Place is very unprofessional multiple nail techs doing your nails racial profiling against the African American community rush your nails to do Caucasian before yours and prices don’t ever match up they over charge and nails chip fast offer Alchol without even having a bar license. Also added extra money to bill. Offered caucasians wine we asked and they ignored us and rushed our nails.

I went there to get dip. FOUR nail techs touched my nails. One prepped, one drilled, One dipped and another one finished. My nail chipped 3 days later. While I was there, another unhappy customer was asking why she pays over $100 every time she comes regardless of what she gets. After she paid and left, the male tech who I’m assuming is the owner, talked negatively of the lady to his current customer, loud enough for the whole store to hear. He said to “go to Johnson street, they are cheap and you get what you pay for” which is ironic because three days later my nail chipped. Very unprofessional business and I will stick to exotic nails on Johnston st.

It took them 45 minutes to remove my dip nail polish, no manicure included. 45 MINUTES! Another time, it took over an hour to get a gel manicure done, only for my nail to peel off days later. They have a young, inexperienced worker they pawn off on the customers, while the other women who know what they’re doing read books in the pedicure chair. Thoroughly not impressed. Will not be back again.

There are many quality nail salons and spas in our area! This may be a very nice and aesthetically pleasing nail salon and spa, however on 2 occasions I have been for a pedicure, they are understaffed and leave you sitting with your feet soaking for 30-45! If you have 2-3 hours to spend at a salon, then this place is for you. If not, look elsewhere!

The service was good just the fact that my nails broke off quick kills me though and they charge 100 just for short nails and a 25 dollar manicure

I dont appreciate come and do my nails at your salon and at the road you have a big sign stating dipping powder is 20% off if thats not the case then you need to take the sign Down I will never be back at the salon and I will never recommend anybody to come over here again its a complete rip-off
