I brought my daughter a ring when she was 16 and now she’s 23 the ring doesn’t fit anymore so I brought it to Andy’s Jewelry to get it resized. When they inspected the ring they also noticed a few cracks in the band which they said they could also fix. They have an in-house master jeweler and they do all the repairs in store. When I picked my daughters ring it looked brand new like I just bought it, excellent craftsmanship by Andy’s Jewelry! I love it and I recommend them 100%!!! 😊

The ladies in the shop were courteous and friendly. The rings that I asked to enlarge were returned to me not good as new, but betterIt was so shiny. It sparkled. It was gorgeous. Not only were repairs made, but improvements in design were made.I was very pleasedI even purchased another ring and having it sized.

My wedding ring got ran over by a truck in the parking lot of my local golf course early this month. (Long story omitted here). Ring got severely scraped up and gouged pretty badly on the side contacting the pavement. Andys filed and polished the ring and re-rounded it making my 29 year old ring look brand new all over. They charged what I judged a very reasonable price for these ring repairs, and completed their work within their promised time frame. I’ve been going to Andy’s since 2005 after my husband gave me a custom piece. Every year I have it cleaned and checked. Since then I’ve brought other pieces to him and the staff is always friendly and helpful and so bright about gemstones and metals. I wouldn’t take our business anywhere else. Dont even bother wasting your time here.spoke to them about a custom piece and they started talking cubic zirconia after I specifically told them what type of diamond and what I had in mind. I asked them only about a stone not any other service just single loose stone and told them my intentions with it. These unprofessional geniuses assumed I wanted a stone in my forehead and began to reference lil uzi vert. What type of professional business berrades their customers in suck a way.. WELL THATS ANDYS JEWLERS FOR YA!!..They obviously are far from a true jewler. What a bunch of 🤡s

Walked in clueless - having never bought a single piece of jewelry. Knew what was in my head, but virtually nothing else. Was helped very patiently and efficiently, with zero pressure. Ordered something custom on a 3 day timeline, and they even had it ready a day and a half early. They helped me design just what I was looking for, and stayed in my anticipated price range. Wonderful craftsmanship. I brought in my rings to have them fixed. 5th generation 150 plus year old rings. They were able to repair them, without messing up my family rings. They were able to fix the broken band and redo a few brackets. Very reasonable priced. They are beautiful. Love this store will be returning to have another family heirloom resized. Danielle was kind, compassionate and her customer service is impeccable. I went in for a watch battery for an inexpensive watch. I had been in the market for a solar gold watch and she was so helpful in showing me the options available. I am pleased to say I left with a nice solar Seiko! The jeweler, her Dad sized my new watch and changed my other watch battery in no time at all. Andy’s is a local Jewelry store with great customer service. Nice family-owned jewelry shop. Big selection. Good for silver baby items such as comb and brush. Lots of pearls; earrings, necklaces, bracelets also have them in different colors, such as brown. Many items for mens gifts, such as knives. Parking is really easy. They clean jewelry complimentary if you bought it there. It can be done lickety-split while you wait. Andy is great at repairs. Hes fixed a pearl bracelet for me and changed my watch battery numerous times. Danielle the manager is really nice. They are not pushy. I recommend them!

First time having a white gold ring sized and I was VERY IMPRESSED with the work done! They actually added gold to size it instead of just tapping it up which would have made it thinner...thank you for that!!

I recently went to Andy’s to have a piece of jewelry repaired. This wasn’t any piece of jewelry; it was my grandmother’s ring. I can not begin to tell you how AMAZING the staff is at Andy’s. They paid such close attention to detail, while letting me know that they would not alter the ring in any fashion unless I wanted them to. They kept their promise. When I went to pick up the ring today, it was just as I remembered but better! They’re prices are reasonable as well. It didn’t cost an arm and a leg for the repair. On our very first date at Acme Oyster House in 2009, my husband and I were lucky enough to find a huge pearl in an oyster that would later become the centerpiece of my engagement ring. For our 5-year wedding anniversary this year, we decided to have the pearl replaced with a diamond. I also wanted to have the 3 rings soldered together. As you can imagine, I was hesitant to leave my engagement ring, my wedding bands and our very special pearl with just anyone. I did some shopping around before I chose a jeweler. Not only was the service at Andy’s Jewelry 5-star, but the price was lower than some of the other quotes I’d received. I walked around the gallery and the jewelry on display was beautiful, and I felt like I could trust them with my precious rings. My ring was ready in a little over a week which is a very quick turn around for all the intricate work i wanted done. The day came for me to go by and pick up my new ring. I was so stunned by the work that I was speechless! The ring was absolutely gorgeous. The most beautiful diamond was used to replace the pearl, and the pearl was perfectly safe and stored well for us to take home. The ring was polished and sized perfectly. I even hugged the shop owner! This experience exceeded my expectations and I cannot thank Andy’s jewelry enough for their quality work. My husband and I will cherish this ring forever, and we will definitely be back!

During the summer I brought my Ruby Birthstone Ring in for repairs at Andy’s Jewelry. I had been wearing it with my wedding band because I lost the diamond in my engagement ring long ago. When I picked it up it was so beautiful and sparkling like new! I was so impressed with Andy’s work.I started thinking about replacing the lost diamond in my Engagement Ring with my husbands December Birthstone. We spoke with Andy and he suggested a Medium Blue Topaz. It was ready in about one week and when they brought it out it just looked so amazingly gorgeous and I just love it!!! Andys Jewelry was the first jewelry store my husband and I went into. There was a diamond in the raw ring that was rose gold and I fell in love with it. I went to 3 other jewelry stores to browse and none of them had anything like that ring. So, we went back to buy it! Not only do I have a BEAUTIFUL ring that is unique, we paid an amazing price! The staff is so friendly and warm. Nobody pressures you to spend more or buy something you dont want. I love this store!
