated amenities are great and the Garden tub is amazing. The community feels safe. Love the staff. They are really nice and helpful. Tempest always goes above and beyond for us and the maintenance team is always on top of every request. Really enjoy living here so far.

Really nice community. Staff is very attentive and always nice to deal with. Area is great for shopping, eating, and golf. Grounds are very well kept and no issues with the apartment. Ive live in a lot of apartments over my lifetime and this by far is the best experience.

Wanted to say thank you for all you all do, the property looks amazing and the roads being redone really make a difference. Mark personally came and helped show me where I needed to be and has always made my family feel at home. The girls in the office are so pleasant I am happy to renew again!

We truly LOVE it here and our “family” at Bell Timacuan, and the fact it has been over 8 years proves this...the staff are polite, professional and FUN to be around!! We have participated in holiday and painting parties when we can, but we both work and don’t have a lot of down time. That is why when we come home to the nice apartment, landscape and neighbors - we can relax! It’s a hard time right now for everyone, so kindness is the key and goes a long way! Our children have graduated and moved so we found a smaller place, but with the charm and convenience!!

I have renewed my lease after seeing all the positive changes, the landscaping looks great!! The back pool area especially looks awesome, I can’t wait for the amenities to open back up! The new maintenance staff seems very friendly and eager to help, as soon as I put in a work order they are at my door! The office has kept us so at ease during this pandemic, they even have a food truck each week! You guys rock!

Bell Timacuan is a great place to live! I have been here for a year now and was the best choice I made for apartments in the area. The office staff (Nelly and Angel) are awesome and have always put my concerns as a priority. The maintenance staff is friendly always stopping by to talk as they are passing and quick to respond to my requests. The maintenance supervisor Dave is always checking to make sure I am satisfied with the work that was done and make sure I am comfortable in my apartment. the apartments are very nice and open, private entry, lots of space and clean. I am very happy to call this home!

Went in today for a tour and Tempestt showed me around she was very nice thinking about leasing in December.

Overall, our apartment is good. It is spacious compared to many of the apartments in the newer complexes.I needed the room and didn’t want to pay for a storage unit in addition to rent.Thanks so much for being prompt and pulling out the dead shrubs around bldg 28, etc. It is better for the time being!Nelly has been great and maintenance is very prompt. Thanks so much!!😊👍🏼

I visited Bell Timacuan over the weekend and was given a tour by Tempestt. She was absolutely AMAZING! She explained everything in such great detail, was extremely honest, not pushy at all and very knowledgeable. I told her what I was looking for and she obliged and showed me the perfect place. I plan on moving in soon and Tempestt is a big reason why!Update: I am excited to say I have finally been able to make this my home and I couldnt be happier with the complex, my unit or the staff. I worked with Michael and Tempestt and they really made the experience a pleasurable and special one. They could tell how excited I was and they were there to answer all of my questions (I had many!) and they did so happily. I feel proud to be part of such a great community and I would like to personally thank Michael and Tempestt for helping to make it happen.

I’m so thankful for the protective measures they are taking with the amenities but I was so impressed with Mark when he came to take care of my AC, he was here within minutes and had it fixed even faster!! Great location...the staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. Nelly in the office is fantastic and the maintenance team always leaves a note after work orders are completed, which makes a great difference to know what was done. They also keep us posted with e-mails regularly on events or repairs being done in the Community.
