When my husband was looking for a ring, he was given two diamonds from his Grammys wedding band when she passed away at an early age. They took all of that infor.ation and designed this ring with the two diamond from his Grammy, and 23 diamonds to surround.They have incredible customer service, but more than that, they develop art that is meaningful. Stall and Kessler’s is the absolute BEST jewelry store! The owners, Jeff and Kris, are incredibly knowledgeable and kind! They will be helpful with anything and give great suggestions. I brought in my two grandmothers’ engagement rings to have the diamonds taken out to make my engagement ring. It’s STUNNING and was totally fairly priced. Jeff worked with us to design in and make sure it was taken care of. We even were able to do a payment plan. We also plan to get my fiancé’s wedding band there. I knew them before I went in, from having them as customers where I used to work, and there were my favorites. My grandparents even used to purchase jewelry there. Almost 3 years since I left the place I had worked at, they still remember me and little details about my life which is awesome. I totally recommend them for any of the jewelry they sell in store, as well as anything you might need custom made.

TLDR: Stall and Kesslers Diamond Center remade my ring for FREE just to make things right.Five years ago, Greg and I bought rings for our twentieth anniversary. Greg and I both got our rings from Stall and Kessler’s. Mine is a beautiful band with small sapphires and diamonds. A few months later, I noticed one of the diamonds had fallen out, so I went back. They replaced the diamond free of charge. Not surprising since I had recently bought it. A couple of years later, another diamond was lost. They AGAIN replaced the diamond for free. Fast forward to about a month ago and I noticed I had lost a sapphire. I went back to Stall and Kessler’s and the said they would try to find a sapphire that would match. Once they got it in, they called me to pick up my ring and then put it in their jewelry cleaner. When they took it out, they noticed another diamond had fallen out. So they took a better look at the whole ring and noticed the settings overall really weren’t right. They contacted me to let me know and said they would REMAKE my ring the right way, but they were really sorry that it would take a couple more weeks. I went in today and got my brand new ring. When I tried to pay, they refused. I tried to at least pay for the labor, but they still refused. I can say with absolute confidence that Stall and Kessler’s stands by what they sell and will do right by their customers. If you’re looking to buy any jewelry, you should definitely go to Stall and Kessler’s.

We got my wife’s wedding set soldered together and appraised here, and they were amazing. She sent in a request online to get a quote and got a response within a few hours. My first time buying jewelry, and with a college student budget - Sandy coached me through the process without being pushy. We found the perfect, 1-of-a-kind ring. We ended up buying our wedding bands there too for our courthouse ceremony.Fast-forward 2 Years, and my wife and I are planning our big family ceremony, but we had to cancel like many others because of COVID. We rescheduled, but 2 weeks before the wedding, I found out I was deploying - and we had to cancel again...My wife had put so much into planning the wedding (2 years), and to cancel it twice followed with a deployment.. things weren’t great. I called Kris at S+K’s to see if he could somehow get a matching wedding band to surround her engagement ring and have it ready in less than a week. I told him our sob story, asking him to help me give my wife something to brighten her rough year. Kris was onboard, and he had the ring made immediately and shipped next day to the store. It arrived the day before my departure. After tricking my wife into coming into the store, we picked up the ring (a total surprise). He was extremely attentive to me and the other customers in the store at the time. He took his time to ensure the band was properly repaired, and offered me coffee while I waited. We decided to have my wedding ring set remade after 32 years. I had an idea of what I wanted but nothing specific. Brandon and Emma asked a lot of questions, I told them what I liked and didnt like and Brandon began drawing up ideas. We changed this and that and ended up with a beautiful and unique wedding band using my original diamonds that I am absolutely thrilled with. I made the mistake of going to another jewelry store that starts with a V first and was treated very poorly and I would strongly discourage anyone from going there. I then chose to go to Stall and Kesslers and was taken very good care of by the entire staff. They exceeded my expectations in every category and by doing so have earned a lifelong customer. I recommend giving them your future business.

I came in to the store knowing little about jewelry. I had a few requirements and a quick deadline. Due to the customization needed and the short deadline it looked like I would not have the ring before I wanted to propose. Within a couple of hours after the store closed they had found a ring. It met the style, the size, and the price for which I was looking. The best part was that I could have it in time to have the best Christmas present ever. They made the seemingly impossible, possible.

We were initially drawn here because its a small, independently owned business. Their kind staff and gracious customer service quickly won us over. They really have a way of putting the customer first and we were impressed with how upfront and honest they were. We had come to have my engagement ring resized. As it turns out, my ring did not need to be resized, only reshapen. They corrected the shape and gave it back to me at no cost. They even offered to clean my ring for free before our wedding.Before we left I was able to get a glipse of their inventory. I was impressed with the selection of designs and found that even for what appeared to be a higher end shop, they have very reasonably priced, beautiful options on a lower range as well. We will certainly be back in the future.

I had 6 diamonds from my wedding ring my late husband bought for me and I wanted them incorporated into a piece of jewelry for each girl. After determining my wedding band set of 33 years was no longer repairable, I worked with Sandy via e-mail; sharing Pins, features, and ideas that appealed to my sense of beauty and style. Through these interactions and stopping in to sit down and look at bands she had found which met my criteria, we put together a new set which reflects my personality, style, and years of marriage.This is the engagement ring which came out of the collaboration...Sandy used the measurements of my existing stones to show me ideas of how they can all be used to create a unique set even with 3 different sizes and two types of stone; sapphire and diamond. Love it (and my husband) even more than the first engagement ring which was created by John Stall in 1986. He went on to design and create the wedding band to fit and match using some family diamonds and some new, as well as some new sapphires. The original was unique but this one fits who I have become as a person/wife in the ensuing years.

I have had a ring and bracelet repaired and they were thorough and reasonable. The most satisfying experience was buying a bracelet for my 2 year old great niece’s birthday. There were none small enough that met my criteria so they found an adult bracelet. It had to be cut down to fit such a tiny wrist which they did and even adjusted it one more time to fit properly. The extra links were returned to me so the bracelet can be adjusted as she grows. They are very customer oriented and do everything to provide awesome service and quality products.

I recently took my original engagement and wedding ring in for help. My ring had been in bad shape and I hadnt actually worn it for close to 5 years. It was in such bad shape. They took the center stone, remounted it for me in another band and took the remaining four stones and inlaid them into a more size appropriate wedding band. Gorgeous! Best. Jeweler. Ever. My husband bought my engagement ring here 2 years ago and the service and quality is unmatched. We moved to SC last year and still come back to Stall and Kessler every time we visit West Lafayette to get my ring checked and cleaned. The attention to detail is so excellent that I don’t trust my ring with anyone else. I love Stall and Kesslers! My husband met with Kris and Brandon to design my wonderfully unique engagement ring and wedding band. I appreciated how they worked with us to make adjustments to some band thickness issues and were very understanding when a few small diamonds kept falling out. Jeff was very genuine and quick to build a personal relationship with us so that all of our needs were met. After such a good experience, my mother came from 600 miles away to buy a ring from them too. When we came into the store, we were interested in repairing my wife’s wedding ring setting as a diamond had fallen out. During the inspection of the 35-year-old ring, we came to the conclusion that the setting was not repairable. The salesperson, Melissa Overstreet, did a wonderful job of suggesting a new setting incorporating the existing diamonds and including a new center diamond. This allowed us to keep the original key pieces of her wedding ring, but upgrading to a newer look. We were very pleased with the final result and all of the assistance and recommendation provided by the entire staff.

I would recommend Stall and Kesslers to anyone looking for jewelry for any occasion. They are very professional and know exactly how to help you find what you are wanting. They are really good about making sure that you have your needs met. I went in to get my ring sized, right after getting engaged, and they said that they were really busy and would try to have it ready by Monday. But if not than Tuesday at the latest would be when I could pick it up. But they were so awesome and had my ring ready on Monday when we were going to announce our engagement to the families and friends. They were very helpful in the process of picking out what I wanted, and then the design center was very accommodating in developing a design that I love. The staff at Stall & Kesslers did a phenomenal job in helping me create my engagement ring. I came to them with an idea of what I wanted to have made, and they constructed a beautiful CAD design for me to look at and approve and then ultimately have made. I recently purchased an engagement ring, and had a wonderful experience. All the employees were very helpful and friendly, and brought in multiple samples to make sure I got just what I was looking for. My fiancee loves her ring, and they sized it and polished it up for free after we noticed a couple of marks (which they explained were from the tools used to set the diamond). We highly recommend Stall and Kesslers.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who seem to care about you and your service needs more than the sale! I went in for pearl restringing, and of course everything else caught my eye. Their service was quick, professional, and a joy to be part of: getting me in and out efficiently, finishing my pearls (so well!) days before they estimated, and offering me laughter and as much or little conversation as I wanted. I hope to come back here again when Im in the market for pretty little things!
