Literally THE best property we’ve lived. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and they ARE pet friendly! There’s a wide variety of animals and no one turns their noses up at you when you’re walking yours. The grounds are clean, maintenance is 10/10! I feel like properties always sell you a dream when trying to get you to lease but my unit and the property look exactly has advertised. And the staff is AMAZING! Nicole and Alyssa are so sweet and on top of their A-game! Nicole has taken great care of us since our first tour.

This is not a good place to live. It’s not really a fault of the management because I feel like they have been fairly responsive to putting in maintenance requests, but the apartments are cheaply built and made to look nice. I have had issues with my AC going out, with no apparent cause, every month or so with only a temporary fix by the maintenance guys that sometimes doesn’t work (only for it to go out again two weeks later). I’ve had issues with two different types of ants since moving in. The amount you pay for a single bedroom apartment for such a small amount of space is not worth it by any means, and that’s exacerbated by the reoccurring maintenance issues. There are limited choices in Lake Jackson, but I would look to other places.

They’re amazingly beautiful apartments and the managers here are beyond great! I’m so glad me and my family moved here!

My unit was infested with roaches when I moved in. The knobs on the washer and dryer dont work right. My neighbors are rude and do not respect my privacy. The tenants upstairs stomp around like elephants. There is not enough parking space available. However, if I didnt have dogs, this place would be a nice place to live.

We are moving in next week and throughout the whole process Jessica has been amazing. We were up in the air on which floor plan we wanted and she was patient the whole way through. We got to see all the floor plans and she kept us up to date on when units would become available. The staff are just genuinely nice people who take care of their tenants.

Nice place if you are looking to rent. Too bad Melissa no longer works here. She was the best staff member and always made us feel welcome!

I moved into a unit that was infested with cockroaches. After 3 weeks and numerous notifications to management, my unit still has not been treated by pest control.

Amazing place to live in LakeJackson. I been here for 2 years I absolutely love it. The staff is amazing. Maintenance is always on point. Beautiful dog park beautiful pool love the 24hrs gym. Great hangout place inside the clubhouse.

I love my luxury apartment the stay here has been very pleasant, they have a amazing office staff and club house where you can hang out with the kiddos or sit at the beautiful pool side. Or watch a football game and BBQ under the spacious gazebo. I myself like to work out in the gym. They keep the grounds very clean.

The Residence Apartments was an amazing place to live! My family and I lived there for three years and loved it. Monica and Melissa always helped us out whenever we needed anything, and Jorge was always kind and punctual with any repairs. We enjoyed the swimming pool, the workout room, and the covered gazebo. Thank you Residence team for making our stay memorable.

I have never lived in a more luxurious home in my life. It is well kept and clean my apartment is huge and has made my stay feel more comfort. The staff is absolutely amazing especially the manager she is truly amazing she has made my stay so pleasurable i couldnt imagine ever leaving. Thank you so much for the hospitality

Excellent, friendly, and helpful management. The remodeled apartments are very nice. Nice pool, gym and amenities as well. Definitely one of the top apartment complexes in the area.
