I will be back! Right off the bat they tell me that my oil levels are good and I have another 1700 miles before I need an oil change. Then I ask about prices and they’re very upfront with how much it’s going to be for each blend. No nonsense and they saw me within 30 seconds of being there. Even offered me a bottle of water.

I loved it, never tried another place to change my oil but Walmart and the experience, timing and communication here at TAKE5 was awesome, plus they clean out your windshield, While still being in the car.. AWESOME EXPERIENCE never heard of TAKE5 and I’m glad I did.

I went for my oil change according to the sticker on my windshield. The guy checked and saw where had purchased a full synthetic blend of oil that did not require being changed at this time and told me that I had 1500 more miles to go before I would need service. He didnt have to that. He could have just change the oil and not said a thing. He then checked all my fluid levels and sent me on my way.

Seems like new guys hired definitely not 10 minute service but theyll probably become better

They were really nice to me this morning! Helped explain the months vs miles thing with oil changes and even cleaned up my windshield! Will continue using for sure! A little in the pricier side, but usually always coupons out and the service makes it worth it!

They take the pain out of having to get your oil changed. Everyone that touched my vehicle, Trevor, Chazmen and Korrigan, were quick but thorough. Korrigan clearly explained all my options with pricing. Will absolutely be back!

They didn’t have correct filter for my vehicle and suggested I go purchase one and come back. They then decided to make one they had work. (Hope I don’t have any problems). After completing the job, one person gave us a total and we paid him. Then another person came and gave us a higher total and told us to pay him. Are your prices not standardized? We got full synthetic oil and your rep only put 3000 miles until next change on our sticker. A way to bring in business but unethical since full synthetic can be changed less often. All in all a very unsatisfactory experience. Will not be back.

Great customer service. Upon arrival, I was offered a cold bottle of water. They checked the oil levels before changing my oil and just topped it off, as I didnt need an oil change. They could have changed it anyway, and I wouldnt have been the wiser. Sorry Im terrible with names but both associates were courteous, friendly and professional!

Oil leaked everywhere, damaged my engine and is going to cost me replacing all new sensors.Any plan to fix this? Ive called and emailed and not heard back? Or was the reply just lip service?Been waiting 3 for anyone to get back with me. Is anyone going to help me fix your mistake? This could cost me a lot of money.

The tech couldnt change my oil because the oil plug was crooked. My son had to tighten the plug, to stop it leaking, because they had not tightened it back. I do understand why they didnt change oil, but he should have tightened the plug back. I will not go back for service.

Never again. Took my wifes car sat. August 10,2020. On Monday, car was leaking oil. The 2 outstanding men that changed it had great personalities. Pretty sure they were stoned. I was a stoner for years and almost positive they were. Anyway, I called and talked to a Frank, he put me through to one of the guys that changed it. And his people skills shined through again.DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

On arrival they handed me a bottle of water and yes I’m pleased because it was a very hot day. They were quick. In and out. Service took a total of 12 minutes! Great quality and service.

Waited 2 hours to get to be next in line and then they asked me to wait so a diesel truck could go ahead of me and then gave me a whole five dollars off for the inconvenience. Took the guy a while to figure out how to pop my hood and then they asked what kind of oil I wanted but then said they didnt have the oil I chose and had to get the most expensive one on the list.

Were out of the oil I needed.

Actual oil change and mechanic were awesome. Answering service told me they werent busy. Cars were lined up out on the street waiting. Would hope that in the future the AS would give an acurate wait time.

Took a bit longer than I expected but overall good job.

Everyone was extremely courteous and knowledgeable of the work they performed, including thanking me for my service and giving me the military discount that I didn’t know they offered and offering me something to drink.

Didn’t like the service at all they lied about checking things & had an attitude when I asked them about it I was also told the service was gonna be $40 & when I got there the “only package” they had was the $60 & up never again will they get my service !

I sat in line for an hour an 20 minutes to finally pull in and find out that they didnt have my oil filter in stock at the time .. The workers was nice, professional, and very apologetic. I was given a 25% discount for my next visit but I cant get back that hour and 20 minutes I wasted in line ..

The manager was very efficient and anwered all of my questions. He also allowed me to get in the correct spot in the line because I was parked in the wrong bay area.

Fast service ! but didnt check fluids & barely spoke when I asked questions.

I showed up expecting professionals... what I got was two guys (1 of them higher than Mt. Everest...) who had 0 customer service skills, and 0 desire to answer any of my questions. He literally got out of his girls car smelling like straight skunk and no shame. They told me it would be $90, and failed to mention that 3 of my 8 quarts would be charged premium and bump the price up to $150!!! $150 for an oil change!? That’s outrageous! It MIGHT be justifiable if the service was decent... but the high guy wouldn’t even acknowledge my questions or my existence. The price and service is what made this review poor. Until they get new employees, I wouldn’t suggest ANYONE going here.

The technician was very professional, polite, & thoughtful. Offered water to customers waiting in line, kept a smile, & kept on going... all during a mandatory evacuation. The safety & needs of others mattered to him.

Everyones very helpful and knowledgeable but I wish they had more parking lines often go into the road but I guess thats a good sign bc their popular. A little slow but I dont take that as a negative bc they take their time w/ you. But heads up incase you dont have a/c in your car.

Took 2 1/2 hours in line every car ahead of me was almost 30 mins and I could not use my coupon and man was very rude when I asked and it took 35 mins to do a simple 5 qt oil change

Andrew and Ashley were great! I ran by for a quick oil change. I stayed in my vehicle, while these guys checked my tire pressure, and topped off everything that needed to be filled. These guys truly know what they are doing. They let us know everything they were going to do and we’re very detailed. Great attitudes!We were in and out of there in no time.

Went to take 5 to get my oil changed and though the service was quick I discovered an oil leak shortly after I left. After I rushed back the manager resolved the issue (gasket wasn’t reinstalled properly) and gave me half off the next oil change. Nice jester but I’m still not going back.

I was told by the home office cust servi line $59.95 for a synthtic oil change. The shop said no thats not correct. The cost is $82.99 + t,.. I hate being lied to!

My husband needed a quick oil change so we stopped. We really liked that you just drive in and stay in the car while your oil is changed. They even offered us a bottled water. The oil change was longer than 5 minutes, but not having to get out of your car is so work it.

Great service. These guys are so friendly and happy to help. I go there for oil changes and to get air in my tires. They have helped me with other minor services and were happy to do so. If your looking to get an oil change this is a fast and friendly place.

I’d seen it was well rated so I figured I would try it out, needing an oil change regardless, and I got there I was surprised at the view. It looked like a car wash. But it was really cool that you could just drive in and stay in your vehicle while they ran all their tests. I was in an out no more than 20 minutes. Pleasantly surprised

I waited for 30 to 45 minutes for someone to come tell me after sitting there, clearly in sight of everyone, that they were pretty sure they would not be able to change my oil. I drive a Mini Cooper and had purchased my own oil and filter already and had called the place and asked if they could change it and, at that time, was told they could and I should come in. He then decided that he could not in fact change the oil because he couldn’t access the oil filter. I then went to another shop and they did change the oil in just a few minutes, stating that it was one of the easiest oil changes to do because the filter is next to the access for the oil under the car. This experience was not a pleasant one.

Store manager Ashely was great! He explained all my choices so that I could make an informed decision on which oil was best for my car. He also was very quick with his service and friendly when I asked questions. I highly recommend this location for your oil and other car services!!!

Had to wait 3 hours for a $73.82 oil change and then they informed they only accept cash or a check. Worst oil change experience ever.

Excellent service! Great people and fast work. The only thing is that they put the wrong mileage on their computer because it shows on my receipt. I hope that wot appear on my car fax, anyways I recommend it 100% the guys are very attentive and I appreciate all the help that they gave me.

The mechanics at this facility are wonderful. Polite, professional, efficient. I got an oil change and advice about my cars future maintenance without even leaving the drivers seat. I especially want to commend Mr. Darbonne( i believe was his name). He was everything a mechanic should be. Will most definitely return for future service.

Andrew and the rest of the crew were so helpful! They immediately gave me a bottle of water to drink as I waited for my turn. Once my short waiting period was done, they quickly and efficiently changed my oil. All of my questions were answered and my car was properly cared for. Very fast and very nice

Went in for an oil change, was greeted with water and a friendly staff. They explained the different oil types and allowed me to choose the option. No high pressure sales tactics which I love as I have had some bad experiences with other quick oil companies. I was also very grateful that they checked and filled my tires (they truly needed it). They did this even though I didnt think to ask if they could, which was very nice. Overall it was a great experience.

I urgently needed an oil change while traveling through Louisiana so I quickly googled places near by and found this place. The guys were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Also the convenience of staying in your car is awesome considering we had a vehicle full of passengers. Definitely recommend this place.

The gentlemen there were very polite and knowledgeable. Not use to going somewhere and being met with great customer service. If anything they could have used a little more help Saturday but that is not the fault of the guys working but there superiors which I would not hold against them. I really liked the customer service I received immediately when I arrived for an oil change. I needed a filter changed and replaced the windshield wipers. My battery was not holding a charge due to a tiny crack due to being old on the part connected to the battery post. I had changed 1 earlier in the year and did know it needed to be changed. Thank you to the employees who all helped me jumpstart it to run down to Auto Zone. I would highly recommend driving through to check out Take 5 Oil Change! If you want to train or learn great customer service, this would be the place to send someone young or old to go through the process of receiving great customer service for free. I love the friendly service and that you don’t have to get out of your car! I have a two year old and I dread getting my oil changed because we have to get down and typically sit in a small waiting room with little to do for a while. This is so easy, she can stay in her seat and I can stay in mine! Love it! Guys are so professional and nice. Highly recommend!Gave me a water for free and my daughter some fruit gummies! So nice

I want to thank the guy that did my oil change. I don’t know his name, but he was a white guy with very,very thick fingers and short light brown hair. He was very fast and knowledgeable. He had me in and out of there in under ten minutes, and he checked everything. Thank you buddy.

The guys were very courteous and friendly. They explained the different types of oil so I could choose appropriately. The only thing I was unsatisfied with was the price. $100 for an oil change is pretty steep and Im not sure that it included the filter getting changed also. But when it comes to convenience you always have to pay more.

Ashley at Take 5 is an angel! When he was finishing up my oil change, he noticed I was missing a part on my oil filter. He went out of his way to order me a new part from the dealership and put it in himself. All the guys were friendly and quick; Ashley even gave my dog a pup treat while we waited! Any other place would have just put the oil filter back together and let me go, but Ashley saved me my car. Amazing shop with honest guys!

I have an 18month old and a 7 year old. They offered them each a capri sun as soon as we parked. We got to stay inside the car! My overall experience was great and they didnt take long at all! Very nice and helpful staff. I will be coming back and I recommend them to especially if you have children with you!

The take 5 in our city is fairly new and I was hesitant about using them at first, until I heard amazing reviews! There was no line, which was awesome, I pulled in the bag and the immediately started working on my car. They offered me water and offered my two year old fruit snack and a Capri sun.The entire time they explained what they were doing and even suggested a better synthetic oil for me to use. They checked tire pressure, and all gauges, then gave me a print out with all the information on it. The entire crew was really nice and we will be returning!

Fast friendly service...was in and out in no time. They have good options for price range and oil qualities. They thoroughly checked over my car and let me know any spotted deficiencies. Reminded me of the old days with full service stations.

Im from out of town. I went to Google and read the recent reviews about this place. Nice that they close at 7:00 during the week. Gentleman was friendly and offered me a cold water at the beginning of the oil change. Gave me a couple of options for oil. Explained everything. Even cleaned the front window. If I lived in the area, I would come back.

Absolutely our new place they have our oil changed. we tried to get an oil change at the Walmart in sulphur for over a month. The wait time they would tell us would be two to three hours and two times we went they totally told us that they took their all text and put them on tires for the day that they were not doing all changes. With that said Im glad we found take 5 oil change. The guy working there was super knowledgeable very courteous and extremely fast we literally waited maybe 15 minutes. Thanks take 5 oil change. They went way beyond the normal service. They checked all my filters including the cabin air. An topped of all the fluids, very nice experience an fast. Less than 15 minutes an I was on my way.

I had a great experience at Take 5. The wait time was short, the staff was friendly, and I left happy. It wasnt the cheapest oil change, but Im satisfied with the experience so I will be returning.

They are super fast and super friendly !!! Right when I drove up Someone walked out to my car and asked exactly what I needed. I had questions on certain services that I had no idea about the guys were very educated and very nice about everything. 1st time to use this business. I was kinda in a hurrry. Literally it took 15 minutes 6 quarts of oil, oil filter, change air filter, air in tires, checked all other fluids. Double checked oil level and for drips. Love this place
