My son received care through Bionic Prosthetics and Orthotics to help reshape his head over the last few months. We worked with Madhu Dash--she is wonderful with babies and children, and her expertise was spot on. I was very nervous to get one of these baby helmets, but Madhu helped me (and baby) feel comfortable, and the process went by quite quickly!

We are so happy that we had my baby a cranial helmet which improved the head shape a lot. Madhu is very professional and patient. Highly recommend Madhu and this place to any parents in need！

I have been a Patron of Bionic in Lafayette, Indiana for two years. The service they provide is above and beyond. My stump outgrew my current socket and they cast and made me a new one in record time. I am so appreciative of how they take care of the needs of all their customers.

We had the pleasure of working with Daniel at Bionics. My mom has Bulbar ALS and we were sent there by our neurologist to help her with her head droop. Daniel came to my parents home with different neck braces to try but each one was uncomfortable. He told us of a body brace and showed us on line what it looked like. It was a DCO (Dynamic Cervical Orthosis). He spoke to the manufacturer and got them to let my mom use it for a week to see if it would be a good fit!! I feel that he is a very personable professional and went above and beyond and really made us feel that he cared about my mom’s well being!! I highly recommend Daniel and Bionics as well to take care of your prosthetic and orthotic needs.

Normally I am not a review writing person but in the case of my experience with ionic in Lafayette I feel that it is the least I can do in return for their great service. I have an issue with my foot that requires the use of an arizona brace so my podiatrist gave me info on three lical places to get one made. From the first phone call I have had nothing but positive experience with the staff there. Never have I had a medical group treat me better. What truly impressed me the most was when after I had used the brace a few days my podiatrist noticed a problem developing and said I should return to Bionic to see if they could help (although he didnt think they could do anything). I called and they i.mediately got me in. Much to my surprise they worked on my brace and were even observant enough to see an issue in how I walked and ground the brace to improve the way I stepped. The problem quickly went away and I have been walking pain free ever since. I can not thank them enough. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone for any of their services because it is obvious to me they care.
