Never thought asking a simple question about adding designs on two nails would make the owner Jen snap on me.I told her I would like to add two nail designs..her answer wasno Im not doing designs today,Im to busy. (Mind you I have been going to her for years). My response was yall dont do any type of designs when yall busy?..She immediately became rude with me and told her husband to hurry up with me and let me get out....This is not my first time seeing her be rude to customers...but I never thought it would be me..I would not recommend no one to this this place of business...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The lady is very bossy! Want customers to soak nails for over an hour!!! while she do other clients nails on your time! I waited 3 hours to do my nails! Really! And had the nerve to get an attitude told me I had to soak! Didnt get to her level with her loud talking! Dont have to do anything, but take my business elsewhere! An attitude like that, I wont be the last to walk out!

Just called for an appointment with no attitude at all this lady informs me no maam no appointment eith that attitude! How unprofessional and rude!

My daughter goes there and always says how much they love it there. When my Dad passed away she bright me there and wanted me to have a manicure and pedicure. These people took such sweet care of me. I definitely will go back.

The first time they did a good job on my nails. The next time I was very disappointed. Ugly polish. They cracked. Only 2 employees. Will not be going back

They did awesome and the prices are great but me and my mother in law drove all the way there yesterday to find out they were closed in the middle of the day, then drove back tonight at 6:50 to find out they were closed when they aren’t supposed to close till 8:00.
