I called this company and they were very quick to get me a quote.I like they ask if you want to come in the office or over the phone. I went into the Nava Tax & Accounting office and they helped me. the agents was very sweet. Will tell my friends and family about them.Highly recommended!

You pay a lot for mistakes. Very rude and unprofessional. When they make mistakes on your taxes, its supposed to be their job to fix it. However, lucky for us, as customers, they try to charge $275/hour to fix a problem they created.Even CFO dont make $275 an hour let alone AcCoUnTaNtS. A joke is what their mission statement should be.

Great service. They know a lot about taxes and what they are doing. My parents started going there after they last accountant/tax preparer messed up with everything. Mr Nava helped them fix their taxes and become a corporation. Now I do my taxes here too.

Ridiculously expensive tax preparation prices. Every year theyve been charging me more and more money when my filing information has not changed. I asked why and they said because this year is a longer form and more paperwork. They lie to their clients. Last year they didnt send all of my forms and I was mailed a letter by the the IRS. Take your business elsewhere!

I arrived to do a procedure at this place that does not take the person more than 5 minutes to do it and since the girl who was at the entrance asked me what I needed, I told her to make a payment and she answered very despotic that because she was so late that they were already going to close and I told him that I only needed to make a payment and he told me that he would no longer help me and I told him that if they are no longer going to serve the people who will lock the door and he just laughed at me, I do not recommend this place to no one, they have no idea what it means to serve people, it is a message for Mr. Nava who has to talk to his workers.
