I’ve been coming from Lake Charles for years because of the great service and long lasting pedicures. They are fabulous!

Hello I was told over the phone and in person that my daughter nails would be $25 and then she turned around and charged me $33 for her nails,which were very short and poor quality and told me that the price for her feet went up an extra amount also. She then proceed to laugh with the other technicians and I told her she was price gouging and that I was reporting her business to the better business bureau.

Not even worth going to! I took my two daughters there today as part of a well deserved girls day. One of my girls asked the woman just for a little circle jewel on only two of her fingers. The woman proceeds to tell her she doesnt have time for that! On top of that when I ask her if she can just paint a heart on the two nails than, she wants to charge me extra! Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Got my nails done here. Even after asking her twice there is a giant gap between my nail and cuticle. It already looks like I need a refill. I finally just gave up and said whatever. She also missed my nail up while painting the topcoat and instead of repainting the whole nail just patched it. When I asked her to do it she said it’s just fine. Not worth it. There were also two customers leaving complaining about their nails. I should have just left

I wanted a pedicure I ask tech to make water warmer she said its hot already with fast attitude.. A Waist of Money and not returning No Human Connection Two thumbs down

Came in last minute after getting my hair done from the salon next-door and I don’t know if it was because I came 30 to 45 minutes before closing but she totally rushed on my nails felt the work could’ve been better and my nails was sloppy not worth your money

The older woman there is very sweet. I enjoy sitting with her while she does my nails. The younger girl doing the pedicure is nice but she does tend to rush it a bit. There is another woman, I can only assume is the oldest ones sister. She is very rude. She advised me that she basically wouldn’t shorten my nails because I shouldn’t have gotten tips in the first place. The other two spoke to her in their language when they overheard her. It sounded like they were arguing but I really can’t say for sure. After that, she harshly filed my nails down to the length I wanted. One other complaint about the young woman doing the pedicures; she left my daughter in the chair, her toenails drying as far as my daughter knew. She wasn’t told she was okay to leave the chair because they were done drying. The girl literally left my daughter’s feet and left the store. Never said a word...my daughter still sitting in the chair. Our nails looked really sloppy. Will never go back there again.

Their place is always clean and the staff is nice. It has been a while since I been to get my nails done and I am very satisfied with the service.

This place was good at one time. Workers no longer care. STAY AWAY.

Have been going here about a year now the owner is very nice and conversational and the thing I like about this place the most is they let you use the machine with clear gel many places charge you a lot extra for that La Petite doesnt

Always do not Solar Nails exactly the way I asked them. If I dont like something I just kindly let them know and voila they fix no questions about it

The first time I ever went was okay but after that service was horrible. It was never what I expected . One of the ladies just walks back and forth looking at customers crazy. They dont do good manicures or pedicures. Save your money dont go here. Youll be disappointed. I had to go to hobby nails in carencro to fix them.

My daughter and I usually go every two weeks and have always had great service and they have always done a great job on our nails. Julie, the owner, always talks with us and makes us feel welcome.

We usually go get pedicures to relax and enjoy a girls day. Went in to try out a new place, and they didnt even do an entire pedicure. They were so rude and rushed us out. Spent less than ten minutes in the chair. Terrible service!

Do not do your eye brows there the girl that do them will leave you bald and thin its either she did it on purpose r believe that everyone wants thin brows I went there with thick eyebrows I left with thin and uneven brows I left very unhappy and uneven I wish I can delete the one star bc the service was terrible never again

Went to this place today sat for 49 min waiting my turn in walks a few women sits down at the chairs they took them before me then they wanted me to wait more poor service I say do not recommend this place

Ive been there twice because I was in a hurry and there was no wait..well there is a reason. The services felt very rushed and were pricey. I didnt feel like I got my moneys worth. The nail tech made me bleed on one nail and repeatedly burned me when trying to smooth the nails from leaving the tool on too long at one time.
