Horrible service. I sat there for 2 hours for NOTHING and wasted $45. They didn’t even fix what was wrong with the car and spoke about me and the vehicle as if I wasn’t sitting 10 feet from them. The woman at the desk was not professional and very rude. She never updated me on the status of my car, but told me to just “have a seat” each time I needed to talk to her. Not coming here again. Finally, they left my car door open, running, and hood up. Waste of time and money.

After being told at Midas in Lake Charles that they didnt have anyone to do an oil change, I drove up to this Midas in Moss Bluff. They did an awesome, quick oil change/tire rotation. Even told me that I needed to have my rear brakes serviced and did not try to sell me the service at all. VERY SATISFIED with this location.

They were fast and the building was clean on the inside. Only problem I had was I had a oil change and went out of town the next day. . People were flagging me as they passed by saying something is dragging from underneath my car, once I came to a stop I realized it was a oil pan cover... I called back to shop and they wanted me to bring back so they can take a look.... well I’m sure it wasn’t going to be still hanging after I came back from a 4 day holiday weekend. Had to take it another shop in Texas and was informed that they didn’t tighten up bolts so some of them fell out.. however they was kind enough to put some more in there....

Just got verbally assaulted for simply stopping by to check on status of car. Never been treated this way by anyone in business world. It was scary. I have a feeling if I had been a man things would have been different.The car issue was AC and they called me the day before and told me car was ready. I went to pick it up and AC was still not working. Mechanic told me hed look at it again so next day around 1:00 I was driving by and stopped in to check status and man (Manager???) came in and proceeded to scream at me - in front of everyone - wouldnt let me talk and eventually told me I was a liar.So if you want to be BULLIED by the best go to Midas in Moss Bluff!

I have never in my life been so mistreated! They took 1000$ from me to fix an oil leak. Then filled my truck with the wrong oil. I was told there are no leaks before driving off the lot, then had to bring my truck back because it was smoking. I was lied to over and over again. I was mocked by racial slurs and treated with such disrespect. I would not recommend anyone go here. If you want to be lied to and called names then this is the place for you. Midas is a corporation and they have missed the mark for service and just being a professional. I will get my money back and will continue to call corporate on them. This is just the beginning of my anger, and I will not stop t anything. Monday after I speak to corporate I will be going to the court to open a civil case against them and reporting them to the BBB....

The lady behind the register is beyond rude. The owner seems to be a good person until my rim lug covers were broke and one was missing. He told me they would investigate. When I asked him what that meant he proceeded to tell me he doesnt recall them being on when I came in. The tech notes had nothing to say on it. When I asked him he said well the rims arent in good condition any how. They are less than a year old. Take your business elsewhere.

My wifes car needed an air conditioner compressor. As we were discussing the cost with the mechanic, the owner decided to join in on during mid-conversation and thought the technician was not charging us enough (yes, he did this in front of us!) He wanted him to add more hours to the labor, after the very trained technician told us how many he thought it would take. My wife called the owner out on this tactic and asked why he was doing that and the owner began shouting and got very defensive with my wife. After walking off, the technician apologized and we ONLY left the car because he seemed trustworthy. Two days later my wifes car had not even been touched when I called to check on the progress. The owner was very rude, again, on the phone so we decided to go get the car. When we got to his establishment, I stood in front of the man as he yelled and cussed me in front of all of his technicians and other customers. I said nothing to him, but walked to my car very disappointed that this type of man is running a business and stealing money from innocent people. The man also informed me and my wife that we would not be able to afford the repair anyways because we were just teachers. Very say indeed.

I have never been so disrespected in my whole life. I took my truck in for a oil leak repair and they thought they knew what the problem was so they gave us a quote on the oil leak. They went on and changed what they said was the problem. Before driving off the lot they reassured us that the oil leak was fixed after running the truck for 30 min and also leaving in on an extra 30 minutes. Not even 2 minutes up the road when we drove it off it started smoking we brought it back and supposedly something was lose. A few days later my fill oil light came on and I called and took it back. They put conventional oil in my truck when they are supposed to be oil experts and they should of known my engine calls for full synthetic. As they were fixing their mistake they call me down to the shop and tell me now its leaking from a different spot and they couldnt tell because it was leaking so bad from the other spot that it was hard to tell. If i would of known it was that bad i wouldnt of spent time and money on it and went a different route. Obviously they didnt diagnose it right and they didnt know what they were doing. Then I proceed to speak with owner asking so you all diagnosed it wrong? He immediately started getting aggravated saying I was dogging him and that my truck was a piece of s*!t and I should throw it away. I had the cops called on me for disputing why they didnt diagnose my leak the right way the first time. I advise you to go a different route. Before the cops came I was disrespected with racial remarks by a different owner an older gentleman. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else. And I now my car has a check engine light on when it never did before they worked on it.

Lady behind the counter made it seem like I was wasting her time. Ill never visit this business again. Wasnt kind to me and used bare minimum dialogue when addressing me. The actual technician was friendly-enough though. Terrible service, however. I went in for a slow leak in my tire (7-10 days it ends up at 18-20 psi) just to see if they could patch and rotate. They alerted me that I had two holes in the tire (I patched the tire a year ago so that one wasnt the issue.) One hole was on the side so it couldnt be patched. Understandable. What can you offer me? She only had a pair of OLD snow tires that no one wanted, and she called the owner to see how much he would sell them to me, since theyd been sitting for months and were last ones. She said Id have to take both at $200 dollars. I dont need two snow tires. It doesnt snow here and I cant afford $200 at the moment. I thought I was just getting a patch. So I tell her to put the tire back on, and she begrudgingly mutters about how it wont hold air. They popped it then. They charged me $20 to rotate and pop my tire, and gave me the alternative to buy their sh*tty over-priced last one we got tire. The tire doesnt hold air anymore, so I put the spare on myself. Get better service at Walmart. To hell with this business.

The old man who does inspections is a joke!!!! Wouldnt inspect my moms vehicle unless she bought tires from him....He is disrespectful and shouldnt be there....Terrible business absolutely terrible....Roger shouldnt be the manager of the business bc he doesnt know how to talk to people....hes a crook and the other employee told us he would pass inspection but Roger wanted to make a sale he warned us before hand Roger was gonna do this and this is sad

This place is run by some of the most inept, lazy, and unethical people I have ever met. The owner actually told me Well maybe they put the wrong oil in for your engine... THE OWNER!!! When I questioned their knowledge on their job, asking if they mechanics were ignorant (as in didnt know better) the owner, Roger, began to swear at me saying Well you just called my employees idiots. Theyre Fn smart, and Im probably the smartest MotherFr you ever met boy... Yeah, thats how they speak to customers. I wouldnt take my vehicle back to them to let them air up the tires. They will berate you, try to sell your unneeded maintenance, and basically do anything they can to get money from you, all while doing as little work as possible. If you go there for an oil change, dont expect to get the correct oil. They might charge you for synthetic, but theyre going to put the cheap dinosaur oil in anyway. If you go for an alignment, dont expect a complete job, because as I was told, We dont adjust castor and camber if you need shims and We cant do a 4 wheel alignment. They dont care if your vehicle is safe to drive or properly maintained, they dont care about the oil called out for by the manufacturer, they only pay attention to what puts more money in their pocket. Liars, cheats, and dishonest people. Steer clear. I have contacted the Midas corporate headquarters to let them know the caliber of people they have working under their good name.
