Very quick, friendly, knowledgeable. Went for oil change and they checked tires, all fluids, cleaned windshield and swept the floor out. All in about 20 min. Will recommend and return.

Wasnt able to use this business because they have a cash only option. When asked if theres an ATM inside he directed me to a gas station. They dont offer a car wash service here like others. The workers look like they have 4 hours of sleep and look excited knowing that most of their customers are going to turn around and leave due to only being cash. Save your time and go somewhere else and get your oil changed

None of the workers were wearing masks when they were in and out of our car. We will never be back, even after the pandemic.Edit to add, we were NEVER given an option to remain in our car. Was not even greeted with a hello here. The employees were unwelcoming, and also not wearing masks. Had I known this would be the case, I would have taken my business elsewhere. If you have an expectation for businesses to care for the health and safety of their clients, you will be sorely disappointed. I absolutely cannot recommend this place to anyone.If this isn’t enough to convince you, I would suggest looking at the way the owner of this page responds to other customers, with disdain and absolutely no professionalism. Half of their responses to customer complaints start with a condescending, “Really?”I’ve also checked out the link that they post about the supposed ineffectiveness of masks. It’s from a site called CNSNews. If you Google it, you will find that all media bias and fact checking sites agree that CNS News ranks very low on factual reporting, uses questionable sources, and is generally and alt right propaganda with a laundry list of failed fact checks.So, if you were wondering what kind of people run a no-masks-required business with a total lack of customer service during a pandemic, there’s your answer.

The service and price were fine, but there do not seem to be many safety measures in place to minimize risk for COVID. No masks worn inside by employees, and none of the vehicle’s surfaces were sanitized after the employees worked in it. We will be seeking other services until the pandemic is in the rear view mirror.

I went in to get my oil changed today and nobody had a mask on though the State of Indiana has mandated it since August. I called corporate office to complain and the person that answered the phone seemed clueless that a mask mandate has been in place for the last 6 months in the State of Indiana when it was ordered by Governor Holcomb. Maybe I should call the State or the County Health Department too and have their license threatened for such massive disregard for the health of the public?Not to sound like a Karen here and it wouldnt have been a huge deal if I didnt have to get out of my car and go inside and wait and therefore the employees have to drive my car in and out of the garage to get my oil changed! Absolutely disgusting! I also was told later on another page in a response I could have waited in my car and had them change my oil, but they have to talk to me and stuff there and they had no scarfs/gaiters/masks on at all! I live with family members who are at high risk for potentially contracting the virus, and to me the fact they arent wearing masks or any PPE when they have to touch your vehicle or come in close contact with you to interact is extremely uncalled for and unprofessional and very reckless as someone could easily get sick! This virus is not a joke! There needs to be some level of care or caution taken in a business like this when you are dealing with the public, or you could have a potential outbreak among employees and the public who you interact with on a daily basis and thus form a cluster for the Virus!Go somewhere else like I did where masks were worn as they are required to be and proper COVID precautions were taken! Not going back here until the pandemic is over because I definitely dont want to get sick myself and potentially make others sick as well!

Quicklube is great ! I took my car in today to get my oil changed and the guy greeted us is super nice (I wish I got his name he was in a black shirt and has a nice beard )! The service was quick and he did the whole 9 yard on my vehicle and switched out my air filter and added coolant. The staff was very friendly and professional! 10/10 recommended!

I came in today for an oil change and was not dissatisfied. The staff was friendly and efficient even with it being hot out. They let me know about an issue that I have with a tire, and Im very grateful for that.

I got in with my car and they took care of the car while I stayed Safe in my car.

I went for an oil change on my Honda Fit. They did not reset the maintenance counter in the cars computer. They somehow adjusted the hood of the car such that it was loose enough to make me pull off the interstate and investigate the thumping sound, which I eventually realized was a result of the loose hood vibrating in the high wind speeds. They also did not properly reattach the splash shield underneath the engine and I have damage to my vehicle from their negligence. Do not go here.

Apparently for $70.00 they dont top off your fluids. Maybe thats why there was not a line at their place and everyone else in town had at least a 90 minute wait.

Oil dripping after the service... See pictures....Had a bad experience there. I took my car for oil change on Sep 10, 2017. Lately, I notice that the oil is dripping on the floor. I spoke to manager there Shawn. Since I am out of state they dont do anything to address this poor labor.I took my car to a nearby service center and they found both the drain plug and oil filter was loose that the oil was dripping and fixed it for free. They wanted you guys to know about this too. Funny that Shawn says that the car might not have made this far if it dripping.BAD SERVICE and BAD issue handling

Literally one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service was god awful and they charged me twice the price for an oil change without telling me before hand.

I switched to Quick Lube from my other place because I thought I’d be able to drive through during the COVID19 pandemic without too much contact.Instead, the staff insisted on driving my car into the bay, and no staff were masked. This would have been fine if they were only outdoors and not in my car. To make matters worse, I had to go in the building to pay and the clerk wasn’t wearing a mask inside in clear violation of Governor Holcomb’s order. What I’d hoped would be a safer option turned out to be just as risky.I had planned to take my other vehicles here, but I’ll never go to this shop again. The clear disregard for public health was galling. Ive taken as many precautions as possible and I’m going to be furious with myself if I get sick for an overpriced oil change.

The best oil/filter/lube service in the Greater Lafayette area! Get way more than an oil change for the same price. They even vacuum your car out between oil changes for free!

I went in for an oil change on a weekday afternoon and I think I was there for less than 30 minutes. Work was fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. My experience and service was excellent and I would definitely come again.

Their car wash left a finger nail deep scratch on the side of my moms brand new vehicle. Doesn’t even have 100 miles on it yet, and they said they won’t take any responsibility for it. I think it’s BS, so if you or anyone you know care about their vehicle i would 100% avoid going to Quick Lube.

Been going here for 4 years on multiple vehicles. They always do a good job and my vehicles have never broken down. They have different people at times but the service is still great. Will keep coming here, unless a mechanic gives me bad interaction.

Its so hard being a woman in her early 20s trying to get her oil changed. Every other place Ive gone has tried to convince me I need so many different services when I dont. This place has never, ever harrassed me. Im always in and out within 30 minutes, and they do a great job. Im sad to be moving to a new state soon because I genuinely dont think Ill find a place like this again.

Everyone was friendly enough, but I have no clue what all they did. I didnt really worry about it, as I knew they changed my oil, which I needed badly and quickly. Ive been to other places that afterward walk and talk you through exactly what they did. They also dont give the car a once-over with a sweeper like some competitors. They put a bag over the seat for driving it in, but they should use gloves or put something over the steering wheel. My steering wheel was oily, aa was my stick shift. There was also a thumbprint on my black matte door handle, so the guy obviously had greasy hands. Again, got what I needed but probably wont go back. The first guy said he wasnt sure they had a filter for my car. When they were done, they simply pulled car out and cashier said I was ready. I didnt pay for one and no one talked to me abour it. It was just an in and out deal, and they werent busy at all. Its just not a personable place where they try to add value or go the extra mile.

Best in the area. The guys are all down to earth, they let me come into the service area when my car was pulled in and a technician under the vehicle as well as the one with me looked at the problem areas on the engine block and we brainstormed some solutions to a coolant leak. They answer your questions and are straight forward here. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place to a friend. Repeat customer for oil changes etc.

I will start by saying I have had overall good interactions with the staff. However, the biggest reason I changed my own oil for most of my life was I didnt know if I could trust a facility like this. I have only used this facility because its on my way to work and yesterday i noticed an oil leak under my 2016 car. The cover under the engine was literally soaked in oil. Upon further inspection I found that the oil filter was loose and was leaking oil.

Indifferent. They were at first nice and gave good deals (we like Ladies Day!) but I once had a tear in the side wall, or a bubble thing in my tire, and they rotated the tires, which I paid for, but never even mentioned it, and it was clear as day. I saw it shortly after I left and was amazed they didnt say a word.Most of the time I go in there though it is quick and they sweep out my car, which I do appreciate.

Came in a couple weeks ago for an oil change. Usually do it myself but wasn’t feeling up to it that day. Was told that they had tried everything they could to get my oil filter off (5.4 triton) but we’re unable. They advised me to go to whoever put it on the last change, which was my 130 lb girlfriend. Pulled the truck back in my own garage and the filter came off by hand. Not sure if they are incompetent or were just lazy that day.

I know roughly how long it takes to change the oil in a car. I pulled up at 540 and the guy tells me they cant fit me in today. There was one car already in the bay being worked on. No other cars. Yall close at 6. So when the guy says, You can come back in tomorrow at 8 when we reopen, all I hear is take your business elsewhere.

Came for a car wash a couple months ago. Paid for the most expensive wash and received an Express wash. I told an employee and they ran my car through again with the wash I paid for. Came again today and paid for the most expensive wash again and received the cheap Express wash. Would be a good car wash if you received what you paid for, but I won’t be back. Crew car wash never disappoints.

They do fast work, but the last time I was there, the seal on the oil filter did not get lubricated, so it shredded when they screwed it back in and by the time I got to my home, there was almost no oil left in my engine!!! They did come to my house and fix it but it left my car with issues! Ill never go back!

Decent place to have your oil changed

This was my second visit. Both have had issues.I went in and I asked for a synthetic oil change and a tire rotation. There were a few people ahead of me so I was prepared to wait. Looking at my receipt there are several issues -- they listed the wrong make and model of car, they listed the wrong oil type, and the posted price on their board for the oil change that they apparently gave me is $10.00 lower than what they actually charged me. So either their paperwork is grossly mistaken, or they put regular oil in the vehicle, probably both.Also, the $5.00 tire rotation should have taken all of 10 minutes at most. My car sat there for 45 minutes. Two entire oil changes were started and finished for folks who arrived after my car was pulled around for tire rotation.Last time a similar thing happened -- they charged a higher price than the posted price on the board. Shouldnt have gone back this time.

I always feel like I’m being robbed when I get my car worked on. Definitely not here though. They have the prices clearly marked on the wall so they can’t tell a dad who knows what he’s talking about a cheaper price than me who hasn’t got the slightest clue about cars. They were fast and got the job done. I believe it’s walk in only which is cool. You can see if they’re busy from the main road. Definitely recommend this place for their services. I’ll be going there only from now on.

They were actually going to charge me $5 additional charge to rotate my tires because I had the simple request to swap sides on the rear tires when the took them to the front. Thats the dumbest thing Ive ever heard of.Thats not what your associate told me. He was adamant that it was going to be $15 instead of $10. Did he not know what he was talking about?

I usually dont take my car to a shop for oil changes, but was in a rush since I was going out of town the following day and needed to get it done. Was told my car was too difficult to do an oil change on due to the placement of the oil filter. I had changed the oil previously with no issues but left Quicklube and went to JiffyLube who were able to change my oil no problem. I wouldnt recommend going here. Seemed like the place was just ran by lazy kids.

They offer oil and filter change service really fast but not so good.

I went in for full service oil change, at time I had a service brake light coming on, my husband said, it may need brake fluid.Knowing that they would check that during a full service change, I didnt have my husband worry about checking brake fluid.After oil change, receipt read, all fluids OK.Service brake light continues to come on, so about 4 days later I get my car into the mechanics, after a night before drop off and being without my car till 4pm next day, I pick it up, they said I had low brake fluid 😡😡So quicklube charged me for a full service oil change but failed to check all fluids which resulted in me paying $46 for brake fluid top off at a mechanic place, when it should have been taken care of at oil change! And I had to go through the hassle of being without my vehicle while mechanics worked my car into their schedule 😩!!!

Always kind and provide quality service. Recommend care options for your vehicle, but dont force them on you.

These people are crooks!! My boyfriend took his car in for a leak and they said it was transmission fluid. The guy working said they don’t provide the service he needed beyond a transmission flush but he was a mechanic during the week at another business so he would do it for him the following week. He said he was 100% sure of the problem. My boyfriend bought all the fluid and the part needed and after they were done it was still leaking. They then said it was a hose and he “thought” he was positive. After trying to get our money back he was told it could’ve been something that happened right when he pulled away which is impossible. They cost him a lot of money and refuse to make it right. Horrible customer service.

Worst place ever, twice i have been told i could not get an oul change. Once because they were having a problem with a vehicle and only had 2 people working and it would be an hour before i could get in. The second time i was there 3 hours before they were suppose to close and was told i wouldnt be able to get in because they had 2 cars ahead of me. Not ever going to this place again!!!

Used to go here all the time to get my oil changed, didnt have many complaints. However last time they over filled my oil to where my car was leaking (it never leaked before). On top of that they filled my windshield washer fluid with a wrong mixture and now the reservoir is completely frozen. Time to start going to jiffy lube down the road.Edit: As the owner posted, I am not in your system nor have I made an accusation in person. My father was the first one to bring it into your business and is under his name. For the last 2 winters I have had no problems with the washer fluid when topped off at this location. No point in trying to fix stupid once the damage is done, Mr. keyboard warrior. Im just trying to warn others of what my last experience was and what happened. Have a good day.

I asked if we needed to print coupon, I was told no so I didnt. When I arrived I was told that I needed to. Wish they would have honored word since they made mistake.

Sat for an hour waiting for them to start changing the oil in my car only to be told that they are out of synthetic oil and I would need to go to autozone and buy my own oil. They asked what oil I wanted when I arrived. Very disappointed.
