Love the responsiveness of this office! We were buying our car lease and needed a copy of our insurance card right away that had both my husband and my name on it. I called our State Farm office (Chap Waters) and it was emailed to me within a few minutes! Plus the staff is super friendly and easy to talk with...you can tell they care! Thanks guys!

Mr. Waters has new staff that lies.Kimberly was her name. Mr. Waters claimed State Farm would pay for broken pipes in our home and did not. We were dropped from both State Farm Car and Home insurance. One day when trying to reach the office ten minutes before closing, I kept dialing as no one picked up the phone so I assumed they werent there so I left them a nice message. The next day Mr. Waters calls harrassing me that I am harrassing his office and he will call the police if I call again because the day before I kept trying to reach them before they went home calling their office and no one picked up.Mr. Waters forgot about DECADES of our family doing business with his office, flowers sent to him as my idea from our family to hisbecause his daughter passed away, and my parents unFORTunate choice to retain Mr. Waters even though TWICE in our life State Farms office (unknown whether this was under Mr. Waters or not..) had raised our rates due to an accident we were not involved in because someone with the same make and model of our car had an accident.I didnt even think that was POSSIBLE.Mr. Waters boss at State Farm and State Farm employees in general were either rude or they could care less about my complaint.Mr. Waters then had the NERVE to contact the probate attorneys office involved in my mothers estate for GOD ONLY KNOWS what REASON to tell them the car I was now inheriting was uninsured when I insured it elsewhere imMEDiately upon their dropping me.My lawyer at the time claimed he was trying to insure the car which...I have a hard time believing is true I WILL say that though...if such a thing were even POSSIBLE I wouldnt put it past him.He was often rude even the first time I can remember meeting him if I am not mistaken. After my mothers death all this @$%#*! could do is scold me about the house....what @$*&%!.....NO! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE...

I have never (in my 50+ years on this planet) known of others, such as the folks at State Farms Chap Waters office (especially Lisa :) ), who continuously goes out of their way to help my hubby and I. I am amazed everytime!!! We will receive an email or phone call regarding this or that...whether it be something necessary or a possible (money saving) point. They are the best!!! And even better, is that it does not matter a bit if you reside close. We moved more than an hour away and we are still treated like family.Go on...take a chance with Chap Waters office. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! (And no, I am not being paid for this review. I sincerely mean everything I have written.)

Weve had State Farm Insurance for 15 years and have had to make two claims: both claims were paid with lightening speed. But more importantly, Chap Waters expert staff guided us, step-by-step, making the process effortless. And every single time you call their office, regardless of a big or small question, they are always available, exceptionally knowledgeable and truly concerned.

Chap has been our family insurance agent for years. He, and the people in his office have ALWAYS been there for us! Whenever I call the office, there is someone there to help and give advice.
