Made a reservation 3 weeks ago for a full set, confirmed 2 days ago that the appointment was on the books and showed up to my appointment and they had nothing on the books and didnt have enough nail techs for the customers in the nail salon. My wedding is tomorrow and had to scramble to find a salon with an opening. Will never go back

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is a nightmare. I went in yesterday for a full set of acrylics and a gel pedicure. The lady that did my nails was answering calls the whole entire time while doing them, she kept on messing up my shape and had no idea how to make them pointy.. I kept asking her to fix it but all she did was make them worse and worse... 3 hours and $105 dollars later and I walked out very very very unsatisfied with my manicure.If you do nails you should probably know a little about shaping and shapes in general... I would not recommend this salon to anyone and I would never go back again..

I was a little nervous about returning to a nail salon after months of not going due to COVID! Pinkies Lafayette was a top notch experience. Not only was the service itself exceptional but they were so clean and constantly sanitizing throughout my visit.

I have been a customer at Pinkies for over 15 years..great customer service, very clean and Covid compliant now....always a great experience! Love my Pinkie ladies!

I had a terrible dip nail experience at a different nail salon, then Pinkies helped me take it off and fixed my nails to a gel instead.

Was so EXCITED to have found Will & Tracy, AGAIN!!! 😂😂 I’ve been going to them at their previous salon in Antioch until they sold it. It was difficult to find someone who could do my nails PERFECTLY each time for a year and a half. They have both been doing my nails now for a total of 14 years. Can’t trust no one else. DEDICATED.

Wills was my go to Salon when they was located in Pittsburg. I happened to run into a coworker who informed me Will has a new place in Lafayette. This place was really a disappointment. You go to a Salon to feel pretty not get taken advantage of and basically paying the Rent for this place. If thats the case then I demand better service and not something done sub par!

Nice nail salon. I like the calm environment and that they offer you water and other beverages as you get your nails done. Walk-ins are hard to get because they are always busy.

My nails look so great and they made sure I got the color I wanted and the perfect shape of my nail. The decor of the place is lacking a lot, but the quality of work has me coming back

I felt surprisingly comfortable and welcomed, even though I rarely go to a nail salon.

Over priced, my nails are not even. And I did not get lotion on my legs or feet, during my pedicure

I had a groupon and thought I would try it since I live in Lafayette. Well without the Groupon its $44 for a mani-pedi, def. not worth it for the following reasons:a) had Asian ladies while doing my nails yelling at each other across the room in their language, almost as if they were arguing - def. not realizingb) My mistake, I took a 4:30pm appt (they must close at 5pm) because she had literally finished painting my toes that they were politely trying ti get me to leave, the polish laster not even a day...c) The polishs are diluted. So my advice is to bring your ownd) They put the wrong color on my toenails...I was closing my eyes to try and remove all the noise, but when I opened them, she had taken the wrong nail color as they had not put the color back from previous guest. Oh boy.One positive I thought the massage part of the nail service was good.
