Super knowledgeable! The guy there is a wiz with custom exhaust. Helped me decide on an exhaust and tinker around with mufflers and resonators until I found the perfect sound! (I’m very picky) Highly recommend! Love this shop, I have brought my truck and my wifes car here for brakes and exhaust many times over the years. They have the best service and do a amazing job. The first time I went my wife had her car at the dealer, they told her need brakes all the way around. Went here for a second opinion said I had 30% left. When we needed them the next year went back and it cost half what the dealer had quoted. Honesty is what will always win me over.

Got me in real quick and diagnose the problem even quicker. Had a little trouble when they missed quoted me for the work they did but theyre such honest guys that they decided to eat the labor cost on one part of the fix just to make it right! You dont find honest mechanics like that very often let me tell you. These guys would much appreciate it and they have my business whenever I need anything that they can handle

Brought a 2015 Ford F150 to get the brakes changed. A day later squealing, brought truck back. The guys said thats how Ford brakes sound. Nothing they could do. Said the noise would go away. Fast forward a month later, same noise, brought the truck to another company changed the brakes and no noise. Imagine that.

Amazing service at this location. The guy in the previous post must not have called the shop before he went everyone from Lake Charles knows they close at 12:00. They have closed at that time for over 30 years. Sounds like someone didnt do there home work and called some corporate number and everyone knows corporate offices dont know anything. For the rest of the people in the future. 7:00-4:30 on weekdays and 7:00-12 on Saturdays.

Our old muffler was literally falling apart, with the exhaust pipe already fallen off. We took it here to get a new one put on. They said theyd have to wield one. We were there only half an hour to an hour, to have it put on.While it was a little steep in cost, I still feel we got our moneys worth. They even offered me (off the record) ideas what another known problem could have been.

This place has horrible customer service. I called at 9 AM on Saturday morning to have an adapter for my exhaust made. All of the exhaust shops where I live we are closed and they were not able to do what Meineke told me they could do to make my adapter because most shops don’t deal with the larger pipe for diesel trucks. I am a Soldier at Fort Polk which is 70 miles from this shop. The employee I talked to at 9 AM told me that they would be there until 4:30. My wife is out of town and so our 3 kids and I Drove 70 miles to this shop and we got there at 20 minutes till noon and nobody was there and they were closed. The hours of operation online for Saturday’s shows seven 7:30-4:00 And I even called corporate and they told me they are supposed to be open as well from 7:30-4:30. So this morning which is Monday morning I called to make a complaint and I talk to the owner Greg Demahy and all they would say is we did not tell you that and we’re sorry and that we’re not willing to do anything about it. It is very clear that taken care of the customer is not their priority and that having integrity it’s not important to them, I advise anybody not to go to this shop and take the chance of being treated the same.
