The entire staff is extremely professional however they actually care and do their best to help you and they get things done. Trust me if you want nice apartments with a manager who cares you should rent from here. I have loved it since day 1!A+++

Not happy here at all… Just moved here in January..

Been waiting over 2 months for my deposit. Said they were charging me for stripping on front door that was coming off. I called the maintenance guy and he replaced it but it still kept coming off. Not my fault. I called office and told her.

Only gave one star because I had to, extremely UNPROFESSIONAL staff . I’ve had to prove previous rent payments to them, random unexpected charges LOUD neighbors, so much confusion from staff, I moved out 2 months ago and I am still being charged for apartment insurance that I signed up with them, when I called to tell them they said they do not have insurance and didn’t know what I was talking about however the company Resident Insure says they are one of their clients and the apartments DO sign customers up with them.

The most terrible place I’ve ever lived. I had to fight of roaches in the kitchen to make a sandwich before they jumped on it. At night don’t turn on the light. They where in my coffee, they would climb over me watching tv or in bed. This dump should be torn down. It has to devalue homes around it. Disgusting

This place is a fraud when they say it’s a great place to live. How can you live at a place full of cockroaches and leaks all over the place !!! Please be be honest with all your renters

Ive lived here a year and THANK GOODNESS Im moving at the end of month! Worst place Ive ever lived! Ive had a leak Im my apartments for 4 months now and there is mold growing on top of there being a hole that keeps getting bigger. And the sad part thats not the only leak. On top of several other issues.I wish I only knew who the property owners were, Ive asked several times and they wont tell me.

I have lived here for years! The first 3 years were great. Now it is terrible. You have to call several times before any one answers the phone. Customer service was never taught to the people in the office. Lets list the problems in my unit: Front door does not have a peep hole, you can see day light through the cracks in the door, the chain can be undone from outside the door, the window leaks buckets of water when it rains, leak in the hallway where the AC is located, bathroom tub faucet never stops running, not dripping but streaming water all day and all night (yes we have to pay the water bill) and I have broken a blood vessel in my hand just attempting to get the water to stop running, when showering the water goes from cold to scalding in seconds without adjusting and takes forever to to adjust back to an acceptable temperature, no 5 min showers here more like 20-30 while you wait for the water to cool or heat several times during the single shower, the toilet is wobbly and instead of fixing it the have shoved plastic plates all the way under the base, kitchen faucet just trickles water when both hot and cold are all the way on, roaches get bad but we spray ourselves every 2 weeks to keep them away. We have put in work orders after work orders and they come and patch the problems instead of fixing them for good. The laundry rooms used to be cleaned daily and are now never clean. There is muddy and trash and dirt all over them, I refuse to use those. Pool is never open, always green. They nickle and dime you. At the beginning all we paid was rent, 3 years later water and sewage was added, next year trash and gas. We have all electric hook ups so why gas? The dryers that we put quarters in and the pool is what we were told uses gas. Then they had the bright idea to make the covered parking $10 extra a month but there arent enough non covered parking for the entire complex to even have the option.

Who can we talk to to get things done around this property? I no longer wish to speak with the office people, they are no help. Hello! Owners? Do you care that this property is being run down or are you actively attempting to be slum lords? This property looks okay from the outside, but inside is teaming with issues. Something must be done!! If things are fixed I will be going to the city and reporting all the code violations. Enough is enough. It shouldnt be like pulling teeth to have working plumbing.If you are thinking about moving in think again. Go down the road to a property that cares. These people do not. They want to collect your rent, thats it.Owners, here is a challenge. Hold a meeting at your property and hear what YOUR tenants have to say about YOUR property. Please, do not just tell me to go talk to the office people. The office people are not in control, we all know they can only do what the owners allow. Your tenants are pleading to get their maintenance issues corrected. Thats all we want.

My worst year is in this properties so happy I’m moving out. But sad cause I had to almost trash all my furniture and clothes due to roaches infestation and plumbing issue .

BEWARE! Woman in the office named Peggy seems really nice before moving in, but becomes really nasty once you actually have concerns and issues. Every time we speak to her about anything it’s like pulling teeth. Nothing gets accomplished and the conversation goes in circles. She will not let you talk or get your concerns out. BEWARE! Otherwise, the complex is quiet but they are making a lot of changes and updates. They do have roaches and do spray often but it is pretty gross to say the least. You may need to hold onto receipts or any records of when you pay anything because the office will try to charge you later for it. Customer service is not their strength, at least for the leasing rep in the office, and their business practices are off putting. They also have a tow truck that scopes the carport at random to see if you have a sticker authorized to park there. The tow company is not associated with the complex, but is contracted by them, and the tow company is pretty ruthless about towing cars when they aren’t parked in the right area, even for a second. Beware, they are having a lot of changes that seem good, but the main issue for me as a resident, is the lack of decent customer service in the office.

In all my life I have never had to deal with a propery manager that was as hateful and racist as she was.There were countless incidents of water being turned off due to repairs including a water line busting and causing massive damage to multiple units and personal property of those renters.

I would give them zero if I could. My friend lives in the complex and they didn’t tell them they changed the parking policy. My friends neighbor told her. When my friend got her sticker they told her guests could park in the covered spots just not over night. I was only parked there for a couple hours and when I was going to leave my car wasn’t there. They towed it. I will never recommend this complex. Why would you want to live somewhere that the owners lie and go back on their word?

My husband and I are going on two years living here, and absolutely love it. The management has changed once and the office staff has changed multiple times, as well as the maintenance staff, but for the most part, its all for improvement purposes. Oyster Creek are older apartments, but theyve been maintained well, and are a nice place to live. Ive seen several reviews on other websites about all sorts of issues and problems, but weve not had that experience here, and wanted to let perspective renters know that this is definitely worth your time to look at. (:

The best thing about living in Oyster Creek is that I no longer have to worry about the maintenance of the house. The maintenance crew is available 24 hours a day. Other than this, Oyster Creek has amenities like pools, playground and tennis court that keeps my kids busy and active.

Update: They made to two stars for me then back down to one. Not sure what happened to new management but there have been some temps as receptionists. The front pool was closed about a week ago and despite over 100 degree temps it has yet to open. In fact, it has turned green. I asked the temp receptionist why it was closed and she stated that “the pump was broken and they were fixing it”. Somehow, both pools must have broke their pumps at the same time and closed because they are both green. Sounds unlikely to me.Fortunately for Oyster Creek I will be moving out soon 😃. I will provide a final, and detailed review after I have complete my business with this place.

Oyster Creek is a real luxury. We have recently moved from Charlotte, and our floor has a well maintained patio. There are two swimming pools, covered parking, tennis court and a playground. We love this place.

I would give 0 srars if I could. I have had nothing but problems with office management. my apartment is crawling with roches and they say they sent out exterminators but the roach problem stays. I spoke with office manager Robbin and she was nothing but unhelpful and rude. If you like feeling helpless in a place you have to pay to live, This is the place for you.

Since this place been under new management this place been going down Inside the walls is infested with roaches. Every other month they try to coming up with different way to get your money. They will have your car towed for just unloading your groceries out the cars.Can somebody give me the number to manament companies over this complex.if you don’t believe anything I say come out here and at some of the Neighbors your self. When my lease up I’m out of here. They just pass out letter to charge residents 15 dollar a month to park under the cover space which out here there’s no where to park but there.

The apartment is very good but the attention of the manayer the worst a lot of racism and theft of the deposits I have evidence of how I delivered the apartment and the deposit was stolen and payments that you invent that when you open the application to pay online they are not every month it goes up the rent and your payments are never the same and another very important thing the cockroaches are about to buy and the pools in 8 months were only clean the first month a lot of intention with the water for fixes I was not happy at all it was my worst experience.

IT WOULD BE NICE IF YALL COULD REFUND MY SISTER THE $200 YALL OWE HER, THERE IS PROOF SAYING YALL WOULD REFUND IT BUT YET MONTHS LATER NOTHING. That’s a big lawsuit just saying!

They are very disrespectful in the front office. They lose things and give tenants no proof that they lived there. Disrespectful women who will not give out her bosses numbers with really rude attitudes. If you don’t have to live here please look else where.

So if your into roaches this is the place for you. The managers actually told me that cleaning my apartment with bleach products is what causes roaches. According to the manager bleach leave a protein behind that roaches eat. She said this is what the company that sprays for roaches says is causing the roaches.

Horrible experience for fist time apartment. Never fixed anything that was asked for.Do not go here would not recommend especially if you are young!

We have rats in the apartment and have gone to management which has done nothing to fix the problem all maintenance did was put expanding foam in the hole they chewed which has now been chewed around again hasnt offered me to move into a unit that doesnt have a rat entrance to come in as they please I am breaking my lease early and urge anyone to stay out of these apartments they look nice on the outside but management sucks theres been 4 property managers here in the 2 years Ive lived here.

The woman in the office is very rude and racist and always wants to collect more rent money

My little family has been here a year and couple months. Every 2 months or so the bathroom upstairs tub overflows into our living room floor. Its really gross.. not to mention we supply all the stuff to clean it up. Idustrial fan.. 40 towels.. after abojt the 2nd time we stopped using the downstairs cabinet because the flood ruined about 100 dollars worth of diapers..pull ups and toilet paper. This has happened 7 times.. currently we cant use the only tub in the townhouse upstairs..or our washing machine due to this. Its been 3 days now... they still have yet to fix the real issue blaming it on stuff that we or other people have put down the pipes. The only thing that is good about living here is that its quiet and people seem generally friendly. Staff is ok.. maintenance sucks.. then again they can only do what management allows so its just frustrating...we understand that. But I ask myself daily.. why live in a townhouse apt. When you cant wash clothes...you cant shower.. even afraid to use the toilet. Again this flood happenes about every 2 months.. especially after a heavy rain.

The most unprofessional disrespectful racist rude manager I’ve ever had to deal with, she tries to scam people left and right it is horrible she needs to be fired and someone who knows whatThey are doing need to take her place

Roach infestation, plumbing is terrible and floods my bathroom. Slapping a band aid on it is not fixing it. The rent is too much for these run down 40+ year old apartments

Infrastructure is probably crumbling, and the leaking roof isnt my only reason for thinking this is a possibility
