I was given a pearl necklace as a gift that was bought here a few years ago. The clasp had broken. The store was very friendly and the workmanship which included a new clasp and restringing pearls was done beautifully. I will cherish my necklace and will choose this store in the future for any jewelry purchases or repairs I need!

A-Bryan’s has always been my go to for jewelry, repairs, and good quality merchandise. I have been a fan since the early 1990’s when it was just A-Bryan and his assistant. The staff, the environment, the choices, and the ambiance of the entire establishment is above and beyond anywhere else in Acadiana. I have lived all over the USA and abroad; nothing compares to this for excellence.

A nice atmosphere and helpful employees, beautiful jewelry. I was treated kindly and professionally. I would return for jewelry services, but this review is specifically about the eyeglass repair service, which I do not recommend. Had I known they were only going to sauter the broken hinge together instead of actually repairing the broken parts, I would have gone elsewhere. It broke again soon after (by a mere touch) and I was informed it was a temporary fix to begin with. Wish they would have been upfront about that in the first place. Could have used that $50 towards a new pair 😕

Disappointing! Dropped off jewelry for an appraisal. They asked for a former appraisal for reference, then mimicked it!! Last I checked, diamonds AND gold increase in value over 20 years time, NOT remain EXACTLY the same!!. TOTAL waste of a few hundred dollars!! They def NEED a NEW and proper appraiser!

We had my wedding band sized another did it in a timely manner. The size was perfect. My only issue is that the inside of my ring is now really hazy and scratched up which is disappointing. I was hoping for my ring to still be in the condition I brought it to them. I know its just the inside and no one but me will see it but it ruins the feel of the ring for me. *** they called me back, apologized for the oversight and polished the inside of my ring for me so now it is back to its original state. I live out of state but I ALWAYS have to come to A Bryan’s whenever I’m in town. The customer service is impeccable and the jewelry is beautiful! I have put items on layaway over the phone that I have seen during my in person visits and have been able to pay off the items over the phone and even have them shipped. Recently, I purchased an item over the phone as a birthday gift and they even took the time to gift wrap!

My charming and very thoughtful husband had my diamond and emerald engagement ring custom made for me at A. Bryans, based on a photograph of an antique. They invited me in to specify some of the finer details of the platinum setting (which took several rounds to get just right) and select the color of emeralds for the side stones (I love the bluish-green of Colombian emeralds).The results are so stunning that a year later, whenever I look down at my hand, I *still* cant believe this gorgeous piece actually belongs to ME. I keep waiting for the real owner to come and say, Give it back, lady! He laughs when I say this. (I realize Im *incredibly* lucky to have married a man who loves giving jewelry.)We also found my eternity wedding band in their antique case, and I totally love it.
