I went in first thing this morning to get a front end alignment and of course they had lots of other customers there but they were so friendly and professional. They did a wonderful job and it really didn’t take very long and I enjoyed their outside seating area while I waited. I most definitely recommend them.

They were quick got my car in got me a new tire and were very professional about it as well will definitely be returning.

I have to say Service Tire is a very honest business, I trust them and use them for all of my car maintenance needs.

Asked to get 4 tires mounted balanced and aligned. Dropped off vehicle for the day and picked up after hours. They mounted and balance the four tires then straight up didn’t do the alignment. Then when questioned why they didn’t do alignment. Their response was I can’t answer that so instead of being competent and take responsibility for their actions of completely not following the customers orders. They just wanna act like they don’t know how that happened.

Having my oil changed and tires rotated was a pleasant experience! I called ahead to make sure they weren’t booked up for the day! I took k my vehicle and left it with them! I brought my car in Monday 6/14/2021. I had a flat on the rear driver’s side. They said they could fix it and the wait shouldn’t be very long. True to their word, the tire was fixed at a reasonable price and very timely service. I highly recommend taking your tires and vehicles to them.

Thanks for service to balance my front tires. Found out later that day the tires were out of round tread looked good but tires were out of round. Sorry you didn’t catch it but unless you were looking for it I would not be caught by a simple balancing. . New tire place found the problem and I bought 4 new tires from them. I guess a trained professional would have noticed the problem.

The people here are very nice and professional. They got me in when they said they could and the estimated time they gave me for the work was very close. Their prices are great compared to some of the other tire shops! I will definitely use them again.

Brought my 2020 Impala in with a nail in the back passenger tire. Shop lobby was nice & clean. Was greeted by nice staff.. Explained it would be a lil bit of a wait, possibly 2-3 hours, as there were alot of vehicles there for tire repairs & other services. I was ok with it. I explained that I have Wheel Ring Lights & UnderGlows mounted on my vehicle. They took extra care with my vehicle & got me in and out within an hour. Price for the tire repair was pretty reasonable. I would Highly recommend them.

If I could give zero stars I would. THEY ARE ABSOLUTE CROOKS! In July of 2020 I bought 1 tire from them because I had a broken tire belt and I bought the warranty as well on it. I recently noticed my tire had a nail in it I called and asked to have it patched and they said “oh you’ve gone over 12k miles we can’t do it for free”. When I bought the tire they didn’t tell me anything about mileage restrictions on my tire warranty. They also told me they would work with me on a price and I’d only have to pay $75-$150 in labor to have it patched or get a new tire. Save yourself a headache and money, DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE CROOKED AND WILL SCREW YOU ANY WAY THEY CAN!!!

Long story short... absolutely horrible visit. Overcharged like crazy. Charged me $312 for just an oil change and fuel filter change. $187 JUST FOR LABOR. This is the definition of price gouging and extortion. Support your small businesses that’ll give you an oil change and grease your vehicle (for free) for only $90 for even a diesel. Should’ve asked about price before taking my truck here.

I’ve been using Service Tire for 20 years, and they have always been fair and reputable.

I arranged for my power steering pump to be replaced. Knowing that this company like the rest of us were dealing with recovering from Hurricane Laura. They had to move to a different location and use a generator. Yet they were doing everything in their power to take care of their patrons. They did an excellent job and still remained kind and helpful.

I handed them my car keys and they took my unattached house keys out of my car. They did not connect the keys to my car keys in any way. I had to drive back to get them. I cant imagine any competent reason you would do this. Why were you digging in my center console at all? I dont think Ill be returning. Definitely would not recommend.

It’s the second time I’ve paid a visit to this place to patch a flat I got while taking my kids to school in the last 3 years. They continue to amaze me. They were once again prompt and very friendly. One satisfied, very tired, mom of 4!

I needed new tires. I called yesterday afternoon but it was too late to get the tires I wanted to the shop but I was there first thing this morning and my tires were waiting. The parking lot was packed but they kept everything moving. I’ve waited longer at shops that were much less busy. I’m quite satisfied with the product and service.

Yesterday I think his name was Eddy(?) put air in my tire and warned me about my tires. He was very polite and I appreciated his warning. So this morning I drove in around 9:00. I don’t remember his name but he was very polite and knowledgeable. In no time my 4 tires were changed and my car was ready. Yes I’d tell anyone who asked me that they should use your shop. Everyone was great.

It took about 2 hours. That was partly my fault because I didnt realize that they need to the engine to be cooled off...I sat in it with the a/c till it was my turn. Other than the wait they were friendly and as fast as they could be. Not to mention affordable.

Been here before for a patch up and it was exactly the same. A great job done quickly. I highly recommend and will be back again.
