Took car in for door and fender damage repair. Chris LaFleur was advisor. Work was completed in 2 weeks. He was very conscientious about getting the car repaired in a timely manner. Most repair shops are backed up with flood damaged vehicles. My car was worked in while waiting for parts on other vehicles. Perfect execution of repairs. Thank you Chris.

Went and got my oil changed at 12 pm and was finished at 3 pm. The actual oil change took maybe 10-15 mins. The rest of the time I sat in my car watching the employees hangout and stand around. The employees were friendly but I feel like an oil change shouldn’t take 3 hours of my day.
In short, I bought my car from Billy Navarre and wanted to keep anything dealing with my car within the facility but they are very misleading, not helpful at all, and have zero patience to explain anything to you!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Bring your car anywhere else BUT here.

I had my oil changed today. Mr. Don brought us a cold bottle of water. It was a hot day. He was very friendly and professional. Lauren also was part of the team servicing my car. We had a very nice experience. It added to a very pleasant day. Thank you!

I always come here to get an oil change cause I’ve bought all my cars here. It takes 2-5 hours to get an oil change. Friendly staff.. but take the whole day off if you need an oil change, your lunch break isn’t gonna cut it.

Place is a joke. Spent $90 on an Oil change AND new air filter when last time it was only $40. And I don’t drive a luxury vehicle so why would it be that much? Sounds like a scam to me! And 2 hours in line is ridiculous. Was stuck forever. They don’t tell you the price of the oil change upfront! Tried calling the “manager” for the oil change area to get in touch and never could. Finally when he called he kept calling while I was at work so every time I called him back after work he never answered. If you want to get robbed go ahead and go here for an oil change. Will never again recommend this place to anyone.Take 5 oil change took literally 5 minutes, was WAY cheaper and better customer service. You cant pay me enough to step inside this place ever again or my family.And then why my vehicle was in a fender bender I had made an appt a WEEK ahead to get it fixed. Well. I showed up and the guy comes out and says “ I can’t fix it” after saying he could definitely fix it. Then tried to reschedule it the following week. Took the day off work to make this appointment. And me and my husband had one vehicle at the time so he had to take off work too. I’ve heard too many horror stories of people’s vehicles taking months to get fixed or they “forgot” about them in the lot. Went and called Jerry’s paint and body after I left and the NEXT day went straight to Jerry’s Body Shop where it got fixed within the week. Looking brand new!I will gladly definitely take my business elsewhere and shop out of town for a vehicle. Billy Navarre is an awful place for an oil change, vehicle or car getting fixed.

I woke up early this morning to bring my car to Billy Navarre to get my oil changed...the car wash manager was walking around telling everyone that he had not heard from the quick service manager. He had been calling him since 7 am. How can a whole department not show up to work? This is very inconvenient. If I didn’t have to get my vehicle serviced here, I wouldn’t be here. It has been nothing but issues with this company.

Ive been to Billy navarre many times for service, I feel Im a really good customer with them, this is the 1st time ever that Ive needed my fluids topped off, & plus my air pressure was low. EVERY PLACE IN LOUISIANA, WHERE IVE HAD MY MAINTENANCE DONE, WILL TOP YOU OFF FOR FREE, DUE TO THE SERVICE ALREADY PERFORMED! Billy Navarre Chevrolet wanted to charge me for this. I feel you do not appreciate me as a customer, & Im pretty sure there are many others. Youre the only Chevy dealer in Louisiana that I have been to who even charges over $100 bucks for simple maintenance. And due to the way it was handled, I will not do business with you anymore, & I encourage anyone else whove experienced this bad business to Express how they feel about it. WRITE A REVIEW!

THEY REPLACE UNBROKEN PARTS. I needed a window repaired this week because it was stuck down. They told me it was a broken motor so I paid to replace motor & regulator (most expensive component of power windows). They gave it back to me saying it was fixed. It WAS NOT fixed. Brought it back in and now they said the switch was broken... Chances of both switch and motor failing same day- highly unlikely 😤!!! DONT GO HERE. They will troubleshoot your repair and make you pay for it!
If youre looking for place to get your vehicle fixed professionally, this is the place to go. Very courteous and worth every dollar spend to have work done by certified mechanics that care and love what they do.
I have never had a complaint about the oil and lube station at Billy Navarre Lake Charles until today. They are always friendly and usually very quick. I decided to go on my lunch hour today to get my oil changed. I was there almost an hour an half as I watched the cars in the 2 bays next to me flow through. The truck ahead of me had been there even longer than I had. I finally had to get out of my vehicle and complain. The gentleman was very polite and apologetic and moved everyone out of the way so that I could leavebecause I had to get back to work. So after an hour and a half I didnt even get my oil changed. Apparently there was a problem with the car in our bay which is completely understandable but you do not leave people sitting in line for over an hour while other people are driving right up and getting taken care of and leaving as we watch. I hope that this complaint prevents this form happenng to someone else. I am giving them 2 stars based on todays performance but normally they would get 5 stars.
Went two days in a row trying to get an oil change on a car I bought there. The first day waited 30 minutes and the line wasnt moving. The second day after waiting an hour and a half I had to leave to go to work. They see the large amount of business they have, should think about the customer and open more bays!
Service Dept. has gone downhill. I told Ethan about how I was treated in service. I told him Billy Navarre would have never let his customers treated this way He said, that offends me you said that. Really!!!! He also proceeded tell me business has gone up since his passing All he would have had to say is sorry we will work on it. By the way I have purchased 6 cars from them. Never once had a problem until this nightmare of a car(Hyundai Tuscon)

Does NOT stand up to all the hype. I havent even had my car a year and have brought it in 3 times to Service Department. From the time I bought my car until this day, which my car is still in service department, the SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. Salesman to Service Manager no communication, can never get a hold of them, they dont return messages, do not update of progress, they gave me a rental car w/ 5 day license, which is now expired because theyve had my car for 11 days. I could go on and on and on... Take my word for it, you will never talk to the same person twice. REGRET doesnt cover how I feel. Only gave them 1 star b/c I had too to post my review.

3 stars because my truck IS running better . But $350 for 1 spark plug and 1 coil pack is RIDICULOUS . And it was about a 5 hr. wait .
