Love all the workers there the best on getting you are your family back up and running again

We have been dealing with DOS for 2.5 years now and they are beyond amazing. My daughter has issues with her spine and they have made her braces each time shes needed one because shes outgrown it. They are very efficient and always there, ready and able to help. Doesnt matter if its for a re-adjustment or to change the padding to make it more comfortable for her to wear. Michelle and the staff have become apart of our family. Now even more that they have incorporated physical therapy services in their facility. Now we can go directly to DOS and do therapy with our amazing therapy team. If something needs to be done to her brace we can get it done right then and there. The whole facility and team are top notch. Wouldnt go anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

I have been bringing my son to Dynamic Orthotics since hes 2 and hes now 8. Ive never experienced anything but kindness and the best care available. Mr Sam always has a story for us (which we LOVE) and Michelle always has a smile and is just as sweet and genuine as can be. My son has Autism and Cerebral Palsy and he isnt always so easy to work with because he gets scared. Michelle is always so kind and gentle with him and knows how to work her magic with him. They have become our extended family. These people know what they are doing! My prayer for my son is that one day we wont HAVE to get braces for his legs but I can assure you that we would still visit Mr Sam and Michelle!

Met with Mr. Sam who was wonderful and very informative. Unfortunately, clerical staff takes their precious time sending documents to insurance company for approval- I guess patient care is not a priority to them. I had to contact insurance company to find out they hadnt received medical documentation yet. I had contacted the office twice in a week to get the status but they failed call back. My childs paperwork has been sitting on a desk for over a week. As a parent, I feel my childs medical needs are not important to them. I truly wish I had the contact information for the owner so I can express my frustration.

I would give them a zero if I could. This is the worst company I ever dealt with. Now I know why the waiting room was always empty. The staff is totally incompetent. They put me through hell for 4 months.Trust me, save yourself the time and aggravation and go to hanger.

Met with Sam initially, and he was amazing. Also met with Brett after and he was absolutely phenomenal. Unfortunately the woman orthotist is not pleasant to deal with, and is condescending and rude. My daughter has a disability, and the doctor ordered specific orthotics I guess you call it, and the woman Michelle would not give me the AFO’s that my daughters doctor had ordered even after she had been fitted for them because she already had a set of braces on her feet which she said was classified as the same thing. (Even though the doctor had also ordered those) We had already been waiting weeks for them. Michelle very rudely told me that since we had Medicaid, that Medicaid wouldn’t pay for 2 sets, even though they were determined to be medically necessary by her orthopedic surgeon. I can’t speak for everyone that works there, but I can tell you that Michelle does not put patients or their families first, and doesn’t go out of her way to make things right(or at least patients with Medicaid). Currently getting things straightened out with my daughters ortho, and will never deal with Dynamic ever again if I can avoid it.
