Doug and his office staff go above and beyond when it comes to customer care. I highly recommend them! Doug has always been able to work me in when I needed adjustments to my prosthetic . Jessica has always been helpful with getting all the paperwork needed for insurance. I am so grateful that I chose Midwest Brace & Limb!

I had a hard time healing after my LBKA and Doug stuck with me through it all, answering questions and being supportive. Today, after 7 + months, I got my first test socket and everyone there at Midwest was fantastic. They make you feel like part of a big, caring family. This company is amazing! They got me on my feet again after not walking in 6 months and actually cared about how my brace fit and felt and even adjusted it days afterwards to make sure it didn’t hurt and worked right. Very professional and kind and always more than willing to offer advice and help with information on how to do better with there equipment

Jessica in the front office is very rude and degrading. I called in 2 weeks ago and I asked her what time she puts in the orders on Friday for shoes and she rudely told me when she feels like it. And I told her I could make within 2 hours because I was not from the area and I didnt want to come if I was going to miss the deadline and she never offered to wait, just said I do it when I get a chance. Then 2 weeks later(today) I made an appointment with Dr Doug for 2:30pm and I got the same attitude when I walked in the door. First she said I needed to see Doug before buying shoes and I asked for a brochure. She was very reluctant and then finally gave me one for some shoes I liked. Then 20 mins after my appointment time, she miraculously asked me nicely if I found some. I said yes but only if Dr Doug thought they would work. She said nothing else. At 3pm, other appointments started coming in and she quickly put them into rooms. I got up and told her I was leaving, and she with raised, bad attitude voice in front of other clients, said that she asked me if I found shoes and I said yes. She then told me that she offered me a room after that and it was a complete lie! She NEVER offered me a room! I tossed the book ( the one she didnt want to give me) down and said Ill make another appointment..NOT! I have to say that Dr Doug is great to work with and does an excellent job, but just dont go when Jessica works or you may feel her rath as I did. Seriously, how hard can it be just to buy a pair of shoes? Dr Doug lost a lot of money that day because of Jessica and I wont go back again (I have been a long time customer even before Jessica has worked there). Not any more.

Just had my first appointment with M.B.L., and it couldnt have gone smoother. Reception was nice, easy, and I was early and they got me in immediately. I was then met by a wonderful technician that asked me a few questions, and worked with me to figure out what I needed. We discussed options and came up with a plan. He measured me, took my casting, and will now notify me once it is ready. I will follow up with my review once I receive the product, but so far Im very impressed.

Doug is the best I went in this morning for first fitting and it fitted perfect I walked out with it and feels great highly recommend he gets the job done !!!🥰😍💋

I moved to Lafayette over a year ago. I was in desperate need of a new prosthetic. I called Doug at Midwest brace and limb. He got me in right away, molded me for a new prosthetic. He got it made in a timely manner and I was walking better than I had in months. Then in February of the following year,I need a toe filler for my shoe on the right side. Once again Doug made it happen and it was perfect. Then he suggested a partial foot brace. Knowing my activity level he said this would be great for me. So,I proceeded to get the brace. I got it yesterday, and when I took my first steps with it. I was overwhelmed with emotion as tears rolled down my face. I just cant say enough about Doug and Midwest brace and limb. In my opinion, midwest brace and limb is the ONLY place to get prosthetics,orthotics or braces in Indiana. Doug is the best at what he does. If it wasnt for him, I know Id not be walking as well as I am. I suggest you run, dont walk..to Lafayette Indiana to Midwest Brace and Limb, and let Doug change your life too!

This is one of the best places Ive ever visited for braces for my son, being in braces most my life I know the struggle and trial and error or getting there perfect fit, the people at this place are personable, kind, patient, and quick to get you in for appointments, they dont rush and make sure to take time to you the best care possible!
