Joe Brooke and the techs are all Great. You can tell they Enjoy working together and that makes the day for them Better and the work on Your car done right. I had a tire blow out and had a job emergency that needed the car ready that day. The tire was not in stock and I was told it would be the next day before I could have My tire put on. After explaining My situation Joe dropped everything and went Himself to pick up My tire and get it on within a hour. Top notch service! Will definitely come back and recommend this shop over others! Thanks guys

One of my tires was leaking air due to a nail in the tire. We were visiting from out of town on a Saturday. It was later in the day when I realized the nail in the tire. Went to a few different tire places that were still open but was denied service due to them closing in the next hour. I had a family function to attend up in the mountains the next day, Sunday, and no one would be open on Sunday to fix the tire. I found this pep boys and called. They were like 25 minutes away and that meant that it would be less than an hour before they closed if I were to drive there. Joe Answered the phone. I told him him I was 25 minutes away and needed a tire patch. Joe was very kind and said to stop on by and they would fix it before they closed. They patched it up in 15 minutes! They were super awesome to get me in on such short notice. I will start using pep boys exclusively from now on due to this excellent customer service that I received at this location!

We have an extended warranty on our vehicle with Caravan. I called yesterday, made an appointment. The woman on the phone said we could be seen today. Cool. No rush on our end, but today worked so we made the appointment.My husband went in today to take our car in to get a diagnostic.When my husband arrived the guy in the shop told him Oh its a Caravan car? I dont have time to deal with this today and spend an hour on the phone with them, and told him to leave.We made an appointment for a diagnostic, not a full service. The woman on the phone let us know that we could be seen today - another day would have been a perfectly acceptable answer if the shop was busy.Pep Boys Lafayette: maybe you should remove yourselves from Carvanas preferred repair facilities for SilverRock. As a business you have a choice as to whether or not you do business with them. And dont be rude to a customer who didnt do anything except make an appointment.Hopefully this saves other Caravan customers a trip and a moment of being treated shi**y for no reason.

Didnt get any work done there, but got into an accident right in front of their shop, pulled up, and the mechanics took a look at my car to see if I could drive the car home or not.They were extremely nice and offered to let me sit in their shop even after they were closed while I waited for my tow truck.Cant speak for the service, but the people there were absolutely wonderful.

I went in yesterday for an oil change and to have my belt looked at around 8 Am. I told the manager that I’ll be stuck at work until 5 PM and he assured me it would be no problem because they obviously close at 7 PM. I’m later met by a call at 4:30 pm with someone trying to explain to me that they have to leave and will put the car keys under my passenger floor. Against my better judgement I said “yes” because that was not was discussed early after I got reassured he will be here until 7. After I get off, and walk to the shop, I’m met by a closed sign that says “due to family commitments we are closed...” not only was I clearly lied to in the morning, the “manager” locked my car after putting my keys IN the car. Clearly incompetent staff. I now have to spend money on an Uber home and than there again for tomorrow morning before I have to go to work which will probably be around $90 in fees I didn’t want to spend.

Absolutely horrible I went in Thursday July 15th to get a simple scan on my truck at 6:45 the lady who was working told me that they were closed and the scanners were locked up. clearly they were not she was just lazy and did not want to help me out because it was 15 minutes before closing. I definitely wouldnt want somebody running my company like that. if you guys close at 7 that means 7 not 645.

Joe went out of his way to help us with replacing a tire that we bought 2 days earlier in Las Vegas. Joe is a well trained manager and customer service is his first priority. We left Las Vegas 2 days earlier and rear tire went flat around Glenwood springs in the mountains . We were able to get the spare on and continue down the road. The first Pep Boys we arrived at ( assistant manager Josh T. In Arvada, Co) basically to us to pound sand, he was too busy and in no way would he help us. We are now 650 miles from home, it’s getting dark and an 60 miles from my daughters home. I am feeling pretty stuck at this point when I call Joe at the Pep Boys in Lafayette, Co and he says yes come down in the morning he has a replacement tire and he stopped everything when we came in to help. He was also working alone that morning, his employe’s brother passed away that morning and needed to leave . Joe still took great care of us. Pep boys upper management should take notice the Joe is the kind of personal you want working for you and not a young kid such as Josh T. Thank you Joe, because of you we will continue to be Pep boy customers.

I have been to this location a handful of times now and they are always wonderful - both with their personalties and the service they provide. The team is always very upfront and honest with me and never try to sell me anything that I dont need. I recently took my Jeep there and they were nice enough to tell me that it would be in my best interest (both for time and money sake) to take it to a Jeep dealership rather than have them order the parts in. Theyve given me coupons for discounts, always charge fairly and walk me through everything they do/recommend. The customer service and car service has always been amazing; my fiancé and I will continue to go back and recommend them to others.

The absolute best customer experience Ive had in such a long time. They were honest, friendly, and very accommodating in a time I desperately needed. My Jeep is running great now, I live about an hour or so away, but these are going to be my new go to guys. Good work gentlemen!

This place is terrible from start to finish. We constantly felt like we were inconveniencing them.We had purchased a very expensive battery for our RV in California from a Pep Boys. It was guaranteed for 4 years and died after 2 years.The mechanic who was fairly new learning his trade entered the office and said, with us standing there, they should take this to an RV shop! I dont work on RVs! He later became the best person in the shop!A grumpy man working as a service advisor told us we needed to wait while he caught up. His boss told him to catch up after he had helped us. he finished whatever he was working on before he helped me.I cant begin to tell you enough about how bad the experience was.We had a minor request, which required no real mechanical experience or knowledge, and they were not able to perform it.The battery they replaced was less expensive and had a shorter warranty. We received no adjustment although it was $30 cheaper.To add insult to injury, the service advisory told us he would not charge us an installation fee for the replacement battery. We are talking about a $250 battery!Pep boys does not have a system-wide database. They offered no receipt or proof of purchase for the new battery which had a 36-month warranty, not 48 months. The grumpy gentleman wrote on a envelope the date of exchange and the warranty. Completely useless!If Homer Simpson ran a auto shop, this is the place. SorryUpdate, I emailed Pep boys as they suggested below a week ago and have not heard back.

Dont even bother to come here. Why make an appointment ahead of time, leave work early, show up for your appointment only to be told they cant see you because the tech didnt come to work. Appointment was at 4pm. You had all day to reach out to tell me. Why wait until I show up? Do you not cross train employees? Really makes one wonder if person working on your car knows what they are doing or not, doesnt it? Guess my money is going elsewhere now.

Manager is rude, service techs are lazy. They do not do proper alignments, and failed to recognize their mistakes 3 times. They returned my vehicle to me three times with crooked steering even though their machine said it was in spec - it was not, having taken my vehicle immediately after to a certified dealer. I showed them proof of the crooked steering multiple times, they denied it, and called me abnormal.Do not give them your business. Terrible chain. Terrible manager who should be fired and reassess his purpose in life. Take your vehicle to your certified dealer with properly educated technicians and service advisors who arent $$hole$. Good day.

Short Preview: Horrible customer service, service not completed, lack of knowledge on process.I have brought my vehicle to this location once before today and was very pleased with the service. The service manager Rio assisted me and was beyond helpful, friendly, and even had my vehicle completed before it was scheduled to be completed. For this current visit I chose this location as I was looking forward to receiving the same service as the last time.This visit was not anything like the last time. I arrived at the location to drop off my vehicle. I would later learn that unfortunately Rio the service manager was not working. I spoke with a person behind the counter named Shane. During the entire 10 minute interaction Shane seemed to be more interested in working on his watch and his cell phone that process my paperwork.The real problem came during the day. I contacted Shane an hour before closing to see if my vehicle was completed. He stated that he had gotten approval from my vehicle warranty company, but that he needed a different approval. He also began to complain to me that he was a tech down and behind all day. Since this was a simple oil change and he had the vehicle since 830 am I was a bit confused, also since having this warranty company for two years I had never heard of this. I contacted the warranty company myself. I explained the situation, and they contacted Shane. After 14 minutes of being on hold the agent with the warranty company came back and first thing out of his mouth was you need to get your car out of that place That man is ignorant and clueless. The agent continued to state that he had been doing this for 5 years and never run across someone like Shane. He quickly suggested I try Good Year over Pep Boys.I went and picked my vehicle up and will never return to this location.

We brought our car in for a squeaking we couldn’t identify. Not only did they reschedule our appointment, but they didn’t document the update time and date. They fit us in so we left our car.They called us with an update and said the noise was caused by breaks and we agreed to the work they said needed to be done which totaled just under $500.We picked the car up and heard the same squeaking noise so we called the next day. They told us “we fixed the front breaks, now it’s your rear breaks that are making that noise.”I’m pretty angry and feel cheated out of money. We are never going back. What terrible customer service. They said a couple of technicians had quit that same week and I believe I see why. Bad service, bad support.TL;DR - Don’t waste your money on this bad service.

I had my vehicle (my sons, actually) towed to the Lafayette Pep Boys because it would not start. I had just replaced the battery with a new one purchased at OReillys Auto Parts, but even with the new battery, it still would not start. I figured it must need a starter motor, starter solenoid or possibly the alternator. I didnt want to replace another part myself, however, and be wrong!Lynn was managing the store that day and he called me and said that after testing it, he believed I had gotten a dead battery from OReillys. I had never even considered that possibility. So, I picked the battery up from Lynne and returned it to OReillys. I brought it back and handed it over to a super nice mechanic (Joseph) who had a very upbeat and positive personality. Sure enough, the engine cranked right over after Joseph put the battery back in. I also had him install some new wheels and perform a wheel balance. Joseph did a great job and the car drives smooth and straight and my son loves the look of the new offset wheels .Ive been to shyster mechanics before and Im always wary of taking my vehicles to a new shop Im not familiar with. But I recently moved, and did not know any of the nearby mechanics. Lynne could have easily ripped me off and I would not have known the difference. I would have believed my car needed an additional part for it to start. After my experience at this Pep Boys, I feel Ive found some honest guys I can trust for my future car repair needs.The price I was charged was very reasonable, the service was exceptional and timely, and the people were knowledgeable, sincere, and friendly.

How is this place still open? These people do not know how to do their jobs.At first everything seemed fine, we went in with our Chevy for some squealing noise. Shane (or however you spell his name) said that they knew what it was, so they went and did the repair. Well, that repair made the noise worse so they decided to replace the water pump. Once again, the car was still making the same noise after the water pump repair.We should’ve left after this, after they promised this was the issue yet we decided to give Shane another shot because he was kind throughout most of the process until the last day when we got upset. We took the car there a third time and to our demise, nothing changed. They said they couldn’t figure out the problem, what kind of mechanic says he works for GM for 8 years, yet cannot give a correct diagnosis on a Chevy Cruze.Another issue is their communication, they said they communicated with us and left voice messages but they had the incorrect number EVEN THOUGH, we gave them two numbers to reach us at. When we went to pick up our car on a Monday they said it was ready but when we came in our car wasn’t and we waited two hours for anything to be done. After we left, we noticed the car was acting worse than before. The same day we picked our car up from Pep Boys was the same day we had to get it towed because they cannot correctly do their jobs and frankly I feel as if they put our lives in danger by sending us off in that car on Monday. If they could correctly do their jobs this wouldn’t be the case.In the long run, don’t waste your time here. If they don’t know what is wrong with your car, they will act like it’s the end of the world and will return your car in worst condition than it was before. Seriously the only decent thing about this place was Shane constantly apologizing.

Shane was the new manager when I came in for a brake issue. I needed a brake check before heading home. I called when I got off work and told them my issue. They were short staffed and only had one technician, josh, they managed to fix my issue in the same day and were very informative on what the issues were.

Went in for a squeaking belt, $800 dollars later still had same issue but also another one,motor is moving an issue that was not there when bringing car in for belt inspection. Im not able to use vehicle until motor mount issue is resolved, Im taking the vehicle to the GM dealer, we dont have a choice, this has been going on for over a week with Pep Boys. Extremely dissatisfied, I dont recommend going here until they have a better quality of staff who pay attention to details. FYI dont say its a for sure fix when youre not certain

The team was very friendly and timely. I was struggling to find a shop to put in my snow tires due to the timing of the snow and called A LOT of places and lucked out with the friendliness, ability to make an appointment and unlike many other places they actually answered their phone. I drove an hour and 15 minutes just to get to this shop, but am happy with the service and would make the drive again.

The service I have received at the in Lafayette has been impeccable the current staff and especially from Mark and Tyler. I always feel welcomed and like family when I go in for repairs and they have gone above and beyond. Whether that was working on my vehicle, to helping me look around town for parts in Denver to and giving me recommendations and helping me call around town to get a GREAT deal on a part I needed. Any other place could have brushed me off, but they blew me away with their customer service. I will be continuing to go back and recommending my friends to go to Pep Boys in Lafayette.

Manager gave me a price of $641.92 out the door (mounting, balancing, taxes, disposal of old tires) over the phone for the tires I wanted. They said they had to order them. Days later I called to get them put on and found they hadnt ordered them. They then ordered them and they did call later to say they now had them. I took my car in and after the tires were installed I was told the price was $682.86. They didnt know where the price I had came from. Definitely a bait and switch.Had I known the $682.86 price I would have gotten the tires elsewhere for a cheaper price. They just flat lied. Go to a business with integrity to get your tires or work done. Id give less than a 1 rating if it were possible.

When I arrived yesterday, there were clients ahead of me who made an appointment. It was explained to me, very clearly, what my wait would be and was offered several options. I decided to wait since the environment was not only clean but warm, inviting and friendly. The service advisor here is most definitely an asset to this business but has also gained a lifetime patron. I will not be going anywhere else. There is a sense of integrity, honesty as well as punctuality -without cutting on quality. Never going anywhere else.

My fiance and I took our jeep in because of a death wobble... they knew what to do and got us in very quick. The next day the problem was still there. I went back in and they added another part free of charge, all I had to do was pay for the part. Very good customer service, friendly and fast. This place is awesome! No Chevy dealerships were open (as it of course it is a Saturday) so I called Pep Boys. Hysterical and in tears over my car (last people put WAY stop much oil in it so smoke was blowing out everywhere and I couldn’t go above 30mph!) a lovely man named Mark answered the phone. As I’m sitting there crying trying to explain what’s going on with my car, he assures me that everything would be alright and that they would take care of me and figure out what’s going on with the car.I arrive and Mark instantly begins the process to figure out what’s going on. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and Tyler even educated me on what happened and how to prevent it from happening again. I was out within an hour and a half with no appointment made before hand which was great. The wait time at my regular Chevy dealer usually is HOURS.Walking into Pep Boys, I was a mess with my eyes full of tears and very little hope that my car was going to drive again. Now I am leaving with my car completely back to normal, new knowledge on my car and the biggest smile across my face! Thank you to Mark, Tyler and everyone at Pep Boys for taking care of me and my car throughout this incredibly stressful process! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Great team at the Lafayette Pep Boys!!! Super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable!!!! I regularly bring my vehicles to this Pep Boys for various services and am always impressed w/ the service provided. The service manager Mark Langhoff is an incredible asset to this location. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and exceptionally clear w/ his customers about their various options and how long a service may take. While the tech Tyler is a very experienced mechanic... he is careful w/ customers vehicles, knows what hes doing and is a very hard worker. This pep boys location also offers rides home if you live within a reasonable distance and it has a rewards program for customers. I would recommend the pep boys to anyone in need of service, they really have their customers best interest in mind.

I was very impressed with how quickly my car was taken care of at Just Brakes in Lafayette. A few months ago I had to get my radiator and a couple belts replaced. The work was done within a couple days after I called to schedule an appointment. There hasnt been any problem with my car since. All the guys who work here are really friendly and polite. I also appreciate the coupons they send out in the email. Just Brakes does a lot more than just brakes, and I would definitely recommend this branch.

This is my go-to place for weekend repairs and tire replacements/repairs. Im an Uber driver, so having a place I can trust that can get me in if something comes up on the weekend is really important. Mark and Lynn are always incredibly helpful and ready to answer any questions I have. And the Chinese Wok is just across the street, so I can just stop there for lunch while theyre working on my car. :)

I thought they did a great job on a rear brake pad replacement, new suspension, and fluid flush service. The staff was friendly, professional and flexible, and they also seemed very honest. Although the cost was high (over 1K), it seemed reasonable for all the maintenance that needed to be done. Initially I wanted to wait on the new suspension, but when I changed my mind 45 minutes later, they were able to accommodate and still had everything done by 5 on a Sunday (!) I was impressed, especially given the somewhat poor reviews. The key seems to be that a few months ago, the place underwent new management.

RIPPED OFF MY WIFE AND LEFT HER IN DANGER. My wife took her car in due to a rattling noise. The noise was diagnosed as having something to do with the catalytic converter and a broken mounting bolt. $700+ later, the rattle turned into a grinding sound. An independent mechanic diagnosed the problem as a bad bearing on one of the front tires. Most auto shops I know will crawl over your entire car, looking for something to fix. Ive even had shops that have informed me about the light bulb to my license plate being burnt. Im guessing no one bothered to grab the tires while the car was off the ground to check the wheel bearings. Diagnosis shouldnt stop when you encounter the first fix. No, I do not want to email Pep Boys via email. If you want to talk about a refund for the needless work performed, Ill be in touch.

They did the repair quickly, even when I threw the curveball of adding an oil change into the mix.On the downside, make sure you have a ride when you get here; there is nowhere really to lounge, and there is a little bit of a walk if you want to get somewhere better to sit and wait for your car to get done.Also, this is just a garage; its not like the Pep Boys with a store attached.

Ive taken two different cars to Lynn, one of the store managers here. Twice he has diagnosed terrible problems (awful coolant leak, and then a blown head gasket) on old cars Ive brought in. Both times he said his guys didnt really spend time working on it and refused to charge me. Honest shop. My friends all take their cars here too.

First oil change with them a month ago. I checked my oil level this morning and it was really low. So I called them and brought my truck in and they checked everything. They couldnt determine if there was a leak, but they checked the oil plug and filter and they were tight and dry. But they went ahead and changed my oil and replaced my oil filter. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The shop foreman Crystal and her techs took care of me and gave me my next oil change for free. I gave 4 out of 5 stars only because I rarely give 5 stars. If they wouldve given me a foot massage or cut my hair while I waited, then Id give them 5 stars. :)Theyre a good place for oil changes. Ill be back.

My new favorite local shop. Dustin (who normally operates out of FoCo) was awesome, gave me an accurate, very reasonable quote for the services I needed, and got me an appointment even though they were extremely busy. Shop is clean, staff is polite and knowledgeable, and they didn’t stall my manual transmission vehicle (which happens just about everywhere else, and drives me crazy). Not normally a fan of franchise garages, but these guys are a definite exception.

I called in for a tow to the nearest shop. After going through all my info, they asked me to hold so they could find a provider. After about 15 minutes on hold, I was connected to a tow company, who had no idea who I was and why they sent my call to them. They quoted $110. fee and a mileage fee. ???? Terrible serviceUpdate. They called me back and said they had no idea how that happened and could I hold as they got a managers approval for the provider. I was on hold about 1`0 minutes and was disconnected., They called me back and finally set up a tow. I dont normally write reviews but felt this was well deserved. Very happy to know that Pep Boys can inspect a vehicle and tell you whats wrong without charge, very fair. However this review is more geared to an employee who was assisting me during the near closing hours yesterday. Bob is an incredibly caring gentleman, and not only did he get me fixed up for the time being, but he took time to test drive my clutch. I am in the process of learning manual and during the test drive, he explained to me a couple tricks that I wasnt aware of. I was very grateful that Bob did not only provide excellent service, but added personal care to the situation and for that reason I dont think Ill be going anywhere else with my vehicle.

Had an appointment for noon and when I got to the store they told me it was gonna be a few hours to get my car done due to the techs that they had working. They had cars that needed to be done the night before and never got them done. I am never coming back to this place again, a phone call or something would have been nice since I drove out here from Boulder. I will tell everyone I know to to do business with you guys cause you like to waste peoples time!

These guys and gals ROCK! The best customer service I have ever experienced. I hit a key and got a flat ON THE WAY TO MY ENGAGEMENT to my long time girlfriend. They took my car right in and got me new tires (since the key tore a large hole) and back on the road quick! I couldn’t be more happy with their service! They deserve a metal!

Quick, easy and affordable. Had my oil change performed here and the wait was only about 40mins. The technician walked me through all that was done to my car during the appointment and made some helpful suggestions for extending the life of my automobile. Will definitely come here again when my next service call comes around.

BEWARE ! We were quoted a parts price markup of 270% because the person giving us the quote does not know how to calculate a 2.7% markup.The price on the phone was more than the Toyota dealer wanted to charge us so we stopped in to see if there had been a miscommunication. After watching him enter numbers into the calculator we left laughing because he insisted a 270% markup is normal.I have taken my vehicles to this place before, long ago, without issue, good quality work but never again. If you are going to have work done here make sure YOU calculate the bill.

Wanted to do too much for too much.We contacted them because they were close to our hotel. Theyre open on Sundays.Apparently they have a company policy that will not allow them to fix only two brakes on a vehicle, but they are required to do all the brakes, plus turn the rotors.Did not need all that. $800!Short story, we took care of it elsewhere. Much less.

Weve had persistent issues with our power steering, and made 2 attempts to get problem fixed. After close to $1000 the same problem remained. Communication was a big issue during this process. In the end weve decided to take the car back to our old shop. We really wanted to find a reliable place near our new home. They did do a good job replacing our alternator but 33% is a failing grade.

About 3 years ago we got the brakes replaced on our Kia Spectra. They did a wonderful job and made me feel very comfortable as a woman who didnt know exactly what needed to be done. They didnt try to cheat me out of money or services and we havent had a problem with our brakes since. They were very friendly and even talked me out of some unnecessary work that they said would not help our problem anyway. We will definitely use Just Brakes again!

Went yesterday for the first time to one of these branches. I needed two tires mounted on two rims and I was wondering what the charge would be. Gentleman at the counter didnt seemed very interested and quoted About $40. These were actually the only words spoke to me other than can I help you? Called Discount Tire this morning and they said they do the same thing for $12 they could also get me in right away and it would be about 45 minutes. Pep Boys definitely did not impress me and I probably will not walk through their doors again. Im giving only two stars simply based on the interaction I had with the sales associate.

As loyal as I am to coming here when my car has problems, I waited 2 hours for a so called 15 minute oil change (which I scheduled). Dont know if Ill be willing to do this next time. I go out my way to come here for what seems today as a subpar service. Im giving 2 stars for the fact that I actually got an oil change, but with nothing note worthy.

I made an appointment online for an oil change a few days ago. I showed up for my 8am appointment and even though the store was supposed to open at 7:30 according to the door, it was closed and there was no one around. I wont be going to this business ever again. If you have posted business hours and especially if you have appointments, show up and take care of your customers.

Didnt refill oil, didnt replace breaks on front inside tires. Metal ground into rotors and had to replace rotors & breaks. This is a company vehicle and used in the service for locals to ride in. Locals where riding in a vechical with no breaks in the front inside tires! This is unacceptable.

I called ahead for a simple oil change. Come right in, no waiting he tells me. When I arrive 15 minutes later, I am told one hour. Two hours later, and still not done. On top of that, they put in synthetic oil (much more expensive) which I did not ask for, and when I protested, they did not even give me a discount. My car was in for the previous oil change at this same store, so I dont know how this could have happened. From what I have been told, I now need to run synthetic oil or risk damaging my engine. Plus, they tell me my battery needs replacing (it doesnt), and that my brake fluid is dirty and needs to be changed. The car is only 2 years old and has 35,000 miles on it, so try these on someone with an older car with more miles.

Talk about a comeback! About a year ago I had a horrible experience where Crystal and some other female manager tried to bill me for a bunch of parts when I got the its done call. When I asked for the used parts, they crapped their pants and lowered the price saying they hadnt actually done some of the work. Horrible. I come back for a small job on my kids car, and here is new manager Dustin and crew! Man, these guys are awesome! Fast, high quality, reviews all your options with you if you need to save a few bucks here or invest there. Ill keep coming here as long as Dustin and his bunch of veterans are doing the work.

STAY AWAY OR REGRET IT!Combine poor customer service with price gouging and incompetence, and the result is what you will find at this store.I paid $995 to rehab all four drum brakes in an old pickup. The repair was promised in 1 day but took 7 days. During this time, I was never called with an update, and when I called the status was some version of um, yeah, I think were waiting on parts. We should be done tomorrow. When I took the truck home after they were done, one of the brake assemblies fell apart on the 5 mile drive home, I lost an irreplaceable hubcap, found a wrench left loose in the engine compartment, and the cap left off the master cylinder!The second visit for rework was estimated for a day but took 5 days. Again no communication from the store during this period. After 5 days they asked me to come in so that they could explain why the problem could not be repaired. They had the gall at this point to try to sell me a rear end replacement for several thousand dollars - well make you a really good deal on it. I took the truck to a friend who found parts assembled incorrectly in all four wheels and fixed it up for me.When I returned to speak with management, I asked for a refund of all labor associated with this job. I offered (generously I thought) to let them keep what they had spent on parts. After promising to get back to me in a couple weeks a month ago, I am sure they feel they have gotten away with robbing me.Bottom line is that these people do not know what they are doing and dont even try to provide good service. Dont even take a beater there for an oil change! Horrible!

I had my whole brake system redone here in August of 2014. In early January of 2015, my brakes went out unexpectedly at the intersection in front of their store on my way to work, causing a collision, costing me a lot of money, my truck, my job, and my home. I know my brakes should have lasted longer than that. Now, Im trying to get my insurance rates back down, and this store has lost the records of my August repairs, making me unable to prove that my brakes were the cause of the accident. In their attempt to scam me for more repairs (brakes dont go out that fast unless theyre not installed properly) these worthless a**holes have set me back two years in life. Do not go to them for car troubles, they will spread it into the rest of your life. I would give them no stars if the review would let me.

I had come to this location because I had a object pierce my tire. When I arrived I could tell they were quite busy and it took awhile for someone to asked what I needed. I explained my situation and was told to come back a later time and it would be done in 5 mins. When I came back at the suggested time i waited about 30 mins before anyone even acknowledged me. Finally someone asked about my car and took it back to be looked at. Well it took longer then 5 mins and a lot of them seemed to be standing around and one guy even left to the gas station to go get some food. What great service... not. They almost took the wrong tire off before even asking me what tire was damaged. If I had to tools to do it my self I probably would have had it done faster. When they finally finished it took more than 15 minutes just to pay for it. Took up most of my afternoon to take care of this. Not coming back, and I dont recommend coming here if you can help it.

Went into Pepboys to get a oil change and a fresh set of brakes on 9/6/18. After the inspection, brakes were found to be in good condition and oil replaced. They found a screw in my Right rear tire and asked if I wanted it removed, I agreed and after was on my way. Immediately after leaving and applying pressure to my breaks to avoid a rear end collision I heard what sounded like a dry grinding sound coming from the RIGHT REAR tire. I called back, then took the car back in on 9/10/18. The very nice gentleman at the counter came out heard the noise and agreed there was an issue. Upon returning to pick up the car I was informed there was nothing wrong, they did a clean and adjustment which was 29.99, and I had a option to pay for it but didnt have to due to the fact he didnt get me to authorize it. He felt it was my fault the nosie started due to me applying pressure avoiding the collision after leaving, and felt I should pay it. I assured him the noise was not there prior to me coming in on 9/6/18, and I let him know I didnt feel like I should pay it. We agreed to disagree and I went on my way. Not even 5 mins after leaving I heard what sounded like a scraping sound coming from under the car.... And the sound from the brakes is still there...*Sigh* Im not going to take it back or call, just gonna take it back to the dealership and NEVER return to these kind of places. The customer service was phenomenal, there work was poor. My wife told me not to trust them with our car and wait for her brother to get back. Next time Ill listen. Word to the wise and young millineials.... Take your vehicles back to the dealer you got it from, or go to a or brand specific Certified mechanic to get your routine service.

If i could give them zero stars I would. This place is garbage!!!! I have a 2011 truck that just need brakes, I went here thinking I could save some money.First they try to tell me I need new calipers and try to up sale me on shocks. Again my truck is only 2011....I told them no and that I only needed brakes. I have had nothing but problems out of my brakes ever since and I went and got my oil changed at Toyota yesterday and they are telling me I will be needing brakes soon......SAY WHAT?!?!?! I just got them replaced 5 months ago. They are already at 3mm which is when you need to replace them. F you just brakes. This place is full of shady people and bullshit upscales. SCAM!
