Grace is very good, and takes her time,and where other nails last maybe a week and a half grace nails last 3 1/2 weeks

Before I began I just want to say that Grace is a nice person,informative about certain things,great customer service,and I have no ill intent towards her. Unfortunately though, these things do not measure up to actual nail technician skills. This is my honest review. I showed her exactly what I wanted and she assured me that it was something she could do, but once we got down to it I began to notice that it looked nothing like what I asked for. That’s when she started to tell me that what I wanted was hologram, she had done it before, and that she would never do it again because it breaks up. She could have told me that prior to even beginning to do my nails so that I could go elsewhere!! I wish I could post photos so that you can see what I asked for and what I got! The nails I asked for had a nude color to it with a very soft lilac tip, and an iridescent pearl top coat. What she gave me was very thick acrylic with a supposed gold bottom(literally looked more orange than gold) that was supposed to be ombré but just sat heavily at the bottom, and the rest of the nail(the majority) was left white!!NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ASKED FOR THAT SHE SAID SHE COULD DO!! I think that if it takes a person four hours to do your nails it should come out perfect.plus they started lifting after only one week and when I told her about it she said it was because I take a bath. I know water will soften and wear away things,but one week!! She never offered to redo my nails either. I just ask for complete transparency when getting my nails done. If you can’t do something or don’t feel comfortable doing it then say that beforehand.

Gracie takes her time and is very thorough. What I love the most is she takes you by appointment only which makes the pedicure more personal and you can get what you pay for. Thanks Gracie!

Ms. Grace is so nice. And I really love that no one is there when you are getting serviced. Its almost like VIP and she NEVER rushes. She only accepts cash. Her work is very professional !! I recommend .

Passionate nail tech girl, Grace. Take time to make sure the beauty and quality exist on each job for each person. If one continuously soaking ones nail set and toes nail polish set in taking bath daily, then obviously (water is also a type of acid), ones nail set and toes nail polish set will not last. Grace will not hesitate to refuse service to one who is difficult and nonsense.
